Love this vacuum. Small but packed with a lot of power. Great that it cleans both hardwood floors and carpet. Does better than my standard vacuum.

I have an English Bulldog and his hair is all over my floors, this vacuum does great picking up all the hair off my dark hardwood floors without damaging it. Recommend!

Fit perfectly with my space and our pet, just what I was looking for. Small, reaching every single corner and you can empty the hair storage with out problem. Am happy with this item thank you

Works Great!! A Wonderful Vacuum for anyone especially someone elderly as it is easy to push and has a head light which helps anyone with vision problems. I highly recommend this Shark Vacuum

This vacuum is replacing my 7 year old Shark, which still works, just not as well anymore. First off, once opening the box I was put off that I had to put it together... all I saw was pieces and assumed the worst. But to my surprise it was super simple and didn't even need instructions honestly. I got to vacuuming and right away noticed it had the same suction my 7 year old shark once had, but no longer possessed. I am not used to using this kind of vacuum though so having all the weight pretty much in my hand was concerning (I have neck/shoulder issues). I loved how well this vacuum maneuvered, I was able to reach spots I wasn't able to before, which was nice. I used it as a handheld to reach all the cobwebs on the ceilings and upper corners. While it worked like a charm I noticed it got heavy after awhile, since all the weight is in the part you're holding onto. I paid for this later with severe neck and shoulder pain, still feeling the affects today honestly (it was yesterday). A person without these issues probably wont be affected like I was, which is why I didn't take a star away for it. Emptying the dust compartment was as simple as pushing a button. You are supposed to take out the filters and wash them monthly to keep the suction strong, which shouldn't be a big deal as they are super small. I also tried out the "are rug/bare floor" setting on the door rug inside the entrance and it worked like a dream. It didn't pull too hard to wear it was sucking the rug in, it simply glided across it. All around I will say this is a very nice vacuum with convenient features.

This vacuum is the best I’ve owned n for the price and what it does, 10/10. Not wireless but still looking nice and slim for storing it anywhere

I will NEVER buy another Shark product!! They advertise as a "Self Cleaning Head" well that isn't the case...whenever I use our vacuum I have to cut the hair off our the brush roll! I called customer service and she told me because the roll has bristles that hair can get wrapped around the roller! Well for being a self-cleaning head vacuum cleaner I am 100% dissatisfied with my vacuum and would recommend it to anyone!!

I got this handy vacuum cleaner for secondary jobs, not to replace my primary vacuum cleaner. For stuff like small spills, upholstery, stairs, window blinds, etc. The very first positive surprise was how light this unit is when in the handheld mode. Without any accessories attached to it, the handheld weights slightly above 3 lbs. The next positive I found was how relatively quiet it was in the handheld mode. The noise level was much lower than I expected, so the next natural question I have asked was if the suction was any good with such a low vacuum noise. And it was good, much better than my prior handheld. Now, if you attach the floor cleaner, the sound level will depend on whether you set the speed to 1 (for bare floors) or to the speed 2 which is for the high pile carpets. The speed 1 was still quiet as in the handheld mode. The speed 2 though became much louder, though still bearable. I tried both speeds on the carpet and the speed 1 was enough to clean it. Presumably speed 2 would be even more efficient. I do like the versatility of this unit. For example, you can use it as a handheld and still attach the main cleaner head (the one with the rolling brush inside), or you can use it as regular type of vacuum cleaner if you attach the wand between the unit and the cleaner head. It works also well if you are trying to reach out high with the wand attached, not heavy at all. One of the most interesting included accessories is the Precision Duster, which is a medium length hose with the crevice at the end. It proved to be both very effective and convenient solution to vacuuming window blinds. The unit comes with the clip that you can attach to the wand and then in turn you can attach two of the accessories to that clip. Very handy. They hold well, do not fall off. I was curious far low the unit (with the wand attached) can go for those under the bed or other pieces of furniture jobs. The clearance at the cleaning head is about 3 inches, then then the hook on the wand increases it to about 5 inches as you push it in under the furniture. So, it can get some, but not all the way in. Still I was able to cover about a foot length under my bed. The dust container is on a smaller side (as I believe it was intended) but big enough for smaller jobs. Removing the collected dust is easy and can be done in one of the two ways, either without removing the dust container from the unit or by first pulling the dust container out of the vacuum (and leaving the rest of the vacuum behind). The manufacturer recommends cleaning the filter monthly. The filter itself is on the top of the unit and very easy to access. Overall, I am very happy with this unit. It is light, quiet (except the speed 2 if using the big motorized cleaner head), easy to use, it has a very good suction. It is easy to empty, filter easy to access. Recommended for the types of jobs it was intended for. Two thumbs up.

I tried on both carpets and hard floor, and it’s living up to my expectations. Also get all hairs effectively.

I hate this vacuum - I'm sorry Shark! I normally like your products ... but this one stinks. The suction for "bare floor" is minimal and won't pick up hardly anything. It's really awkward to use and push around. The head doesn't want to turn the right way. Also, it doesn't stand up by itself like you would think so. It's top heavy and falls backwards so you can't just stop and pick up something, you have to lean it up against a wall or furniture or it will fall down backwards. Wish I could have returned it, but it was too late by the time I realized how much I hated it. Lesson learned.

Vacuum worked very well, I’ve had the same one 6 years ago and after 5 years it broke down. So I had to get a new one.

Does an excellent job on carpet as well as hardwood floors. Very good mobility which allows you to get under furniture. Overall a very good purchase.

I like the material. Pretty good and so simple for use.

Got this as a closeout and it suits me fine. Lightweight and cleans well.

It’s a great sweeper,,,really picks up well great on hard wood or carpets. Only downside is it won’t Stand up,, it’s top heavy
