We really want to love it.... but it appears to not work as advertised. We sleep with a fan in our room, and units will typically last 3 years before failure due to dust. We wanted to have a unit with better longevity and a HEPA filter sounds great. As soon as the unit was placed in service, I began to notice dust forming at the outlet, which seemed odd since the air should have passed through the HEPA. I cleaned and reseated the filter, and let it go longer with much worse results. We are at the end of 1 year of service and the dust lines are far worse and begin up inside of the fan cavity which indicates dust is bypassing the HEPA. I filed a warranty claim with Dyson, and provided pictures of my concerns. Their response was to replace the filter due to lifespan.... a total non answer. I pointed out the dust coming from inside the fan and voiced my concerns regarding longevity of the components and filtration efficiency. Without addressing my concerns, they sent it back to me. Now I am stuck with an extremely expensive fan... nothing more.... my advice to anyone looking to purchase this unit for filtration would be to look elsewhere.

Level 6 of 10 makes a relaxing hum in my bedroom at night. Pricey but stylish and got it $100 off. Air feels cool.

Ordered during a heatwave when I lived in a room with absolutely no air circulation and no air conditioning. This probably saved me from dying of heat-exhaustion so… thanks. It’s just a fan that was able to get to me ASAP. Dyson fans are still overpriced

I love this product so much that i bought two! I highly recommend this brand due to its quality.

It's quiet and the air seems cleaner, keeps down the dust allergens. I like how adjustable the fan setting is. The remote control is a little finicky, it doesn't like to stay at the top of the fan. I briefly lost the remote, but discovered that you can control the fan by holding the main (only) button at the base. You'd still need the remote for the rotate function.

Beautiful device as soon as i added to my home the ambiance changed! The air smelled so clean and free and pollutants! I love it!

I think is great, the only thing is that it is not that cool.

This a good find, bought 2 units and we definitely know the difference of using this compared to an ordinary fan.

This is a great quiet fan, I love how little space it takes up. Been using it for about 6 months now, and the only drawback is you have to make sure to aim at the base when using the remote. I would purchase a dyson fan again, would probably get the smart control one next time though.

Our house used to have the musky smell due to the mold removal that was done back then. After i purchased and used this Dyson air purifier, i have the freshest house and surprisingly the undesirable smell was gone! Thank you Dyson! I purchased another Dyson again.:)

Honestly it’s an amazing cleaner but when it said cooler I thought the air would come out cooler it did it was still worth because I have a 2 year baby and usually need my air clean !
