The software for this product pretty much ruins the experience of owning anything logitech. The G Hub is clunky software overly complicated button overlay and settings.
The headsets also have a weak point where the earcups connect causing them to fall off the headband. I attached a photo of that weak point.

Not until after you open the box, try to install it and use it on xbox, do you then go on the Logitech site and find out that you can't use it wirelessly with xbox, even though the box clearly says wireless then lists Xbox.

Good but uses compression for sound position

This headset is known for its sound positioning. The sound positioning direction is the best I've heard. Unfortunately it uses audio compression to level all audio volumes. What this means is whether a footstep is right next to you or in the next room it sounds the same level. So while you can determine where they are you have no idea how far away they are. The other con to this is the audio doesn't have as much depth making the audio quality sound worse. In this price range the audio is probably better than most.
The surround feature is actually good in the sense you can leave it on when watching youtube and not be bothered by most surround headsets that make voice sound terrible.
Charges very slow if you have the LED's on so make sure to turn them off. Not that big of deal since who cares about them.
They are pretty heavy and makes them a little tiring after awhile. They are above average in terms of comfort.
The battery is user replaceable which is a huge thumbs up!
Overall they are much better than the steelseries arctis 7 in every catagory except comfort. Those arctis 7 are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn even compared to significantly more expensive headphones. BTW I wear glasses and make headphones hard to wear over time.
In the end I did not keep these. They are good for the price range but I'd rather spend more money and get better headphones. My recommendation are the sony wh-l600. They are cinema wireless headphones at more than twice the price but are worth it for movies and good surround positioning. Plus they have about twice the battery life and significantly better bass that hits much lower frequencies.

So, the G935 is a pretty large headset, but it is not too heavy and feels very comfortable when worn for a couple hours. This might be due to the mainly black plastic chassis (part shiny, part matte) with the only visible metal portion being in the headband. The leatherette ear-cups are square in design, very comfortable and both rotate to a flat position, which is good for storage. Down the back- side of each ear-cup you have two RGB lighting zones along with a Logitech Gaming G logo on each cup. The left earcup has a storage spot for the usb dongle under a magnetic cover, this is great as I know dongles are an easy thing to misplace. Also, in the left earcup there is a well-hidden retractable boom mic, that is muted when retracted. The right ear-cup houses the rechargeable battery while the left ear-cup also houses all the inputs and buttons. You have power switch, a mute button, three programmable buttons and a volume dial. I have two problems, the buttons are too close and indistinguishable to the touch and the other problem is the volume dial that’s too slick making it too easy to accidentally change the volume, after you’ve found your sweetspot. You can use the dongle with your pc or console, but you also can use it with the supplied 3.5 mm audio cable.
To unlock the full potential of the G935, you have to use it with the Logitech G Hub software, which I found easy to use. Even without the software, this headset sounds great. I tried it both with a PS4 (Red Dead Redemption) and a PC (Wolfenstein 2) and the sound was clean and impactful. With the software things open up. You can tweak your sound as much as you desire. You can have various EQ presets as well as turn on the DTS and customize the surround sound. The lighting zones can also be customized, with many color options but I don’t know how much of a purpose the lights have when I look at where they are placed, which is essentially behind you. I guess if you are completing a particular look with your other RGB devices. With the mic, all persons who I spoke to, said I came through clear and with no distortion or cutting in and out.
When it comes to battery life, I’ve used it for about 10 hours (some gaming and some music) , with the lighting off and at about 50% volume, so I can assume with lights on it would cut that time down to 6-8 hours.
I think this is another solid entry from Logitech and I would suggest that is a definite buy, if you have been looking for a stylish gaming headset.

This is a copy of G933 with improved sound and ear cups. I have used it since last night in games and music and it did really a good job, 7.1 surround sound regardless if its Dolby Atoms or DTS, Logitech also improved the ear cups by adding leatherette that gives comfort to long wearing. In addition, the usb compartment remains the same similar to G33 which is convenient to carry the usb receiver. G-Keys are fully programable at your Preference, The downside of these headphones are the RGB feature that I hope Logitech considered repositioning the RGB strip from the back or at least make more visible. Since i’m a big fun of RGB things I would say it doesn't make any sense leaving it in the back where it cant be seen. However, if RGB feature desn’t mean a big deal to you and you would rather focus on quality of sound and comfort. I would say these headphones are great and sound really good and clear makes me hear the 7 directions while gaming. Glossy accent is easy to hold fingerprints. Mic is clear is has led indicator when is muted. I enjoyed it! battery lofe is good played 6 hours with RGB lights on from 100% went down to 60% which is good as you get more battery life is lights are off.

Wireless PC, PS4, Switch Gaming Headset

The Logitech G935 is close enough to perfect that I am giving it 5 stars. The headphones cups enclose my ears so well that the noise isolation works almost like noise canceling.
The Logitech G935s are not bluetooth. They connect via wireless using a USB dongle which is discretely tucked behind a headphone (see picture). The G935s pair instantly and on a PC, PS4, or Switch (docked) you have an instant wireless connection with no need for drivers. Xbox doesn't support wireless in my tests but it works well via the included audio cable plugged into the Xbox controller.
Sound is great. Deep rich base and good mid to highs. The Dolby sound is impressive and really improves games. On a PC the Logitech G Hub software lets you customize the colors and G keys - although I didn't really need to customize the buttons.
SUMMARY OF WHAT THE G935 WORKS WITH
PC - Wireless via USB Dongle
PS4 - Wireless via USB Dongle
PS4 - Corded via Headphone Port on Controller
Switch - Wireless via USB Dongle in Switch Dock
Switch - Corded when Portable out of Dock
Xbox - Corded ONLY via Headphone Port on Controller
The Logitech G935 is a great headset.

Quality Gaming Headset

TLDR: Well built, good audio quality, average mic, a little bit of “gamer” aesthetic, comfortable, but a little heavy on the head. Overall – excellent product.
At first look, the G935's have a very solid construction. The cups do seem a bit large and the style seems a little dated. They’re a little bulky and heavy – but not beyond acceptable. I don’t dislike the RGB and it can easily be controlled via the G Hub software (supports light sync between Logitech RGB products). The RGB comes under fire as being “unnecessary”, but I think it’s an expected touch for most “gaming” product.
As for sound quality, listening to music was good. Solid bass and clear highs. I don’t expect to use the headphone jack, but it’s kind of nice to know that I can plug it in with the included premium 3.5 mm braided cable if I need to. I spent a few hours playing Black Ops 4 and Overwatch with these so far and I the 7.1 surround delivers a solid performance here too.
The stow-away goose neck mic is a nice touch. It mutes when rotated up and has a good range of adjustment. As far as audio quality goes, it’s about average. Nothing amazing, but adequate for gaming and voice chat.

Overall thoughts:
I switched from they Hyper X cloud headset, which was amazing for a wired headset. I started to notice about a year ago that they started to brake at the cord right near the 3.5mm jack. Wanted to get a wireless headset, but either they were hundreds of dollars or didn't have the best specs. I was recommended the G933, but went with the newer version G935.
This headset is fantastic, has an okay built in mic that hides back into the headset, as well as the wireless dongle was inside one of the sides of the headset. Makes for easy transporting. Was very confusing to find though. Can charge it while using it which is a huge plus. Issue is you definitely have to get used to the weight and the shape of it. While wearing it for the first week it's been weird getting used to both the weight and the stiffness of them. Now I've gotten used to them and have absolutely no issues.
I highly recommend if you are looking for a wireless headset.

These headphones are very comfortable and sound excellent. I use them for my PS4 and the sound could be a little louder but it’s not a big problem. Still, I have two issues, the Logitech software is useless and the side covers with the logo come off a little too easily. A small annoyance but I’m just more careful when taking them off. The LED lighting is very nice and changes if you want. I love that feature the most. Also, battery life has never been a problem. Last, they are comfortable and stay put. I’ve seen reviews where some claim they fall of the head easily but I have never experienced this. The best headset I’ve had so far.

This headset has great sound and very comfortable for long extended periods of gaming. I have never used it long enough to run down the battery but I have used it for 4 hours straight and it still had a lot of battery left. I had the previous G933 for about 3 years and gave it to my daughter as it was still working great. The mic has good sound quality and the their is decent bass in the speakers. The treble is also very clear. I only use this for gaming so I cannot comment on how it sounds for listening to music.
The surround sound works very well and makes a difference in games like Call of Duty: Cold War. You can really tell where people are coming from which makes a big difference in a game like that.
Overall I highly recommend if you are in the market for a gaming headset. It is hard to go wrong with a Logitech gaming product.

I do not game very often and I bought this headset simply for the luxury of having a quality wireless headset for music, movies, work, and occasional gaming. The sound quality is exceptional, far better than any standard headset I have owned previously. They are easily the most comfortable I have ever owned. My only complaint would be they put a lot of pressure in front of my ears, but that may be a personal issue as I always have that problem with headsets. They are slightly bulky and heavy, although it is not noticeable when using them. Easy to use and charge, and charge life lasts me 10 hours of use on average. I can go anywhere in my house and they stay connected, so range is very good. and finally the lights are a fun touch, although to get the full functionality you need to download the software.

Overall Good Headset

Sound quality: The overall sound quality is good. I enjoy listening to music with them in stereo mode. The surround mode does take some getting used to and is a bit gimmicky, but I don't think it hurts the gaming experience for a normal gamer. I like the custom eq profile you can make in the G hub to tune the sound profile to your liking.
Mic: The mic is decent like most other headsets. Not great, but it will get the job done. I do love that the mic folds up to be completely hidden, and that automatically mutes the mic. Those were features important to me because I use them for video calls, and the auto-mute helps a lot.
Comfort: Good depending on your head size and shape. It was clamping a little to much at first for me, but I stretched it a bit and then it was fine. I've worn them for multiple hours straight.
Other: The G buttons aren't very useful unless you train your muscle memory. I only use it for the battery status and to toggle surround mode. The customization in the G hub software is very nice. The battery usually lasts me most of a day with my usage, but I did turn off the useless RGB for that.

Better than I thought they would be. Other reviews said they were heavy, and they are a bit heavier than average, but after wearing them for a while you no longer notice it. They are very comfortable and balance very well on your head. Sound is great with several modes and I have yet to run out of charge while using them. I am using these for both fun and work and wear them for several hours at a time. Been a great purchase.

This headset is very comfortable and sounds great. I can wear the headset listening to music and walk all around the house with them on and rarely have any dropouts. I like how easy it is to mute the mic by flipping the mic up, not having to fumble for a mute button, then it unmutes as soon as it is pulled back down. This is great when on a conference call and someone needs to ask a quick question. The battery lasts all day on a charge, but also works if the battery is dead when the charger is attached, which is very handy on the occasions where I forget to plug them in at the end of the day.
Because they are over-the-ear rather than on-ear, they do not put any pressure on the ear, making them very comfortable for long-term use. On-ear headphones tend to get uncomfortable after wearing them for an hour or two. The other advantage of the over-the-ear style is they block out nearly all of the surrounding sounds, making it easy to hear and concentrate on the task and/or call at hand.
The only feature I wish they had was Bluetooth, so that they could be used without tying up a USB port for the little transceiver, or for pairing with a phone for portable use.

The Pros: This headset sounds great. I love the wireless feature, and it kept continuous sound from 20+ feet away from my laptop. The materials are average, and the hardware seems well built, but there is a very slight, plastic creekiness from one of the swivels. The leatherette ear seals and headpad are comfortable, and block out most outside ambient noise. The controllable mood lighting effects are a nice touch.
The Cons: Logitech's software (G Hub) is required to adjust equalizers, acoustics, custom lighting colors, and button assignments. You can use the headset without the software, but you'd miss out on a lot of the cool features. As with every other Logitech hardware I own, the software needed is a total dumster fire. It was impossible to install without experiencing a crash to desktop. I contacted Logitech support, and even though this is a common issue they were totally clueless how to help. Through trial and error, I was able to install the software in Windows Safe Mode and clean boot. However, it installed okay on my wife's laptop, so it's definately a case by case issue, but seems to be common enough that Logitech should have written more robust software.

overall light, easy to use, and also pretty plug in and play overall. sound range is pretty decent overall, good bass ranges, but I wouldn't call it a "studio headphone" quality. but it feels good, and the weight is distributed over my head pretty well. mic is pretty clear, also pretty easy to charge too. there is a sound indicator when you put it on your head (waited a bit to test). and it makes a tone, to let you know its in operation. played on zoom, overwatch, and other competitive games, and the sound was clear and concise, both from myself, and the people I was listening to for instructions during gameplay, combined with the sound effects and music, everything was very clear. didn't feel muddled or cloudy. the volume knob is pretty nice and firm and smooth while turning, easy to turn with my thumb into single event turns. the G buttons are bit confusing as to what they really do, I guess it worth investigating so can't really judge on their use really. I wouldn't consider myself a RGB bro, but they look nice, and the RGB is a good indicator of current status based on color coding for operation. for the price comfortable, sound is good, operation is nice and easy to use without looking use time is pretty solid at 11 hours. just remember to charge it before use as its set to 70% charge which comes to around 7 hours. but easily enough time to test out. can't go wrong with these wireless headphones. recommend them as a buy.

I am using this headset for work conference calls (internet based calls). I purchased it to replace a Bluetooth earpiece after people were complaining about my voice quality. I generally spend at least 5 hours a day on conference calls.
The headset stays charged for a solid 6 to 7 hours. It does get a little heavy after hours of calls, but that's not a deal breaker.
It connects to your PC through a USB dongle. I was hoping to pair with my phone as well, but the headset does not have Bluetooth connectivity. So, you can only pair with a device that has USB inputs. The USB dongle stores in one of the ear cans when you aren't using the headset.
The sound quality is excellent. People noticed a difference in quality after I started using this headset. The flip to mute feature is also great. My previous headset was a button press, so I was constantly checking my mute status.
The range is pretty good. I was able to walk about 25 feet away from my PC and still be connected.
The LED lights are pretty cool. That's really all I can say about that. I don't really have a use for them. I generally shut them off to save a little battery life.
I have a Turtle Beach 700 series for gaming. This Logitech headset was about $70 dollars cheaper, but easily matches that one in quality, which is why the Value rating is marked as Excellent.
Yeah, your ears are probably going to get a little sweaty after wearing these for a few hours. I suppose that's true with any headset.
This is a solid headset and definitely worth the money.
