Customers are enthusiastic about the K-Duo 12-Cup Coffee Maker and Single Serve K-Cup Brewer for its convenience, versatility, and space-saving design. They appreciate the ease of use, the ability to brew both regular coffee and single-serve K-Cups, and the compact size that doesn't take up too much counter space. However, some customers have concerns about the small water reservoir, durability issues, occasional leaks, and instances of the machine stopping unexpectedly.

It’s a Keurig and it does do the job of f brewing a pretty decent cup of coffee. Coming from an older Elite series when that one finally but the dust after a few years, I find this model in a love/hate relationship. It seems that I always get stuck with filling the darn thing so it was pleasant to find that the capacity was the same but in a friendly form factor for filling from the fridge. The drawback is that the reservoir is on the back of the unit so it is a little more effort to take it off to fill it. Secondly, the button placement to brew a single serve requires the same dexterity as a concert pianist. Select K-cup, select strong, select cup size, and then hit brew. It’s all over the place. Also, as others have said, the printing on the pot is in the wrong side. Not that you can get more than a six cup brew and an 8 oz single serve prior to the water running out.

This product is very easy to use. I like the convenience of using single cup for myself but also can use the 12 cup when I have company. It was easy to set up and instructions were very good. The instruction book makes it handy for using the coffee maker and maintaining it.

Really nice coffee maker! Well built & easy to use. I love my single side & the carafe. I have not found the carafe to be leaky like other reviews mentioned. My only complaint is the need to leave water in the reserve to brew. Unlike other makers, this one isn't a measure & brew. It requires a certain level of water to brew but does not use up all the water on one brew. Being on well water (even though it's filtered), I prefer not leaving standing water. I do wish the reusable filter came with the unit but it can be purchased separately.

We use this everyday. The single serve works great and the pot makes it taste amazing. The model is easy to use and easy to clean. Some people complain about things breaking but I believe its due to how the maintain it. As long as you take care of it, it will take care of your caffeine needs!
We bought this on sale as the full price seems a bit much, but if it never dropped in price it still is a great model.

We were exposed to this model during a Disney World (DVC) vacation (at Boulder Ridge) which had this model in the room. Back at home, making k-cups, this is slower than our older k-supreme, but the coffee does taste better (2 strengths: normal and strong). It makes a good pot of coffee each morning too, and saves a lot of counter space versus 2 separate machines.

Purchased this for a wedding gift. It looks like a really nice coffee maker. It was on sale at a great price, pickup was fast & easy with a gift receipt. I was so happy they had this available it was on the brides gift register with Amazon but the wedding was the next day so didn’t have time to order it. I picked it up within hours of purchasing online. I would have put he’s it anyway from Best Buy cause I buy all my electronics here. The employees they have are always so helpful & willing to help .

Very happy with my new Keurig K Duo Coffee Maker with its
Single Serve Brewer. It's very nice looking, easy to clean, efficient and easy to use. I love the ability to brew a full pot of coffee when the occasion calls for it and I love my two single-serves each morning. To have them both in the same appliance is "genius."

Moved into a new place and needed a coffee maker, but also wanted a Keurig. I used to have both, so this is absolutely perfect. I've had it for a month and have used the pot pretty much daily, and the single-serve when I want tea or a quick cup of coffee. Very easy to program or simply select number of cups for a pot or ounces for a single cup. Glad I got the "all in one" solution!

I always wanted to have the flexibility of single cup serving, so I made the investment. This unit is very easy to use and performs without flaw, and it is very easy to clean. There is a slight lag from the time you turn on, to the time it starts brewing, but this is nothing I can't get use to. I am very happy with my purchase.

I've wanted a single serve coffee maker for a while. The Black Friday sale price was excellent, so finally made the purchase. I loved the option of brewing either a single serve, or a full pot. I dont like the waste of the K-cups, so made an additinal purchase of 3 refill pods. Once I read the manual and familiarized myself with the functions, it was simple to use. Also appreciate the strong brew setting. Very satisfied with this coffee maker.

Only had for about 10 weeks but great so far. We'll see how it holds up after a year--we use often but clean regularly, but we're on our third Keurig in 3.5 years...
Easy to use, brews a great cup or carafe. Worked great with our reusable K-Cup adapter.

Straight up awesome. I’ve always appreciated the convenience of the K Cups but never owned a Keurig because my wife and I are adults and drink real amounts of coffee in the morning. This is perfect because it has both options and let’s you select the volume on both carafe and K-cup settings. Also unlike a lot of the single cup makers I’ve used you just turn it on, select mode/size, and hit go, and it pours as soon as the water is hot vs having to wait to select your size. There is a “strong” setting too which is basically just a slow drip but I like it as I feel most of the K-cups are a little weak. I normally drink coffee in the mornings and I’m done, but with the K-cups I can get a little jolt mid day if I need it or it’s really handy for making hot tea or cocoa (I’m a grown child). Last, as a bonus the thing just looks nice and feels well made. Double bonus I got the idea because my in-laws have one but I hated how their carafe always had a little drip after your pour, but ours is about 6 months newer and the spout looks different so it looks like the nerds at Keurig fixed that one. Buy it, and if it’s on deal of the day don’t even question buying it.

I've liked Keurig for several years now. I didn't care for having a full coffee pot machine and a separate one for Keurig. Now this can do both AND the water is one tank. It heats the water quickly and it works like a charm. I can make a pot of coffee for myself & husband can get a cup of tea. I like that it will keep a pot hot for about 2 hours so you can go back & get a refill. This review is 9 months after purchase and I still am as pleased as the day we bought it.
Only improvement I would suggest to the manufacturer is a RED light to let you know the water is getting low. The tank is completely hidden behind the machine so one time I was wondering why it didn't run...Oh low on water. ;-) Would buy again.

My parents really love this the can make a single cup of coffee or a full pot the coffee tastes better as well. It also helps that the water tank can detatch so no mess.
