The greatest gaming headset on the market. I could run these over with a car and they wouldn't break. i recommend them to all over my friends and family.

Best gaming Headset on the market. A bit pricey but it’s worth the price for comfort and crisp mic and headset audio. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high end headset

Most comfortable headset I’ve owned for a gaming console. Great quality. I originally had bought Turtle Beach Stealth 600 and found everyone is running into issues using it with the new Series X. I am happy with the purchase of Astro headset, I can only comment that one down side to this headset is there no volume control on headset or cord and in game sound is very low. Otherwise this headset does what it needs to and is the most comfortable headset I’ve owned with no irritation wearing it for long gaming.

Have tried a lot of brands and when it comes to overall durability and quality, nothing beats the Astro ljne! Whether it is these A40s, the budget A10s or the top of the line A50s, they all deliver and then some!

I'm a hardcore amateur gamer (I love video games, and I am generally terrible at them all). Only recently decided to stop using cheap plastic earbuds w/ a mic plugged into my Xbox controller and get something more serious, because I have been attempting to immerse myself in Apex Legends, one of the games I'm generally terrible at. I own a Series S, plan to get a PS5, so I wanted something that would work with both. Big points to the A40. I generally find headsets uncomfortable or hot or both. This is lightweight with very breathy but sturdy foam over the ears and on my head, so for a couple hours I notice no heat nor discomfort. Big, BIG points to the A40. Due to the light and breathy nature of the foam, it is far from soundproof. This doesn't bother me since I don't game in a loud atmosphere. If I wanted soundproof, I'd have to deal with an overly tight and sweat-inducing headset. So I don't really dock any points there, though others might. Sound quality is great--I'm not an audiophile, but hearing the crunch of footsteps on grass or whatever else sound engineers add to games that were lost upon me before are now adding to my game experience, and certainly helping in Apex Legends since I can suddenly tell where approaching footsteps originate. The lack of lag is important too, which is part of why I opted for wired instead of wireless. More points to the A40. I don't hear my own voice, but I've asked people I play with "How's my mic" and the answer has been "I can hear you quite well and clear." So I trust the microphone. POINTS. If you haven't noticed, my points system is both arbitrary and meaningless; it merely expresses my appreciation for the headset. I saw someone else showing paint flakes smearing, and that certainly is a concern, but it hasn't happened to me...I'm pretty gentle with my electronics. I believe this headset will put you near the top of your game regarding functional needs. Someone who spent more on their fancier headset will not be able to turn their nose up at the A40, and someone who spent less will be jealous of what you have.

Favorite headset I’ve had for video games. Great sound quality and comfortable to wear

First off I’m a Billboard Charting Producer/Songwriter and Full Time streamer being that music and gaming are both my passions and I do this for a living I needed headsets that would fit into my setup I slept on these hard! A friend of mine had a set and because of how his mic sounded in game (like he was in a fish tank) i game chat on COD is to begin with let’s be real.. anyways I did my research I purchased some other brands like Corsair / Logitech but their top end sets. After finally deciding to get these I was amazed these drivers are definitely impressive they aren’t harsh they feel immersive the bass response at low and mid hits nice and full the highs aren’t harsh at all everything is crisp these are plug N play to my interface Go XLR. and there was nothing extra I had to do. USB connections are ok for all the lights and RGB effects but you want headsets that just work.. these deliver on every point. Very Comfortable , Price isn’t bad at all they should be more , sound is awesome . If you wanted you can change out the parts for different looks. And aesthetics. Get these . You won’t be disappointed. I’ll be using these as my daily drivers for some time I’m sure . I’m using these on twitch daily my voiceover / game/ music mix sounds great the music never clashes with the game the voice over never gets drowned out everything sounds separated could be how I have my mix set up but either way these were def a great investment. The best headset I've had so far. Great sound quality way better then other leading brands for Xbox gaming. Never had a problem with this headset it's been going on 2yrs. Most of the time I'm buying a new headset every 6 months. Definitely we'll sticking with this brand (Astro)

This Headset is just out of the extraordinary because the Quality you’re getting there is nothing better especially with sound quality this sound quality is nuts like everything sounds so smooth and very active. And this is NOT a mic that just has loud sound with no Quality. the bass on this headset is just so perfect. The mic can hear a pen droping from a mile away. And its so detailed. YOU cannot compare this mic to any other headset on the market. except The A50

Great gaming headset, comfortable over the ear foam padding. Quality build and looks good as well. Tried with Xbox series X , PS5 and my MacBook Pro, sound is great. I do wish there was a volume adjustment on the headset, which I thought at first was going to be a downer but really hasn’t been a big deal.

What is there to say? Astro has taken over the headset market for their reputation for having comfortable quality headsets. This is my second pair that I bought as a gift. The pair I have are approaching the 2 year mark and I have had no issues whatsoever. they work great with the ps5

These are my first pair of astro headphones and i enjoy them very much. They are so comfortable and i can wear them for hours on end before the slightest feeling of discomfort creeps in. I purchased while they were on sale for $99 and every dollar was worth it. I use it with my PS5 and have had no problems. I mainly play FPS titles and these are great for hearing people. One little tip, if you start to use it and the mic isnt registering, then all you gotta do us unplug the headset make sure it mute is off, and plug it back in. That should change the mic to the headset.

felt like I was reliving memories I never had, sound was so crisp that when I went deaf in game I became deaf in real life.

My ears are I believe mid/normal sized, they fit just fine into the cups. The construction is solid. Like most headphones, I wouldn't go twisting them and squeezing them to try and stress test. Mic quality is fine also. $250 seems steep, but they look dope and perform great.
