Works better then our 4 year old dyson at this point. Picks up large and small items items. Wish the canister was larger

My boyfriend needed a new vacuum for handling both hardwood and carpet. He has 2 dogs that shed a lot. This vacuum is easy to use. He loves the light so he can see in dark corners and that it’s easy to clean. I personally have had a shark for years and it’s the best. I had Dyson before and hated it- beater brush would stop working and smelled like dog even after cleaning the filters. Never had those issues with Shark

Vacuum works great! I had product shipped to home. It arrived on the day delivery was scheduled, but the package appeared to have been opened/tampered with. I talked to Customer Support, and no parts were missing. They were extremely helpful giving me several exchange options. The option I chose was to use for 30 days and bring back for exchange if it didn't work or I wasn't satisfied. We've had not problems with the vacuum and it works great.

Easy to use with it's swivel head. Cleans both bare floors and carpet great. Easy to empty. Nice long cord.

Excellent power. I've never seen a brush on a wand with so much power. Head is thinner than most allowing to get under more furniture. There are more buttons than most vacuums but after learning what each does, options are appreciated. Debris tank is not as large as other vacuums. Would recommend

Considered this or Dyson or other higher end brands. went toward Shark based on recommendation from friend and not disappointed. It was amazing how much dirt this thing picked up on our first run - clearly our old vacuum had long passed its prime (and yours probably has as well.) Also was and am still really impressed with how easy this is to maneuver around and under furniture, and how well it does on carpets and hard wood floors.

Shark took some time getting use to the swivel wheel. It really picks up extremely well. Kind of a small waste canister.

I’ve had this for a year and I still I love this vacuum!! I live in a house with 4 girls and 2 cats so there is a ton of hair all over the floors. My favorite thing about this is that it easily comes apart in so many places that normally have hair build up so you can easily just clean it out instead of breaking out a screwdriver. 10/10 recommend!!

I love my Shark DuoClean!!! I used this vacuum everyday!!! My pets huge is no problem do this vacuum. It was definitely worth every penny. I will be a shark customer for life from this purchase. The suction is great, the cleaning tools included are very useful, and my favorite feature is that the you can just carry the canister for easy cleaning on the stairs.

Amazing vacuum for pet hair! My old vacuum wasn’t cutting it for picking up our ragdoll cat’s fur, especially in her spring shedding phase. I bought this and couldn’t be more impressed. We do vacuum daily to eliminate pet hair but this vacuum would allow you to go a few days in between use.

This is an excellent vacuum cleaner. It’s easy to use and does a good job of cleaning floors.

This picks up a tons of dirt and hair and debris! The suction on this thing is remarkable. We were able to get this on sale around black Friday for a decent price. I cannot believe how quickly this fills up with dirt and it is not because the canister is small - it just picks up a lot more than our last vacuum does. I would buy this vacuum again and again hands down.

So far I love it! Good suction and easy to maneuver but a little heavy!
