I *really like* this vacuum a LOT and would have given it 4.5 stars if possible! It maneuvers nicely and has great suction in both the floor and carpet modes and it does not bind up, as promised. The cleaning wand with power head option is super! It’s is just a bit heavier than I would like and all the attachments don’t have a “place” on the unit. I do empty out the canister often as I’ve got a furry one. A retractable cord would also be a helpful feature. Overall, a really great Shark product and a nice upgrade from the other one I own elsewhere. Price, on sale from Best Buy, was right, too!!

Had many vacuums that lose suction and don't last long. Had this awhile now it works great, no lose of suction so far

The Shark - Rotator Lift-Away DuoClean Pro was a little pricey but does a good job on both floor and carpet. This vacuum is easy to use and have attachments which make cleaning the floors, stairs and even drapes a simple task.

I’ve never spent this much on a vacuum, even though it was far from being the most expensive. However, it has been wonderful! Easy to use, easy to empty (no bags to deal with), and lightweight for stair cleaning. We have lots of animals at our house and this vacuum sucks up everything! The couch tool is great for getting cat hair and leaves the couches looking clean. It has a lift off attachment which turns it into a canister vac, and I really don’t use this feature, but nice to know it’s there. The wand is very long and makes easy work of getting to ceiling fan blades and in sliding door crevices. Overall, this vacuum rocks and I would so buy it again!

The lift away canister is the reason we purchased this vacuum & we are so happy we did! This made cleaning the stairs so easy & with plenty of cord I can do a good part of the upstairs without finding a new outlet. Looking forward to seeing how well the send cleaning roller handles cat hair. Super easy to switch between carpeting & care flooring and maintain appropriate suction. Also found the canister easy to detach, empty & replace on the first try.

i bought this vacuum on black friday. i think that it was worth the $150 dollars that i paid for it. it’s suction is very good and it comes with really good attachment. do not run it over the cord, you will find that this is hard to do. the cord is ALWAYS in the way! that is my only complaint about it so far. there is a lot going on with this vacuum and it’s gonna take some time to get used to, but give it some time and it will get better. i love that it traps everything with the filters. it’s a nice vacuum.

I have used a Shark for years and it works well so would this one it seems just as good. However the information is of this having the ability to turn the brushrolls off is what caused this mistaken purchase. The brushrolls are only off if this is in the upright position but there is no switch or anything to turn them off if you are caring for a delicate rug. Otherwise it is easily put together, works well just like any other Shark and also comes with 3 attachments.

I really like this vacuum cleaner. The suction power is great. It does a good job on both tile and carpet. When vacuuming on tile it really picks up the dirt and doesn’t just spread it around. The canister detaches easily therefor making it very easy to vacuum the stairs with no problem

I love my new vacuum from the light the lights up the floor while I’m vacuuming to how great it s to switch from vacuuming floor to a rug because I have some area rugs and to be able to clean the stairways without having to carry the whole vacuum it’s detachable and the hair does not get caught up on the bottom it’s also easy to clean the only thing that I must say I don’t like it’s that it is a little heavy but other than that I’m happy.

SO FAR, SO GOOD! TOOK A LITTLE TIME TO PUT THE VACUUM TOGETHER, ALSO SOME TIME TO FIGURE OUT ALL OF THE FEATURES, AND HOW TO BREAK THE UNIT DOWN. THEN, TESTING IT OUT, THIS THING HAS SOME POWER ! SUPER SUCTION, AND LOOKS LIKE IT DOESN'T BEAT THE CARPET TO DEATH TO CLEAN. ALSO, LOVE THE FEATURE OF IT COMING APART TO OPERATE SEPERATELY, SO I CAN CLEAN THE STAIRS EASILY. HOPE IT STAYS LIKE THIS FOR A WHILE.

It's a very powerful vacuum, but strangely does not come with a dusting attachment. I used the attachment from an older Shark and had to buy a gadget so it would fit in the attachment holder. It is a bit heavy but not unmanageable. Works great on rugs and floors. Lack of a retractable cord means the occasional tangle. The Black Friday price of $179.00 made it a great value.

I love the soft roller on this vacuum, while it’s a little on the heavy side, it’s easy to clean and I wish it has the bristle brush attachment to vacuum surfaces. Also the red hair brush for beds/furniture peeled off within two weeks of owning it. The suction is great though and it has a long warranty so I’ll just call Shark and see what they can do.

Definite upgrade from my previous vacuum. Love that I can use on carpet and hardwood easily. Only downside is it is a bit heavy, but it does everything I need so I don’t mind. Oh, and one attachment doesn’t have a holder on the vacuum which is a bit odd but not a deal breaker (I just put the most used ones on and store the other).

This is my 3rd Shark rotator vacuum in 10 years. I love it. The last one I purchased came with all kinds of attachments so I love that they are interchangeable and fit this model!! I love that I don't have to change a bag and it had great suction to include all the cat hair.

A great machine, easy to use and picks up dirt and dog hair really well. I have a golden retriever who sheds all the time. This vacuum works very well and is powerful! The front felt roller is really great on my wood floors and tile. It makes my carpet almost look like new.

awesome suction, and I love having a light on the vacuum- really helps to see what you have previously been missing. The brush roller that cleans itself works awesome. It is a little heavier than my previous shark, but the awesome job it does cleaning makes it worth the little extra effort.

This thing is amazing. I bought to replace my 7 year old shark vacuum. While my old shark worked great, I figured it was time to upgrade to something targeted toward homes with pets. It amount of dirt it pulls from the carpet is incredible just like any shark vacuum. The bonus is the way it deals with pet hair. I haven't had a problem with cat (or human) hair getting stuck in the primary roller. The plush roller on the front is great for hardwood floors and I was shocked just how gross it can get even when the house is cleaned multiple times a week. It's like a magnet for dirt! I got this on sale during black friday and was easily the best impulse purchase I made last year. You won't be disappointed if you get this! Just remember to snag some extra filters from Amazon to swap out because the amount of dust this thing grabs is amazing.

Great vacuum with lots of power and suction. A bit on the heavier side but the removable canister with cose makes it easy to reach tucked away places
