It takes a minute to get used to but afterwards it’s actually very comfortable. I like the USB C charging port in a convenient spot too. It’s quite pricey though. My last logitech mouse (also a premium model) died after about three years so really hoping for better mileage this time around.

I am very pleased with the MX Vertical. The ergonomic design feels very natural and reduces stress on my wrist (important because of the amount of time that I spend working on a computer). This is my second one, and I'd buy it again.

Great ergonomic product, i have not changed for 4 years now. Charging for minutes lasts months.

I have alot of wrist pain from using the mouse all day and i was recommended this one since it hold your wrist in a more natural position. Its been 2 months since ive bought it and it has helped IMMENSELY, and only had a very small learning curve!

Thought it’d be tough to adjust to the vertical mouse, but it feels natural and works very well! Adds a little flare to my desk setup too.

I've owned this product for about 1.5 years now, and unfortunately the charging port just died on me. I have purchased the Best Buy protection plan and will be replacing it as soon as I can get back to my local store, as I absolutely love this mouse for use during my work day. The button to change the pointer speed is especially helpful when I'm moving between different software where I need to be more precise, and the side buttons are useful for going back/forward through other programs without having to move my mouse (and hand), thereby reducing the amount of strain I'm putting on my hand during my work day. The Bluetooth works flawlessly with my work laptop and connects immediately. Being able to juice up the mouse and continue using it with a cable is nice too (unlike the Apple mouse which prevents you from using the mouse altogether while charging). This review would be a 5-star rating if the charging port didn't die on this mouse, which is why I always recommend grabbing that protection plan if possible. See photos to see that the charging is no longer working and see the wear/tear of daily workday use for 1.5 years.

I have big hands, this was the only vertical mouse that fitted very well with a pressure relief pad on my wrist. Smaller vertical mice would cause my wrist to bend downwards due to the pad on my wrist but this one is just right. I like the distribution of the main and right buttons that didn't distort the natural position of my fingers. My only gripe is the lack of built-in storage for the USB plug.

I recently purchased this product, and my satisfaction level is exceptionally high. This marks my second purchase of the same item, and I can confidently say it has become an essential part of my work routine. Overall, I highly recommend this product, especially for individuals who, like me, spend significant amounts of time using a mouse. It's a worthy investment that positively impacts both comfort and productivity. I look forward to continued satisfaction with this product and wouldn't hesitate to make a third purchase if needed.

Love love love this mouse! The top of my hand and wrist feel so much better! Definitely get this mouse if you have been experiencing pain after use a mouse all day. The only think I don’t like that it requires the use of a dongle. I thought for the price it would be Bluetooth compatible but it’s not. Using a new Mac and I need an adapter to use the dongle. Takes up space but don’t really care because it’s worth it! Just thought this info might help the next person

Ergonomically Wonderful! This Mouse is a major win! The positioning design of the button command are truly comfortable. The design allows for great functionality of the Thumb,Index, and middle fingers to work naturally with this mouse. Also Natiral positioning of the Wrist, forearm and elbow reduces stress on my wrist and tendons. Get this Mouse! Love it! You’ll Love it too!

I love this mouse but occasionally it stutters during use. The ergonomics are the absolute best. When connected via USB it works flawlessly but when it is connected via Bluetooth it stutters at times.

35 and I am having problems with my nerves in my hands and wrists between working on a computer almost all day(field sales), then my main hobby(PC building and gaming), I’m on my computer a lot. I switched out from a $150 gaming mouse to this and honestly dont miss much. This mouse is so comfortoble and has helped a lot. Didnt take any getting used to as far as gaming on either. Highly recommend.

As usual, Best Buy had just what I needed. This mouse is so much better for my wrist. I was having pain with the traditional mouse and I work from home on my computer all day. This mouse is perfect and is so comfortable. Took no time at all to get adjusted to the slight change in the feel of this mouse. Thanks Best Buy!!!

This is a great product for someone having hand pain due to long hours on computer. It is a smaller version of MX and fits great in my hand. I bought MX earlier but returned because that was a little bigger for my hand. So if you have a smaller than average hand, go for this one. It is of great quality.

Fits perfectly in my hand. I love how you can switch between computers so easy by just pressing a button. I barley have to move my hand when using it.

Overall good mouse, it will take most people time to get used to the shape of the mouse to use it. Also I suggest you have plenty of desk space
