Easy to use under low furniture, and has incredible suction for cleaning.

Love this vacuum!! I have tile floors and for some reason they are always dirty. I researched a ton of vacuums and found this one. I tried it once and oh boy was I not disappointed! It collected so much dirt and pet hair. I highly recommend this product to anyone with pets.

This is an AWESOME vacuum! Night and day compared to my previous standing vacuum. Consumer Reports rated this as the best stick vacuum with a cord. The cord is 30-feet long, the vacuum stands up by itself, the part that rise on the floor maneuvers around with extreme ease. You want a corded vacuum because the cordless ones dies after a few years.

I bought this because it can stand up and the wireless ones had less suction power. It’s still very loud but it works great and the extension for pet hair is amazing but the normal tube extensions don’t have enough suction

Had a Shark duo before so liked it and started losing suctio power so decided to go with another duo albut one that could be used as a portable. I was not disappointed. From the first day you could see how much pet hair the old vacuum was missing and the suction power was amazing. My wife let her mother use it and she liked it so much she bought one too.

After reading a ton of reviews and watching YouTube videos we settled on this vacuum instead of a cordless Dyson. We are so happy (and a bit disgusted) at what our last vacuum was missing. Taking apart for cleaning (simple rinsing) is super easy too. Has helped with pet allergies immensely! 100% love it.

Excellent vacuum abs really sucks up everything on your rug. I was amazed the first time I used, how much my old vacuum wasn’t getting. I love that hair doesn’t get tangled abs obstruction the vacuum, there’s a anti clog mechanism. Very easy to empty. Transitions well between rugs and floors.

After three frustrating years of my Dyson and battery issues, we went back to a corded vacuum. Conclusion, glad we did. We had a Dyson v6 and the power was no where near as good as this corded vacuum. This vacuum works well and we have no complaints. As long as it holds up, 5/5 for sure.

Let me tell you if your looking for a good vacuum. Look no further. I love this vacuum. The suction in it is the best. I have an Oreck that I been using for years and it did not pick up as good as this one. It was so worth buying. It is a little pricey though.

Assembly is quite intuitive, no need to read instructions. Great suction power, I hope it stays like that. It's a pretty light vacuum, I didn't have any issue carrying it around the house. The dust cup is pretty small, so be ready to empty it often. Overall Good product at a fairly reasonable price.

We had a shark stick vacuum prior to this and we loved it, but there were a couple shortcomings. One, there were no nozzle attachments (i.e. crevice tool, brushes, etc.), and two, no flexible hose to maneuver around things. Not only does this Shark Apex fix those two issues, it also comes with a turbine cleaner for getting pet hair off furniture. This vacuum is so flexible, you can clean just about anything as it transforms into different things. I use just the canister/flexible hose and attachments to clean the inside of the car, the stick and crevice tool to get cobwebs off the ceiling, etc. The beater unit is narrower than your traditional rug cleaner too, so it's easier to get into those tight spaces that most rug beaters cannot fit in. This also makes cleaning under things a breeze (e.g. beds, couch, etc.) since it lays down pretty close to flat and the beater unit isn't very tall.

I ordered this 2 days ago. Delivery was quite quick. The unit performs well but after 1 use, the plastic on the power nozzle where it attaches to the wand, is cracked and on calling Shark support, I was told this is not covered under warranty. To replace the part I have to purchase a whole new power nozzle for $99. I like the vacuum but it shouldn’t break after 1 day of use. I have not dropped it or done anything abusive to it. All I did was put it together. I have not seen this mentioned as a common issue with this model but this was not a cheap vacuum and I expected better.

Excellent vacuum! Ive owned a few vacuums and I have to say that this one is by far the best one Ive owned! It works great, sucks up literally anything! Easy to handle, a bit heavy but nothing I cant handle. Completely worth the money!

It is not the vacuum for my household needs. Let me star by stating that my rating is based on my experience with this vacuum but I think it could work for others. I have 2 German Shepherd and a Shiba Inu, that means lots of shedding and hair. I vacuum every day and during shedding season twice every day, sometimes up to three times. I bought this to replace my Dyson stick vacuum that I LOVED but only lasted 3 years. I’ve had Bissel, Dyson and Hoover vacuums in the past and decided to give Shark an opportunity this time around. The first time I used it, suction was great, but gradually started declining. Well after 3 months of daily use the vacuum died. While using it a burning smell started coming out and it stopped working. I cleaned it and let it rest for 3 days and now it turns on but makes a weird noise and doesn’t pick up as much hair. Another feature I don’t like is the foam roll, supposedly is the auto-cleaning feature for the vacuum roller but it’s just another place where the hair gets all clogged/stuck. Another con is the size of the canister (too small, have to be dumping out the canister every couple minutes it doesn’t even give to do half a room or the stairs or hallway) and how bulky the vacuum is compared to my previous Dyson stick (it doesn’t fit underneath most furniture in my house unlike the Dyson and it’s harder to maneuver on the stairs). All in all is not the right vacuum for me and our household needs. If you don’t vacuum every day and don’t have heavy shedders this might work for you.

Powerful suction. Probably one of my favorite vacuums so far. Its a little heavier than I expected but not bad. The attachments could be better but all in all I'm happy with this purchase. Power button could use better placement.

Great suction! Used after vacuuming with my older vac and it still collected a lot of debris! Can pretty much turn in a 90 degree angle-pretty cool! The tools pop out of their holder easily but not a burden.

This product did not perform as well as I expected. For the price I expected much better suction. My family and I do appreciate how lite and portable it is. It makes vacuuming the stairs very easy and transported it from floor to floor is very easy. The dirt container is pretty small, so you will have to empty it alot, but at least they made that very easy. I am not a fan of where they put the power button. It's seems to be in an awkward place on the top of the handle. I have to believe there are cheaper vacuums out there that perform just as well as this or better.

This vacuum packs plenty of power along with a truly innovative brush roll system; however, if you’re used to the maneuverability and ease of use of cordless vacuums you may find this model to be a bit cumbersome.
