Excellent quality coffee for the price. I like that the water reservoir is removable so you can directly fill it. Easy to clean - I remove the reservoir daily to let everything dry. Oddly though, the buttons are difficult to press. I find myself pushing the coffee maker when trying to hit the brew button.

I like the removable water tank, and the included reusable filter.
I still use the paper filter, because I find I get more flavor from the paper, but great to have the backup.
The robust setting takes more time, but results in a rich brew. I generally steal a cup before the pot is done.
The keep warm doesn't overheat the coffee, and the time to hold the coffee hot is programable.
Easy to use, easy to clean.

This Ninja is a VERY GOOD coffee brewer and I really enjoy very hot coffee !!! I like the water reservoir, you can take it to the sink to clean it or fill it. The Glass Carafe is very easy to pour, does not go all over the place. Also, it takes a new type of filter. When it is time for Brewer, it is easy to set. the better coffee

Very well made. Easy to set up, use and clean. Love the detachable water reservoir and the design is perfect for handling. It makes great brewed coffee. We use “rich brew” because we use creamer and it’s perfect every time. The only suggestion for improvement would be the hour and minute buttons. They are hard to press, but definitely not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend this coffee maker!!

I had one of the original Ninja "coffee bars' which gave out after several years of use. I liked the way it made coffee but hardly used the extra features. This coffee maker makes use of the best features but with a larger and easier to clean pot, better drip control, uncomplicated options. My only wish is that it brewed faster, but I still highly recommend it.

CE251 Ninja coffee maker

I love this coffee maker best I’ve ever owned. (CE251) been using over 3 weeks now I discovered when I filled to 12 cup line it was a little harder to raise up into position to slide down into position. Not a problem for less water levels, I found that filling the carafe full and pour into reservoir for 12 cups is best less wear and tear on the seals, after I make my coffee I take the lid off reservoir to dry out. The carafe has a wide pour spout I haven’t spilt a drop of coffee yet. I love the option to keep my pot hot up to 4 hours, coffee tastes great (rich brew) it’s very easy to use just read the manual. This maker is only hot brew no cold brew feature. Some 12 cup coffee makers are only 50 oz. this is gives 60 oz. I highly recommend this model CE251.

Easy to clean. You have to configure how strong or light of coffee youd like but its great once its set! One of the best things is the timer as you can set it to have coffee ready in the morning

I purchased this after my Ninja hot and cold brew system failed for a second time under warranty and BB didn't have any more nor could they order one....thank God for that!
This unit uses a cone filter and includes and easy lift out for it. The reservoir is large and clearly marked making it easy to adjust your batch sizes depending on your needs. The hot plate works all the time unlike that other unit I had from them and of course I added the geek squad extended warranty just in case it decides to fail like the other one.
It's much quieter than the hot and cold system and doesn't irritate people near it who might be trying to do things like watch tv or hold a conversation. The decanter has a very wide mouth making pouring without spilling very easy.
Only time will tell if this is a good unit or not.

Great coffee maker with a wonderful concept — the water supply is clear and removable so you don’t have to wonder if it is clean. I’ve used quisinart for years, but this Ninja is equal in coffee quality and much easier to fill and keep clean.

This is a very good coffeemaker. I've had this Ninja coffee maker about a month after my OXO 9 fell apart after years of use The OXO produced a very good cup of coffee but I wanted a change. I read great things about this Ninja but also read concerns about quality control. So far, so very good. The coffee quality is great. I love the easy pour, dripless carafe - it feels balanced in your hands when it pours. The ability to transport the water tank to a dispenser is convenient. The Ninja is easy to operate, and looks good in the kitchen. It's not the cheapest coffeemaker, not the most expensive, but is a very good value for the money. And no quality issues to speak of.

We’ve used Cuisinart coffee makers for the past 15 years. It was time for a new pot as the cuisinart was leaking. Saw good reviews on this Ninja, so we decided to take a shot on it. Couldn’t be more happy with our decision. The pour spout is practically spill proof, unlike our our Cuisinarts. Absolutely love the water reservoir. We just lift the reservoir of the machine, fill it up and put it back on the machine. Way more convenient than filling the pot, then trying to pour the water into the small reservoir opening on the Cuisinart (meanwhile water dripping from the pot as you are trying to fill). Love this pot!

Absolutely wonderful coffee maker.
Pros-
>Water reservoir is removeable, which makes it easy to fill up and a bit easier to clean by the sink.
> The glass carafe is a nice weight.
> Easy to make a small batch of coffee or many cups.
> Easy to clean with removable top filter (also good for cleaning).
> Takes up a small amount of space in comparison to other large coffee makers.
Con-
> The only thing that MAY cause an issue for some people is when you raise the top lid to put coffee in, some people may not be able to put it underneath some kitchen cabinets depending on your set up. That is literally the only issue you might have.

We currently also own the Ninja Bar Coffee maker as well so we knew Ninja made great coffee machines.
We purchased this with our Best Buy Reward points and are very satisfied with it. This replaced our coffee maker in our RV Travel Trailer. We like to "glamp" and have a Kurig and now a Ninja in the trailer. We used it last week while camping at the coast and it made some great coffee. The controls are slightly different than the Coffee Bar, but easy to manipulate.
It is a little tall, but fits in the cabinet of the RV just fine.
We only used bottled water through it and it tasted great.
It is a little on the pricey side, but it does make great coffee and seems well built to last quite awhile.

I am really happy with this purchase. The coffee maker looks nice on our coffee bar. It is easy to setup and use and the coffee tastes great, much better than the individual Keurig k-cups, although we still use that brewer when we just want a single cup of coffee later in the day. You can tell that Ninja put a good deal of thought into the design. The water reservoir is removable and it is shaped so that there are indentations for where you would grip it, so I feel it would be good for those with little grip strength. We grind the beans fresh every night when preparing the pot to auto-start the next morning. It does beep when brewing is finished, but it's not obnoxious. I would recommend!
