Ok so I didnt believe all those 5 star reviews either. Too good to be true? Nope. Heck this is the best coffee machine ever! My first cup of morning coffee was off the charts. Night and day difference to my old Mr. C basic machine. Worth every penny. Also I am having decaf cappucino almost every night! This machine is very well designed, well made- great quality. Easy to clean. Easy to operate. Awesome machine!

Needed an upgrade from my older Ninja coffee bar version and what an upgrade it is! Love everything about this coffee machine, from being able to make hot and iced coffee, it has classic and rich brew, also I love the attached frother for a creamy addition. It has not disappointed, if you don’t have one yet, you need one! Did I mention how much money I’m saving on not having to go out to buy coffee?!

Coffee machine is super easy to use and maintain. Coffee tastes better than I had previously thought possible. It tastes so good I only need one cup to get through the day! I used to have to drink 4-10 cups with my old coffee maker! This saved me time and money!

Everything about this product seems like great quality. We had a Keurig, but all our coffee from the Keurig seemed so watered down. As with most "drip" coffee makers, you can pretty much make your coffee as strong as you want (depending upon how much coffee grounds you add into the filter). Additionally, the "on ice" function makes the coffee even more concentrated by very slowly dripping hot water into the grounds. The coffee does still come out hot, but because it is very concentrated and will melt the ice, it ends up being like a cold cup of coffee that you can then put on more ice. Since the coffee will already be cold, it will not melt the new ice. It's pretty nice! I have not used the frother, so I cannot speak to that. I will say that the water container pretty much has to be filled up every day if you make any more than 1/2 of a pot per day, which is no big deal for us. The auto-brew function works well, although I haven't been able to figure out how to save a specific time for each day (I have to manually set it to 6:30am each day... ie press the hour button 6 times and the minute button 30 times... each day). Anyhow, all in all, we love the coffee maker. So much better than the Keurig. Also, it is easy to clean up.

Thought I was crazy for spending 200$ on a coffee maker. Seemed absurd, but I've never had better tasting coffee from an at home unit. So many options, so easy to use, so sleek in design. 12/10 will recommend. If you drink coffee daily, this is perfect.

This thing makes fantastic coffee. This replaced a keurig and I don't think I could ever go back. The different strengths of coffee, the timers, the built in frother, the 1-cup to full size carafe size options, just awesome. Easy to clean and use.

Great quality coffee maker, it's easy to fill with water, it brews quickly and evenly. The convenience of the permanent filter is also a bonus, as you don't have to use a paper coffee filter unless you want, which I recommend using one otherwise you get some small traces of fine coffee grounds in the bottom of your cup. I love that it comes with a measuring spoon for the many different sizes of cups you can make. You can even make tea in this machine!

what I like about it is it has options for making coffee like breakfast coffee or rich. The option Rich gives you wonderful test of coffe I never had with other coffee makers also you didn't worry how much water you have to add as when you set the cup size you want to make it takes the necessary amount of water for that cup only. What disappoint me is the frother doesn't heat the creamer but it warks well. I had before the other model without froth but before one year it stopped working and they sent me another one from manufacturer warranty, after that it stopped working after 9 months so I had to through it and buy new one. So this time I bought it with bestbuy warranty which is the best and I don't have to worry about it.

I love how it has the different settings (single cup, travel mug, half pot, full pot). Came with a frother but I drink my coffee black so I've never used it. Comes with a reusable filter too BUT the only downside is I get A LOT of sludge at the bottom of my pot, or in my mug. I have to use at least half the recommended scopes to try and reduce it, but even then I'm still getting it and my coffee just tastes like flavored water (gross). I bought reusable cloth filters that so far have seemed to resolve this issue. I definitely recommend this coffee maker over the Keurig brand. So over the k-cups and not getting the same amount of coffee every time.

Works good makes good coffee. My only complaint is that when you pick the make a half of a Croft of coffee it is more than half so you can not fill it and get 2 half brews for 2 days. Which is really weird and drives me crazy. Other than that I love it for my travel mugs and the foaming thing is great we have been using that a ton.

I like how easy to use and user freindly it is. The coffee is very consistent and is on par with dunkin and Starbucks in my opinion. This coffee maker has already paid for itself in terms of no longer going out for coffee. I do recommend this product for a middle tier affordable coffee with extra features.

I've had it a for a few months now and love it! Its easy to use and makes good coffee and espresso type drinks as well (not true espresso, but a solid substitute). Also I really enjoy the frother feature and use it even when not making the specialty drinks.

This Ninja 10 cup coffee maker with glass carafe is great. I like strong coffee so I use the 'rich' setting. It wets the grounds first and lets them soak and then finishes the rest of the cup. The re-usable filter it comes with works fine. The six different brew sizes is very convenient, large mug, travel mug etc. I had an older Ninja model which also made great coffee but seemed to splatter a bit on the counter when brewing into a mug, this one doesn't do that. We also have a Kureg, which is faster but does not make as good a cup of coffee. I definitely prefer the Ninja
