Customers express satisfaction with the 10-Cup Coffee Maker's cold brew feature, ease of use, and multi-functionality. They appreciate the convenience of making both tea and coffee with ease. While some find the coffee maker to be bulky and a bit pricey, others wish the water reservoir was larger.

I continue to buy Ninja products for my kitchen (air fryer, blender) and now this coffee/tea machine. I love each product due to the high quality they achieve.
This machine has many settings. Personally, if you are just a plain ole coffee drinker, then this might be more than you need as there are many options far cheaper. But if you enjoy making different types of coffee or tea, then this has all the settings you need & is easy to use.
I love the fact you don’t need paper filters for this machine as the buckets have their own fine mesh to filter the coffee & tea.
The only negative I have is that the carafe doesn’t have a reliable spout. If the carafe had a slightly pointed/angled spout (instead of being round) then spills would be less frequent when pouring into a cup/mug. It’s usually fine until you get towards the end when the carafe is getting empty when this problem tends to occur most. To me it’s not a big deal since it only spills a little bit, but something to keep in mind when pouring.
Overall it’s a great product (4.5+ out of 5).

Makes Great Coffee

This is an excellent engineered coffee maker. The best I have seen.
1) You set amount you want , 1 cup, large cup, travel mug, 1/2 pot or full pot and it determines how much water to take from resevoir.
2) Measuring spoon attaches to side and gives directions for different servings.
3) Has separate basket for tea so tea taste is not spoiled by coffee
4) Frother works great and is easy to clean
5) Makes great coffee and tea with correct temperature.
6) Resovoir detaches for easy filling.
7) Baskets can be used with or without filters. I use filters for easy cleaning.
8). If you forget to fill resovoir is stops and reminds you and after you fill it it starts where it left off with a push of a button.
9) It comes with a glass pot version with heater that lowers temperature over time so as not to over cook coffee, but I got the insulated pot and like it. (costs a little more).
10) I love that it saves my setting as I usually only get travel mug size each morning. No pooring water, just add coffee and push button and fill resovoir every other day.
11) Has altitude calibration since water boils at lower temp.
Bestbuy price was cheaper than Amazon for insulated pot version.

I was a little skeptical about buying an expensive coffee maker when my $15 pot makes coffee just fine. But we were looking for something that had a timer and would be able to keep coffee warm without burning for a family that gets up to drink it at 4 different times of the morning. This totally did the trick. (We set it for 6:30am for the first round of drinkers and it’s still hot at 8:30 for the next... not so much at 10 or 11, but I just put it over ice at that point or reheat in the microwave.)
Now the best part! The over ice and cold brew options! Totally delicious and they DO taste different! We did a taste test, lol. The tea basket for loose tea is fabulous, way better than any of my tea baskets I have.
Love the different size settings, and was a great decision!

Best Coffee Maker ever

So i'm writing a review because when I was looking around at coffee makers, and reading reviews, some of the reviews for this particular one almost kept me from buying it.
A comment that kept coming up was about the Karafe not keeping the coffee hot, considering it's a thermal pot and does not sit on a hot plate, well it very much does! I brew coffee in the mornings and it's still hot until around 4 pm.
the only thing that may be an issue for some, is that this coffee make requires a good amount of counter space, especially since it has the frother that pulls out on the side.
Overall, I love my ninja! It makes great coffee, I love the no drip button, the delayed brew, how quick it brews (even the full Karafe) etc... I've even gotten good with fancy brews like the lattes youd pick up at a starbucks.!

I was initially going to upgrade my Keurig but saw the great price on this Ninja and thought I'd give it a try. I liked the idea of getting away from the Kcups. I like all the different size settings so I can brew a reg cup of coffee up to a full carafe. The stainless steel carafe keeps hot for at least 2hrs after brewing. The milk frother is a breeze to use. I like that it's easy to clean after using since you just unscrew it from the Ninja and rinse it in the sink. I also like that I can brew loose tea or tea bags with the included tea filter in place. For brewing coffee, you can use the included filter or cone filters if preferred. I've had my Ninja for 1 month already and have had absolutely no issues and I already live it so much better than my old Keurig. Very happy with my purchase.

Everyone in my house is very happy with it. It looks good in your counter. It helps you please all your special guests. Able to makes different sizes so you don't waste your money. Different types of concentration. Different temperatures. I love the attachment it brings for your specialties. The option of being able to make your favorite tea too. Is super easy to clean. It is also very convenient that you can take the water jug out to fill it. The only thing I think could be improved (but that is not an inconvenience at all) is that it is kinda loud when the coffee is brewing ... well, that is only if the house is totally silent lol. Over all I am in love !!!

I love this coffee maker -- by far, the best one I've ever owned. I held off on ordering for a while because of the cost, but I'm glad I purchased it. I am a big coffee fan, and this takes the place of my standard coffee maker, my one-cup coffee maker, a Bialetti espresso maker, a Hario iced coffee maker, a French press, an Aeropress, and a milk frother. The Ninja is big, but it takes up much less space that all of the other gadgets combined take.
I won't go into a lot of detail, since others have already done that, but the TL;DR is that this makes really good coffee (and tea) and gives you a lot of options for preparation. The thermal carafe works great, too -- it keeps coffee hot for three or four hours.

Whether you like tea or coffee, and especially if you like both, you need to give this brew system a try. We've compared the coffee output using the same grounds with different coffee makers, and the Ninja has come out smoother with richer flavor and almost no bitterness. It's great coffee! And the tea is just as fantastic! Unfortunately, this brew system will spoil you very quickly so you notice the difference with other coffee and tea, but that is a price I'm willing to pay :-)

I have one of these and one of the earlier models. The earlier model was very good, which is why I bought the newer model. This model improves on the earlier significantly.
Is it the best coffee maker out there? Probably not. Is it the best value for money? Yes!
It makes excellent coffee (assuming you are putting decent coffee in of course). What more do you want? It's easy to clean and easy to use - there's that I suppose.

Very Nice Coffee Machine

Have now had this machine for several months and am very happy with it. The only minor quirks, the pot dribbles a bit when pouring from a full pot. Also, when using a single cup/large cup setting, the water does not completely drip through creating a smaller than expected amount of coffee and liquid left in the grounds. Brews a a good tasting cup of coffee and so far, no water all over my counter like my old Mr. Coffee machine.

After having repeated issues with the Ninja Coffee Bar, though it was never an issue because I always buy Best Buy's replacement plan, which I highly recommend for any item over $100. This coffee maker is incredible, makes great tasting coffee and so much more. If you are a tea drinker, it brews everything. It has the frothing wand that the others do as well and the insulated carafe keeps coffee piping hot. If you love coffee, this is the machine for you.

I love my Ninja! I love the measuring scoop, the way it takes water from the reservoir- I love the numerous features & ease of use!
I am a regular coffee drinker. Black with nothing in it. I truly taste my coffee & if it’s bitter, it’s no good. The Ninja produces a good result each & every time, no matter what coffee you buy.
I haven’t even tried the fancy versions yet... latte land & such. In fact, I can’t wait!

Separate coffee and tea baskets eliminates the “coffee aftertaste” for brewed tea. Can select 6 volumes of brewed coffee or tea and can make “cold-brewed” coffee overnight to reduce acid content of coffee. Iced coffee or tea is easily made by adding extra coffee/tea to the volume selected to account for ice added to the cup before brewing. Should use a burr grinder to grind coffee for uniform taste from cup to cup.

Can't say enough about this amazing machine..!
Have had numerous types of coffee makers and espresso machines. This Cp307 model does not do espressos, but it does everything else. If you need espressos, then you're just stuck up.! Too many things to list or comment on, if you want a machine that does almost everything ? This is the one for you, spend the money and get rid of the other trinkets in the kitchen..!
