DO NOT BUY THIS. IT BURNED OUT AFTER ONLY 11 MONTHS! THIS IS THE SECOND SHARK VACUUM TO DO THIS. JUNK

Incredibly easy to clean. Picks up all kinds of dog hair. Suction level is great as long as you continue to clean it and it’s not that hard to do make sure that you actually go through the hose portion and make sure there’s no hair in there because it does get stuck in there from time to time, and it causes suction issues.

The Shark - Navigator Pet Pro ZU62 Bagless Pet Upright Vacuum - Pewter Gray Metallic is great for so many reasons. I am a true fur baby mom with 2 dogs; one is not a shedding machine, but the other one is. I have a couple of Duo Clean Shark machines, but if you have pets, those past models do not self-clean and as my cleaning lady has told me, they look like they are growing hair. From time to time, I have to remove the brushes and cut off hair that wraps around the rollers, a pain. So far so good-I love, love, love the self cleaning Zero M technology that cleans the roller head (see attached picture). Obviously, the less work that I have, the better off I am. Additionally, there is a 3XL collection cup and I know that my cleaning lady and I will really appreciate that since I have a good sized 2 story home-less time walking to the garbage can to dump the dust cup of its contents. This vacuum took less than 5 minutes to assemble and it is very easy to detach the hose from the vacuum's body to do higher up cleaning. Likewise, when you want to pull the handle to vacuum steps, etc. it is easily done without much physical effort. Bottom line, when you push on a click it works to disengage a vacuum part so it can be used in its various other formats. I believe I need to work on elongating the 12" hose so that when it, I can seamlessly do so without pulling over the vacuum's body. I have stood the vacuum next to a step or a wall so that it would not tip over. I have had this vacuum less than a week, clearly not long enough to encounter any technical issues, but so far from what I have seen it is a winner.

The Shark - Navigator Pet Upright Vacuum is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned. This purchase is my 2nd Shark Vacuum. I love how light it is and how you can easily detach the handle/hose to get in difficult areas. The non-tangle brush roller makes this product far superior to other brands. Spend the money and buy this vacuum. You will not regret it!

I love my Shark Navigator. It picks up lint, dust, pet hair, dirt, and basically everything. It isn't loud and is very easy to use. So far it has not given me any problems. This is my first time buying a Shark vacuum, and I'm very happy with the purchase.

I really like this vacuum cleaner. It is quite powerful and easy to use. I wish the actual bottom portion was a bit wider so I could vacuum a bigger area, but that's a minor gripe. All in all, a great vacuum. Expensive though, so I would try to get it on sale!

My wife loves this shark. Its light weight so easy for stairs. It really is amazing at picking up our dog and cat hair. It also works really well on hard wood floors too. All in all awesome vacuum!

Great vacuum for the money. Works good on cleaning up pet hair and all the dirt kids bring in the house. Easy to disassemble and clean no issues.

This vaccum is so easy to use and the suction is so good that I bought my daughter one. (She has 3 pups and loves it)

We have had this for over a year now, we went through two “pet” vacuums by other brands in less time that we have had this one. We have a Husky and the roller on the other brand would get so tangled they were impossible to clean. I was skeptical about the no tangle roller on this, but it’s absolutely fabulous. There are minimal visible threads on the roller after a year. Would recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets, or just anyone who wants a great vacuum!

This thing sucks, it’ll suck the hair off your head. The swivel head is really good and helps reach those trickier spots. Down side is that it’s a little loud. It is definitely louder than my shark but 3 times more powerful

Very light and maneuvers great in tight spaces great for pet hair

We have a cat and a dog, so the pet features on this vacuum are great to have. Amazing how much more a new vacuum will pick up. Powerful yet light weight enough for my wife to get up and down the stairs easy.

I had purchased a shark before and was very disappointed. But this one has met expectations. It picks up so much of our pet hair and 1 year later it is still has the same power.

Had this vacuum for a few years now and absolutely love it. Maintenence is quick and easy (swapping filters, cleaning the brush head etc) and no parts have had issues or broken. It vacuums efficiently and collects all pet hair and debris with ease! Would totally buy again but luckily this vacuum has a lot of life left in it

Seems to be a good well-sucking vacuum cleaner: I haven't had a chance to test the self-cleaning-brushroll feature but I assume it works, and carpets look like they've been squeegeed! The canister is huge, and easy to disconnect and empty. The vac is a little awkward to handle -- it's a bit heavy and the base swivels a lot, and also the hooks for wrapping the cord are strangely close together so it takes forever to wrap up -- but it seems to be a great vac for the price. I had comparison shopped at Target, same price, but went with Best Buy since I have TotalTech and that apparently covers repairs. I've never been disappointed in BestBuy, my go-to shop for laptops and cameras but had never done other appliances there. I'm encouraged by this purchase.

the vacumn continues to work after many days of operation. Wish there were ni cord; but the price was right; and hopefully will be operational for two more years.

Good vacumm suck up everything love it so much worth it

I used to own A shark hybrid (vacuum with hard floor mop feature) around 13 years ago and it was the best vacuum i ever owned. Fast forward 13 years and that vacuum is long gone so we needed another one. Lo and behold i find this one (on sale for $199.99 at the time) so I figured I'd give it A try. If you own pets (and even if you don't) this vacuum is amazing. It has A hard floor setting and A carpet setting as well as A suction setting (you can change how stong the suction is). You would not believe how much more dirt it picks up than our previous vacuum (bissel crosswave pet vac or something like that) the difference is night and day.

Great vacuum, lightweight, and easy to use. Purchase this for my tenant and do not regret it.
