Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the ergonomics, ease of use, and long battery life of the MX Vertical mouse, with many praising its comfort and responsiveness. However, customers are negative about the mouse's size, finding it too large for some users, and some have reported issues with the scroll wheel. The high price point is also a recurring concern. Despite some negative feedback, the positive ergonomic design is frequently highlighted.

Before this product my hand would cramp up an hour into my eight hour shift. I was really considering taking a medical leave due to the pain in my hand from the motion of using the usual mouse daily. I feel logi saved my job. I honestly didn’t know how I would be able to continue.

Very comfortable mouse. I work anywhere from 8 - 14hrs on a computer and this is by far the most comfortable mouse for me. I wish it did have some other features included in the MX Master 3 Pros: 1. Very Comfortable 2. Adjustable buttons 3. Rechargeable 4. Light Cons: 1. No MagSpeed Whee like MX Master 3 despite being the same price. 2. No Horizontal scroll like other mouse in the same price range.

Comfortable, smooth, fitting and minimal movement for your wrist. After long hours of work or gaming it holds its comfort for less tension on wrist. I would recommend this product. For me, the price was worth it.

Love the size of the mouse but compared to the lift the MX is very cheap feeling & the scroll is not as smooth. Paying $30 more should come with more than a bigger size a little disappointing, will be returning id rather stick with the smaller mouse.

Logitech always makes a great mouse but this one is the best one ever. It takes a few uses to adjust to the new Ergo design but once you do, it seems crazy to have every twisted your wrist all day. Game changer for hand/wrist cramps!

The M1 Macs were released in November of 2020. In February of 2022, they STILL have not released a software update to make their mouses fully compatible. This means that key features of the mouse do not work reliability. AVOID until their is software support for these premium prices products.

Hello theduck, Very sorry to hear that you're still unable to use the key features of the MX Vertical mouse on your M1 Mac. If you haven't done so already, please download Logitech Firmware Update Tool and Logitech Options software. This will help keep your firmware up to date on your MX Vertical. Here's the link to the downloads:  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024698534--Downloads-MX-Vertical-Advanced-Ergonomic-Mouse. No more wrist pain!

I work at home and easily spend at my computer 14-15 hours a day. I was having some pain in my right wrist sometimes (not permanent) after a long work weeks, however after trying this Logitech vertical mouse - my pain is gone! It was a little learning curve to adjust to the new design (had troubles with the right button clicks at the beginning), but after a week - I'd say I can freely use it. Mouse is nicely designed with a grippy rubbery surface to grab on, it's very lightweight - just 4.4oz and easy to control. Mouse does have 3 programmable buttons which can be assigned to many functions if you install Logitech Options software, however comparing to Logitech MX Master 2S for example - Vertical mouse lacks horizontal scrolling and inertia wheel (main scrolling wheel on the MX Master 2S can be set to scroll freely as long as wheel is spinning). Vertical mouse has USB-C port for charging and internal battery lasts for a full work week. Ability to work with 3 different computers via either Logitech radio dongle or just a bluetooth connection is awesome! Overall - if you having any odd feeling in your wrist - try this mouse, It's very likely it will help!

Precise control in an ergonomic packa

This mouse is a very nice upgrade from a basic mouse. It is very comfortable to use and provides a noticeable improvement in tracking and control. COMFORT: The shape of this mouse is so different from that of a traditional mouse that I had to look at it from a few different angles. But after I used it, I appreciated the ergonomic design. The shape really reduces stress on the wrist. SETUP: I tested this device in wired and wireless mode and found both settings to be very easy to setup. I used it in wired mode first to charge the mouse while I used it. As soon as I plugged it in using the provided USB C cord, my computer immediately recognized it and configured it via plug and play. I then plugged the unifying receiver into my computer and it was immediately recognized and configured via plug and play. After the easy initial setup both modes worked flawlessly. USE: I really like the layout of the buttons. They are easy to reach and logically placed. In addition to the traditional right and left click buttons, there are also back and forward buttons on the left side of the device. The optics of this mouse are so precise, that I would rate it as near perfect. The scroll wheel is so smooth and precise that I would also rate it as perfect as well. If you are using a basic mouse, you are going to immediately notice the improvement in tracking and control. All of the buttons are configurable via an App. But I found the default configuration to be optimal for me, and left the settings as is. On the top of the mouse is a tracking speed adjustment button that cycles through a few different speeds every time you press the button. I choose the medium tracking speed option. BATTERY AND CHRAGING: The battery is rated at lasting nearly four months on a full charge. I have been using this device for a few days now, and can report that after a few days of heavy usage is still going strong so I fully expect it to last as long it is rated. I also like that it uses USB C which charges much faster then the older USB interface. VERDICT: This mouse combines premium design and control in an ergonomic package. Not only is the improvement in tracking and control noticeable, but it also puts much less stress on the wrist. The intelligent button layout makes using your computer much more efficient. Helpful Tips: The power switch is located on the underside of the mouse.

The Mouse Re-Imagined and It's Really Good

Most wouldn't wax enthusiastic over a mouse, as most have a traditional mouse that goes about doing what most expect a mouse to do. You know what I mean. We have egg shaped plastic blobs next to our PC's or Laptops with a wheel and right/left click buttons. Enter the Logitech MX Vertical Mouse and the mouse world is re-imagined. Not many mice come with an app that let' you customize the mouse to your specific needs. Not many mice have configurable buttons. But this one does. And it all works really well. I truly love the ergonomic Natural Handshake position at the perfect (so says Logitech) 57 degree angle. I've never had a vertical mouse, so I can't compare it to other vertical mice, but I instantly felt comfortable with this one. You can control the speed of the optical pointer, you can program buttons to all sorts of things. I chose to program volume up and down with the two buttons on the left side of the mouse. There's a top button you can program to do something else and the mouse wheel can also be programmed to do something else when you click the wheel. Nice. I mean REALLY nice! You can actually program the optical pointer for two different speeds. If you turn it all the way up, it's too fast. And all the way down and it barely moves. But I have found a speed in between that works perfectly for my needs and not many mice let you do that. If I were to find any fault, I wish the track wheel was less free spinning. I tend to prefer a bit more friction when I spin the wheel. And I have found that when I click on a link, it sometimes takes a second click to open the link. This could just be me getting used to this terrific mouse. And the mouse while taking up about the same table space as other good mice, is really tall. I keep accidentally knocking it on its side. It fits my hand perfectly, but I don't have large hands or long fingers. Someone with large hands/long fingers may find it doesn't fit their hand as perfectly as it fits mine. The mouse has an internal 240mAh, rechargeable battery, charged via a USB C cable. Once fully charged, Logitech claims 4 months use without a recharge, but should you find you've run out of juice, a quick one minute charge will yield 10 minutes use if you're in a pinch. And you have multiple ways to connect your mouse. You can go Bluetooth (that's what I did), use the supplied Wifi dongle (they call it a Unified Receiver), or connect the mouse via the supplied USB C charging cable. All in all, I don't know how I've lived without a totally ergonomic, fully customized mouse. This my not be inexpensive, but when you count the hours you hold a mouse in your hand every day, it's totally worth the price of admission. Now, I'm going to have to get a second one for work!

What an excellent product! All my hand and wrist, discomfort and pain are gone. Before using this mouse, I had very noticeable pain in my hand & wrist, from working extended hours on my computer. My job requires me to use the mouse quite a bit. Ever since I stopped using the regular mouse, it started using this one, I’m totally at peace. Sometimes I go back and use the smaller, regular mice, and think how did I ever put up with this all these years?
