I've been using HP computers and printers for years. I love the way this one works. My pictures come out beautifully every time I print!

This printer is a great printer and so much more. I've been able to print documents and scan documents to my computer, very easily.

Overall its a great printer. Print quality, the printing speed and the quietness are incredible. The ease of connectivity and wireless printing is great, set up was fast and easy, the convenience of the HP instant ink and paper subscriptions are well worth it and awesome and no more shopping for ink and paper. The only downsides are that there could improvement with the quality of the photo printing and how long the inks last longer than it does. I would definitely purchase again.

The printer is a good size but makes a lot of noise when printing. Unfortunately, we cannot scan directly to our emails

This is a solid no fuss workhorse. It isn't church-mouse quiet but neither does it need to be. It well worth the asking price.

Purchased 13 months ago. Huge mistake. I should have gotten another Brother printer. BEWARE INSTANT INK. A huge scam. The printer locked me out/would not let me print after the credit card on my Instant Ink account expired. The subscription’s are expensive. If you get a cheaper subscription and print over your subscriptions’s quota, you will pay a large fee (see picture). Also the device will not accept off brand ink. Today, after a paper jam, pieces of the device fell out when I opened it. No more. I just purchased a Brother. HP is the John Cougar Mellencamp of printers. They are the worst.

Loving this printer. It prints fast enough and the prints are high quality. Perfect for my home office.

Excellent printer. Very fast, quality print. Wireless interface is fast and seamless from laptop or phone. Support software is helpful, easy to use, intuitive. Instant ink program is very efficient. Love the scan software interface. I moved from an HP Laser printer and I'm very happy with the ink. Everything is less expensive.

I bought this printer to be able to work from home efficiently due to the coronavirus outbreak, and it’s a very good one at that. It prints and scans well via wireless connection. The only thing I wish was easier would be the scanning process. You have to open the app on your desktop every time you want to scan something. Maybe I am doing it wrong and have to explore it a bit more but this has been my experience so far. Regardless, it’s a great printer and serves its purpose well.

It is a very practical printer, quite efficient in toner, quite fast in black and white prints, and the colors are super sharp

Love the features of print, scan copy and fax. Yes faxing is possible using the hp fax service using h hpsmart print app. Minus one star though for photo print quality, Not the best if your looking for hd studio quality prints. And Also I’ve had a few jams after loading paper and also different sized photos sheets. HP could have done a better job with the tray. It’s easy to assume the paper is loaded correctly with how the tray was designed, but once the printer begins to feed on the sheets if not placed correctly, it can easily cause a jam

So far very happy with the printer. But did not like the fact that there is online insulation only. I'm kind of a paper/picture instruction learner and not to keen on doing everything on line.

Love this printer. It almost runs itself, and so many functions.

Easy set-up and installation on n my Wi-Fi network.

The printer is ok, it was a bit difficult to set up and the paper tray does not come out far enough so the printed sheet buckles and multiple pages fall off the tray.

I like the printer. It functions well to my need both print and scan
