The best purchase I've ever made, excellent product.

Purchase this dyson fan last oct because of its heat and purifier feature. weve been using this a little over 2 months and suddenly its making this dribbling loud noise. i have a 4mo baby and she wakes up because of the noise.. i contact bestbuy to request a replacement but i was told its out of the return window and incannrequest a service and worst i got transferred multiple times that i got frustrated. anyways, not sure if its worth the price and im not sure what ill do with this fan.hope it doesnt pose a fire hazard..fan cause $500plus at least it should have a good costumer service

I bought this as an occasional bathroom heater for my wife. She loves it and the color is beautiful. I haven’t owned it long so I cannot speak to it’s durability but feels like quality materials are used. As with most filtered product, the replacement filters can be a little pricey. I like how you can manually tilt the blower forward or backward to increase directional flexibility. I also own a Dyson Pure Cool Link that is shown in the pics for size reference.

Great product. Very quiet and efficient Keeps my whole family room warm

It needs more cooling, but heating is the best. It is just right to the face hotness and no stinky burnt plastic smell you get from other heaters.

This heater/cooler is amazing ! It heats up the room real quick and it’s really good !

The heat is warming up the living room and it is comfortable, not too hot. The remote is well designed, it has magnet and can be attached to the top of the purifier. I opted for the basic HP01 as I felt the additional features of the HP04 is not something I am looking for (additional $150 for smart features and percentage of the allergens, and angles of the coverage). I have been using this over a week and I think it worth the price.

It works pretty good. It gets hot and cold. But, it doesn't reach that far quickly. You have to wait at least 4 hrs for the room to get warm. I think it will be a good fan for the summer. I hope! That is why I bought the dyson.

This is so sleek looking and puts out some major heat as well as cool air! Def recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their indoor space heater or stand alone fans!

Quiet, powerful and has helped with VOC levels. Is expensive but worth it.

I'm giving this 3 stars b/c of the performance. It wouldn't oscillate on the first day. However Dyson customer care is the best. When you get one, it will tell you to contact Dyson instead of taking it back to the store. B/c they didn't have this one in stock, Dyson upgraded me free of charge to one far better AND in the color blue that I love. It works amazing and I'm happy with it.

Excellent little fan! Haven’t used it yet for the heater. Will soon though! Also seems to keep the air much cleaner!

The air humidifier is perfect because it has cold and hot air so I can be comfortable no matter what the weather is.

I liked it so much, I bought a second one for my bedroom. Love the smaller sleek size and the all in one, year round design. The fan is excellent at cooling off a room, and the heater works very well to keep you warm. The air smells cleaner, and I notice less dust. The price, especially if you catch it on sale, is quite reasonable, considering you are getting 3 machines in 1. This model also runs on 15 amps, so it won’t trip your breaker if you have older electric.

I purchased this heater/fan less than a year ago and it works as described. The product (like all Dyson products) is expensive but I enjoy the design, how quiet it is, and how well it heats up the room it is in. THE PROBLEM is that I would have NOT purchased this heater/fan had I known the filter change warning on the display will only go away if you purchase a certified Dyson replacement filter. One replacement Dyson filter for this model is $70. You can purchase a TWO PACK of filters for less than $32 from competitor on Amazon that are effectively the SAME FILTER as Dyson's. The issue is that the heater/fan won't recognize the 3rd party filters even though they fit and work just like a Dyson filter. So, for a single filter, Dyson decided to charge MORE THAN 4 TIMES THE PRICE of a competitor's filter hoping that the ugly error message on the display will force customers to purchase their expensive filter instead of saving a significant amount of money by buying a competitor's filter that works. This is PURE GREED on the part of DYSON. In addition, BestBuy does NOT have these Dyson replacement filters in stock, nor does it appear as if they will carry them in the future. Dyson.com also, does NOT have the filters in stock. Are they discontinuing their replacement filter for this model less than a year after I purchased it?... It looks like I am stuck with a $500 heater/fan with an unappealing error message. If the error message from 3rd party filters and/or paying 4 times the price for replacement filters that you cannot find doesn't bug you, then this is an expensive but good product. I will NOT be purchasing Dyson products in the future as long as built-in obsolescence and non-competitive pricing for replacement parts for such expensive products are part of their business practices.
