Bought it to clean up after my cats. It removed poop and puke stains without any issue. If you don't use it often, be sure to remove all the individual tanks and let them fully dry before storing the cleaner. Size and portability are convenient for spot cleaning.

This vacuum is great at cleaning up pet accidents. However it is not a product that will last long. I've had mine for a year and ten days and the hose now has holes in it. I've only used this vacuum a handful of times, so it isn't from over use. It seems to be from how the vacuum is designed when it's stored. The hose wraps around the vacuum and seems to put a lot of stress on the hose, which in my case created holes in it. Definitely disappointed in the longevity of this vacuum and would not recommend.

This little machine does its job well. I will admit I wish that an upright unit worked as good because with these you do have to get down on your hands and knees. If you’ve got the motivation, you can clean a ton of carpet in your home if you have it, but it’s best for those smaller dirty spots and tough stains.

This small unit fets the job done and deep cleans the carpet.

Great for stairs. I love it and more importantly my wife loves how I can clean the stairs. Did a phenomenal job on only the first pass.

The description is terribly misleading. With the images of heat in the water tank and the name "proheat" you would think that this machine heats the water and uses some steam to spot clean. It does no such thing. Whatever temp water you add to the tank is the temp it will maintain for you. I have tried it twice since June and been completely underwhelmed by its ability to clean anything. In fact, it leaves more stains around the cleaning area than it removes. Photo is showing a couch cushion that had a spill and the ring of stain left by the Bissell.

Over all great but….. when I 1st got this machine I was very impressed up until it encountered tomato sauce. Sadly this machine can not tackle tomato sauce. My son was having pizza some sauce dropped off the pizza onto the white linen chairs. I thought no problem I have my green machine. But no I tried to tackle this stain 20 mins after the initial spill still a stain. I love it but just be aware it can not tackle tomato stains.

I got this delivered this afternoon and immediately went to work on mt stairs and my living room where rhe dog had several accidents. All it did was make it worse AND MY FLOOR IS WET. The suction didnt pull all the water up out of the carpet. You can see it pullef up this much dirty water and the clean water on the other side is no empty. So where is all the water you ask since its not in the dirty side… its still in my floor. I cleaned the machine out and letting it dry and im bringing it back. I spent around 160 with the cleaner and the carpet soutione i bought and im definitely returning first thing in the morning.

small, aesthetically beautiful, easy to use but with very little power, ideal for small and occasional cleaning, if you want to clean a safe sofa, there are at least 3 recharges with exposure to overheating.

I have two toddlers who literally destroy my furniture. Instead of spending over $400 in dinning chairs I invest in a little over $119. Here are the results after on clean. Buy it. It'll save you time and money. To all moms & expecting mothers, this little guy is a must have.

Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for our furniture (beige couch). We had some spots from our little one dropping liquid. And I attempted to work on it several times with this machine and the spots didn’t come off.

So ya ….this is a NO. I hastily used this after initially purchasing. Just on the back of some couch pillows. I had vacuumed & pretreated these, prior. So surface was clear of dog fur. After a few sprays & strokes, I got the hang of it. Watched some dirty water get sucked through the clear nozzle —which is totally transfixing. Thing is, I ran out of the cleaning water before the empty tank was half full. (I was sparsely spraying as that the fabric was red & noticeably could see wet areas v not.) The suction was eh— not nearly as strong as it started out. I took the nozzle apart, cleaned some furry clogged areas, made sure the hose was clear. And repeatedly went over the wet areas, pulling almost none of the remaining water. Frustrated, I emptied it, put it aside & figured it was a project to come back to. So—Tonight, I come back to the desire to clean a different couch. My way of spending a relaxing Thanksgiving evening alone, finally. LOL. This time, I read & followed the instructions, precisely. I prepare the solution, then realized THERE IS NO HEATING ELEMENT in this model. Therefore, hot tap water must be used & solution added after. So if your mixture becomes tapid, the chonondrum of how to heat a chemical water solution without it exploding, came to mind. So ya. On top of the suction not SUCKING enough of a semi-saturated fabric, paired with no heating element to keep the solution warm & you end up with a wet, streaky couch. Definitely returning.
