after much researching found the perfect espresso machine for us at Best Buy. I am now a Master Barista! And the official coffee maker in the household

This thing does it all! And makes it easy!!! The coffee comes out great tasting and the milk is nice and frothy. Very simple use and the machine is very well made, all stainless and heavy duty parts. This thing weighs a ton!!! Love it. A little pricey, but well worth it for the quality of the machine you get as long as it lasts a while and you stop doing Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts.

I bought this machine with high hopes, but after 1.5 years, I am extremely disappointed. As soon as I plug it in, it trips the circuit breaker. After some research, I found out that it has a chronic issue with water leakage causing short circuits. It's unacceptable to have such a major issue in such a short time. Now I have to take it to a repair shop, and this additional cost is very frustrating. I expected a more durable product. Definitely not recommended. ⭐⭐

I almost didn't buy as it seemed there were tons of reviews at year 3 saying they had breakdowns and the warranty wasn't covered anymore. I bought it though, and I do LOVE it. The auto-tamp works pretty well, and the milk foam does come in nice. The shots pour well. We refuse to get coffee anymore outside the house unless we're really desperate, so I like to think it has already started to pay for itself. Nevermind the fact we drink like 4x more coffee than we ever did, we nevertheless still love and hope our new machine lasts for at least 7 years.

Does most of the work for you. The only thing you have to do is the move the portafilter from one place to another. The touch screen is also great. It gives detailed instructions instead of beeping or blinking leds to let the user know what's happening! Highly recommend.

This machine is amazing, and very well designed. It's just very expensive.

The best espresso machine on the market :) I’ve been through so many different machines and this one takes too #1. I had a machine that was $7,000 and this one still beats it.

Purchased the machine to replace an 7 yr old Gaggia. Worked great for the first the first 2 years of ownership, using multiple times per day. Regular maintenance and upkeep were performed based on manufacturers guidelines. Unfortunately, the machines boilers seemed to spring a leak sending steam into the unit and damaging the electronics (causing power shorts). Sent to Breville for repair and they claimed the machine was unrepairable and out of warranty. They did offer to recycle my $2500 espresso machine for me, so there's that.

We love the breville oracle touch .also Best Buy is one of the best companies to purchase from. We have been doing business with Best Buy for over 30 years, And we will continue to do so. Customer service is still outstanding as the day we made our first purchase. We will be purchasing a tv in the up coming months. Best Buy describes this company in these 2 words

Ive gone through 6 of these for various reasons. Lucky for me i bought the best buy warranty with it and became a total tech member later on. 5 stars if youre a total tech member and own this machibe because something will go wrong. Not a matter of if, but when. Seriously! Ive had a few blown gaskets, one flatout short ciruited on me, a couple pumps that broke, etc. quality control on Breville is asinine, but they built an aesthetically pleasing machine. So if you buy make sure to buy it with a total tech membership.

This is a great machine. There is a slight learning curve, but here are a few tips after 2 years of use. 1) Only use beans with a roast date on them and try not to use old beans. Sell by datwa are not fresh beans. Try Mostra Coffee or Little Waves. Avoid super oily beans. 2) Get a scale. Amount of grinded beans to output shouls be measured initially. Use youtube to learn the ratios. 3) I have always set the grind from 19-22 and adjust dependent upon beans and scale reading. 4) Adjust the amount of coffee being grinded; use the tool provided to adjust the amount. Plenty youtube videos on this. Once tou perfect to your liking youll realize how many better beans are out there than sbux and other large chains.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. She is still learning how to fine-tune it but is able to make espresso drinks that she likes. Saves her settings on the drink menu as she makes adjustments. So far really enjoying it!

This coffee machine is great, so many options to get your coffee exactly how you want it. Easy clean up and it even has a timer to turn on and heat up so its ready for you in the morning.

This thing is amazing. Well worth the investment. I just wish it was a little easier to switch the beans out to decaf for the evenings. I’d drink way more coffee. Other then that I love it!

At first the machine worked just fine. After only 10 months of use with diligent cleaning as per described in owner's manual. The machine devolved two very commonly reported issues. Cracked dispersion disc, and according to support is improper locking of the portafilter, she claimed I'm over tightening the portafilter causing the disc to crack. I stopped at 90 degrees as per owner's manual. But do a search online and you will find users reporting this same exact issue with only weeks of use as well. Next issue, tamping started to fail. Machine will not tamp the coffee completely, I've tried adjusting dose between 20-22g for the double basket and made sure coffee chute is clean. Same problem with all different brands of dry espresso beans. Support claims issue with the beans used, and dose settings. I guess support just don't believe that they have a faulty design.

Bought this for my husbands birthday present. He just loves it. He has perfected his fav hot beverage - a flat white. It is easy to use and looks SO pretty too!

The Oracle Touch is an amazing Espresso machine. While someone with more knowledge could have figured out the grind size for each type of coffee bean -I wasn't able to figure this part out. The size of the grind is the only thing that you have to figure out on this machine - it does literally everything else for you. But at $2500 - I decided it was too much for me and I went with the Barista touch which is $1500 less. I'm still figuring out the grind size - but it doesn't seem as hard on this less expensive machine that is amazing too!!!

The best espresso machine period. Very powerful and customizable. Makes my best coffee ☕ from bean to finish.

Would give this thing 100 stars. One of the best item I purchased. When family got Starbucks just about everyday basically pays for a machine like this. Ever since we owned it haven’t been to Starbucks again except for the whole coffee bean.
