Easy use and joy to use blender

Ease to use, made sturdy. This makes super easy to make smoothy, slush for hot days and kids running back form school. Then it can do what ever needed or create as powerful 1200 watt motor base. Then washing the pitcher and blade is very seamless as upon use then rising them does clean easily (based on rising after making smoothie and juice). Probably the result has to do for first time or new and need to see over time and multiple usages, but the first few usage has been nothing to observe negatively Its accessories "easy-twist extractor blade, 24 oz handled cup, 2 to-go lids, 32 oz cup, pitcher lid with lid cap, tamper, 64 oz pitcher" make practical for quickly serve or use during cooking process. Maybe the motor sound could be bit more smoother or lower pitch, and MSRP could be bit lower, but apart of it in overall does what meant to and does adds up to the need.

The NutriBullet Blender combo offers the versatility of the original with single serve and the larger capacity of a regular blender. I have the original NutriBullet and love it but needed to use a regular blender when making drinks for multiple people. This combo has given me more counter space by replacing two devices and also being smaller than my other blender. With a 1200 watt motor it’s had no problem with anything from smoothies to crushing ice for mixed drinks. Along with smoothies you also have the versatility to make soups, nut butters, salsa and more. It also doesn’t seem as loud as some blenders I’ve used. If you need a single serve blender with the versatility to make larger amounts check this one out!

This is my second NutriBullet product as I’ve already owned the NutriBullet Pro 900 for a number of years. While I love my NutriBullet Pro, it just couldn’t handle some things that required a traditional blender like blending down hot foods or making large quantities like a pitcher of slushies. This NutriBullet Blender Combo helps fill in that gap. Not only does it come with a 32 oz blender cup and a 24 oz one with a handle for smoothies and individual/small sized servings, but you get the benefit of having a full 64 oz blender pitcher for when you need to blend up a large quantity of ingredients for soups and frozen drinks. I liked that two "to-go" drink caps are included with the set, one for each blender cup so you can make up a smoothie, cap the cup, and take it with you, but still drink out of it easily without having to pour it into a separate glass or make a mess trying to drink from its wide rim. The design of the easy-twist off blades, which feature ergonomic finger holds for grip and twisting, make installing and removing the blades far easier than getting the lid off a jam jar. The twist-to-lock feature on the base allows the cups and pitcher to slide into place quickly and securely before you blend. I thought the suction cup feet on the bottom of the motor base do a good job of keeping the unit in place on my granite countertop while operating. My favorite feature is the 'extract' button for fruits and veggies. When used for making smoothies, it automatically runs through a cycle of timed pulses, with increasing speed, each time drawing your ingredients down into the blades without requiring you to remove the cup to shake, scrape down, or stir the ingredients manually. It even shuts itself off when it’s done making your drink. The results are smooth, creamy, and finely pureed smoothies that don’t have large chunks floating around in them, even if you add ice to the mix. One thing I learned from my older NutriBullet unit is that you don’t want to blend hot liquids in the blender cups, because with the seal, as the liquid cools, it creates a vacuum which makes it hard and sometimes impossible to open and remove the blades from the cups. With the blender pitcher, you don’t have to worry about that because it has a vented top which allows any built up pressure to escape, so this makes the pitcher ideal for both pureeing hot foods, for example tomato or pumpkin soup, and making shaved ice drinks like margaritas and pina coladas. With the pulse feature you can also do short bursts of chopping and dicing which works great for making chunky sauces like salsa verde and chutneys without having to pull out the food processor. I appreciate that the blender has three speeds so you can better control how fine you want your puree, though if run it long enough in any mode and you'll end up with a super smooth final product. That said, the blender cups have automatic shutoffs of 60 seconds per blend. This is to prevent the contents from heating up and building up pressure in the sealed cups. The pitcher has no such time restriction. I did try out a few of the recipes in the included recipe book, and I can recommend the green smoothie and tomato soup thickened with cashews instead of cream or flour! The custom tamper is well thought out too because you can insert it through the vent hole in the lid, and it stops just short of the blade so you can be sure that it won’t interfere with them for safe operation. The one thing I did notice was that if the rubber gasket of the pitcher lid gets oily, it’s literally impossible to get it seated in the pitcher and create a seal; it will simply slide up and pop out on its own. I found this out when one of my soups called for olive oil and some got up under the gasket and when I popped the lid off to add more ingredients, I couldn’t get the lid back on the pitcher again until I washed and rinsed the gasket off with soap and water. Aside from that small issue, I’ve really been enjoying using the blender and the smoothie cups to help me make quick and healthy smoothies, soups, and frozen drinks. The motor is powerful and not super duper loud, though about what you’d expect from a high-powered blender.

When it comes to my cooking implements, I like to minimize how much I am stacking in my pantry and consolidate and improve efficiency wherever possible. This blender has helped me do it. If you are wondering, the "combo" that this blender's title is referring to is the fact that it not only comes with a 64oz blender pitcher but also with a 24oz handled cup and a 32oz cup complete with travel lids to take your healthy (or not) brew on the go! I like this a lot. It means that if I want to make just a single serving shake for breakfast to get me out the door, I can do that. If I need the larger pitcher for making multiple shakes for a day, friends, or a recipe, I can do that as well. Altogether, I think that this blender simply smacks of quality from pouring the contents of the its box out onto the counter to pouring the contents of the blender pitcher or cups into your mouth! All silliness aside, I think this is a great buy and you are bound to be pleased with it. 5 stars!

This item is perfect if you need a blender and Nutribullet for smoothies, it has a powerful motor with a full size blender and two Nutribullet cup attachments. The base seems to be very sturdy with weight and suction cups, plus a very compact design. I was making smoothies in no time with a press of the extract button that does everything automatically by following recipes in the included recipe book. Chops through ice, nuts etc with ease and easy to clean. I’m very happy with the Nutribullet blender combo.

First impression is the box is very well packed. Super secure, nothing getting damaged during shipping in this box. Unpacking the box I was amazed at the quality that went into each piece. The main pitcher is very large, thick walled and the lid fits very snug and secure so no spillage. I poured a medium sized bag of frozen fruit in with some yogurt and milk and started pulsing the unit. Its got power, 1200 watts of it. It shreds the frozen fruit and blends it until there is nothing left. The included tamper easily allowed me to get the fruit that was not cycling to the bottom to get it blended. The kids enjoyed the first batch of smoothies. Next I used the 32oz cup to blend me a personal smoothie. I realized that I filled it up to much with the frozen fruit and a few other choice ingredients and had to do a shake shake while it was blending to get the pieces to the blades since there was not a way to use a tamper. Once I got it blended you remove the blade portion from the base and unscrew it from the cup. You are kind of left with a mess as the blades become external and anything not still in the cup melts onto the counter. So I suggest you be near a sink to rinse the blades off once you remove them. I love the personal cups and the lids that come with them. You don't have to use the large pitcher if you want to make one personal smoothie. I love this thing. There are a couple safety features I like. One of which are the buttons are not instant one when pressed. There is a delay and I like that in case they are accidentally pressed. Also the power button, The last blender I owned was plug and play, no power button. So with this unit, you know its off even when its plugged in. I know my wife plans on pureeing tomatoes and many other items she uses for soups and canning. She was thrilled about receiving the unit.

    Very Versatile Blender Combo

The Nutribullet Blender Combo comes with the 1200 watt motor base, user guide, recipe book, 24 ounce cup with a handle, 32 ounce cup, 2 to go lids for the previous items, a tamper, and 64 ounce large pitcher with lid and lid cap. With 1200 watts this is plenty strong enough to deal with various ingredients and blend them to a smooth substance. Both blade housings lock distinctly in place. You can easily tell when it is locked in place. You cannot start blending if it is not properly locked into place. This blender is mostly used for the morning healthy smoothie. For a smoothie it is recommended to use the EXTRACT setting. Using the 24 or 32 oz. cup, add your ingredients and screw the extractor blade onto the cup. Screw the unit into the 1200 watt base and turn clockwise until you get the CLICK. It is now engaged properly. Press EXTRACT and wait for the unit to stop. This will take approximately 60 seconds. Unscrew the extractor blade and cup from the base and turn it over. Unscrew the extractor blade from the base. Screw the To Go Lid onto the cup. The To Go lid has an O-ring to seal the opening. I set the full container on its side and it did not leak. I have used this daily for about a week and it has performed perfectly. As we all know, blenders are loud. I find this unit less loud than other blenders I have used. I noticed the blender seems to build up to top speed quickly after you select a button. Using the pitcher, we made a frozen drink to share. All the ingredients were added along with the ice. Blending on high for 60 seconds got the ice all crushed and the frozen drink was a perfect consistency. Everyone enjoyed the drink. From the manual, this is a description of the different speed settings: - EXTRACT: Used to break down fruits, vegetables and ice into smoothies. This setting shuts off automatically after 60 seconds. - LOW: Use to mix items that do not need to be blended strongly like eggs and batters. - MEDIUM: Used for dips, grinding nuts, sauces and milkshakes. - HIGH: Used for thick mixtures and blend frozen fruits. - Pulse: Used for controlled chopping and processing. The Nutribullet Blender Combo is now a fixture in our kitchen. The cups are used daily. The pitcher is stored away for when a larger container is needed. All of the cups and lids are dishwasher safe so clean up is a breeze. This is a very versatile unit that will cover any blending need you throw at it. I have recommended this to my friends.

I decided it was high time I started drinking and eating better. All of us could probably stand to lose a few pounds, and I could stand to lose a few more than most people. Enter the NutriBullet Blender combo! In addition to the 32oz and 24oz bullet cups, you get a full blender pitcher. The pitcher and the cups are made of hard plastic and the pieces all snap together well. Set up is incredibly simple. So far, usage has been okay. I like the amount of accessories I get for the money. The various cups are nice and the blade for the cup cleans up pretty easily under warm, soapy water. My biggest challenge to date has been finding a smoothie that I liked. I've tried a few of the recipes in the included manual, and, let me tell ya, anything with spinach in it will probably be green or brown by the time the blending is done. I don't see how you could combine red and green colors and achieve anything else. The NutriBullet system worked okay, but I did have some struggles. It usually would blend things eventually, and once blended, things were smooth. But.. it would take a few tries with the extract or higher settings for most of the smoothies I was making. The extract button runs for a minute and the blender shuts off to keep from burning up the motor. According to the manual, you're supposed to then wait a minute before running again. So, I found myself waiting and cycling the machine more than I expected. Some ingredients didn't incorporate or blend into the mixture well. Yogurt gave me fits; you can see an unincorporated vein of yogurt that never did want to blend into the mixture. I'm learning there is a system to knowing what speeds and which options to run and that is taking me a bit to figure out. The pitcher is good size, but the blade is integrated into the base of the pitcher. I couldn't find any instructions to remove the blade. So, when that blade gets worn down (six months from now?), it's likely you'll have to replace the entire pitcher, too. I've owned blenders in the past, but this is my first blender system specifically designed around making individual smoothies. I think it will work better the more I get used to it. Right now, there's a dual learning curve of finding recipes I like and recipes that work well with the machine. If you make a lot of smoothies and the convenience of having both a blender and bullet cups appeals to you, then I think you will probably like it. I have some concerns about long term usage, but for the moment, I am enjoying the machine. I look forward to trying my hand at the various soups, sauces ... and did someone say frozen cocktails?

This is really a great product from Nutribullet. The thing that is really great is not only is an awesome smoothie maker as always but the blender is 1200 watts has the larger pitcher so you can make smoothies, margarita's and other great frozen drinks in larger than a single portion. It also comes with the two single serving blender cups with great drinkable lids. Also comes with an "Extractor" button which is great for crushing ice but really made to perform a better pulverize of fruits and vegetables. We pitted some cherries and ran them with some frozen raspberries and unsweetened chocolate almond milk and it was amazing, smooth as can be! Motor speeds of Low, Med, High as well as a Pulse feature in addition to extract. This Combo Nutribullet is a great option if you want a high quality blender/juicer along with the ability to use the single serve "take with you" cups. Easy clean too!

A great blender that fixes an actual problem of having too many kitchen appliances! Unboxing: Inside there was the blender base, the blender jar with blades, lid, two NutriBullet cups (one with a handle and one without), a tamper, instructions and a small booklet of blender recipes. The product feels premium. The base is heavy and made of high quality plastic (it seems) with a great stying in a gunmetal color. Best of all, there are suction on the bottom! I found these to be the most fun part of this blender, though they do serve a practical purpose. Set up: Pretty straight forward here, simply attach things that you want to use and put the extra parts away. Normally I discuss pairing, installation, assembly here but this was as simple as it gets. Use: Our first smoothie was a strawberry banana just to try it out. Using a medium setting, it worked flawlessly easily grinding up the ice and the results came out as expected. This was using the blender attachment but like other NutriBullet, you can change it out with the included cups and blend it directly into that to take you drink to work with minimal mess. Using it like a traditional NutriBullet is great because you can use the “Extract” while blending to ensure you get a great blend. My only complaint of this unit was in blender mode, you have to take off or lift up the cap in order to pour out drink, it is a minor issue but a little annoying as other blenders let you pour with the cap on to reduce messes. Summary: It was hard to write this review because it just worked as intended, there was nothing really bad to talk about and nothing really amazing. It simply worked as intended and saved space as it replaced my old blender and my old NutriBullet. As a result I can only give it 5 out of 5 stars due to its great construction, convenience, design, and durability. Great job here!

I know some people would dismiss this as just another blender, but the included accessories and powerful motor make this a very useful appliance. The two 24oz cups are a great size, but they are thin enough to fit nicely in a cup holder (this is a big issue with my old smoothie maker). The included lids let you make a smoothie or shake and go. They also rinse out easily. I also like the large 64oz pitcher. It works well for making large batches of salsa or soup. You can throw in raw vegetables and don’t have to smash them in. It has a hole in the lid and tamper, which is very useful. It is also easy to clean if you rinse it out with some warm water right after you use it. I would recommend this blender. It easily meets my needs, has features standard blenders don’t offer, and makes my life easier with the perfect size containers.

Used my unit to make spaghetti sauce for the first trial run. Whole tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, green peppers, onions, spices, and garlic. Ground it all up to a milky slurry and cooked it on slower simmer for one hour. Delicious. Also used this to chop left over nuts for banana nut bread.

I recently received the Nutribullet Blender Combo. I have mixed feeling about it. (No pun intended.) First off, the contents. Included in the box are the 1200watt motor base, 64oz pitcher blender with lid and cap, tamper, 32oz cup with lid, 24oz handled cup with lid, easy-twist extractor blade, recipe book and user guide. There are another set of blades built into the pitcher. The motor base has buttons for “Extract” mode, 3 speeds and a pulse button as well as a power button. Simply twist the pitcher or the extractor blade and a cup on to the motor base. Turn it on and you are ready to go. First thing I did with the unit was try to make of pitcher of smoothies. My 1st attempt didn’t go very smoothly. Unlike some other blenders on the market, this bender only has 1 set of blades, which are located at the bottom of the pitcher. They are not removable, which complicates the cleaning process a little bit. It also necessitates the need for the tamper. When the blades aren’t blending anything because it is too thick, you remove the lid cap and insert the tamper. The tamper moves around the contents of the blender and is designed to not be able to touch the blade. It does a fairly decent job, moving the contents around, but with another set of blades higher up, it might not be necessary. To use a tamper. I had a difficult time blending in enough liquid to make it thin enough to9 keep blending. By then, there was so much liquid that it really diluted the fruit. After a few tries, I stopped using ice in the smoothie and slightly defrosted the fruit before blending things to make it thinner without diluting it. It wasn’t quite as tough to make a smoothie in the 32oz or 24oz cup. I just put the fruit and liquid into the glass, attached the easy-twist base and attached it to the motor base. Turn it on and hit the “Extract” button. The unit will then go through a preprogrammed series of modes, speeds and delays to blend a perfect smoothie. I think this unit does a much better job of blending and cutting the ingredients than my old unit. I always had an issue with feeling the seeds from strawberries in the smoothie but with this one, you don’t feel them unless you actually chew the smoothie. I like that a lot. The Nutribullet blender combo works great as a bullet, but not as well using the pitcher. For a nice smooth individual smoothie, I highly recommend it. If you’re going to use it strictly as a blender you might prefer something with a second level of blades.

Bought this on a Deal of the Day and I am pleased with the amount of power and convenience that this blender provides. Easy to use, clean and has power to spare. Only thing I could come up with as a con would be that the pitcher isn’t glass but then again if it was it would be heavy. It’s rather large lol

Very powerful. The instructions say to only run it one minute at a time so it doesn't overheat, but I've not found that to be a problem. I'm more likely to make a smoothy since it has the small "cups." I would prefer the blades come off for cleaning but putting soapy water in and running the blender does a good auto-wash. I'm a little concerned the suction feet will fail, but in the small amount of time I've had it, they are great.

This was recommended as the best 2nd tier blenders for making smoothies by some reviews online. So far it has lived up to its expectations. This is powerful enough to grind all the seeds and fiber from fruits and vegetables in a very short time. And all for just a hundred bucks( $100), for it was on sale. It is so good I ordered another one for my extended family.

This thing can go! Pros: It does what it says. It blends. No chunks, no mess, no fuss, no wait. It's compact compared to other blenders and just as efficient and same results(I've had them all). Cons: This is not even a con, because it's a blender, but if I had to choose something, it would be the sound. It's loud of course, but it can sometimes sound like the thing is breaking.

Its kind of must have blender in kithen for daily work. I was looking this kind of blender since long time. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. Also it is very powerful that it breaks icecubes also and prepares a very nice smoothy.
