Buyers beware BestBuy list this robot comes with boundary strips! It does not even the box says they are not included

Quality is bad i only have it from July an is not turning on

Awesome vacuum for the price, picks up pet hair efficiently, easy to set up and the app is really easy to use as well. Only thing it could do better is find it's way back to the base. Sometimes the base is on one side and it ends up going towards the other side instead, its like a huge U turn bumping it's way around everything in the house. Overall I would buy it again because it does its job great.

Great vacuum for the price, and does as advertised. The app is user-friendly and easy to set up a daily/weekly schedule. The only con is it will get stuck in tight areas from time to time, but if your area is open without clutter you shouldn't have many issues.

I woke up one morning to pet hair all over the floor. Tired of raw dogging hair between my toes, I thought it was time I got some help. I go to best buy and go to the vacuum section. Then I see him. THATS MY SON. I thought. THATS MY BOY! I wiped a tear from my eye and immediately brought him home. As soon as I got in, I released him from his confinement and watched him take his first steps, rolls? He was clumsily bumping into things but he didnt let that stop him. Hes a little trooper! MY little trooper. My little Tiger. He soon met my beast of a dog but he wasnt backing down. He stood his ground and marched towards her. Going so far to even bump her out of the way. Nothing was going to stop him. I was in awe of his determination. I sat there watching him do his job and then my ears perk. He begins beeping a little tune and methodically made his way back to his bed. I watch as he tucks himself in. He deserved the rest. I go to him, careful not to disturb his slumber, and remove his container. To my dismay the pet hair was caught in the teeth. But that didnt deter me. I would just have to be more vigilant. I empty the contents and return his little container to him. I lean against the wall and look at my boy as he rests. A proud parent. He did his job well and I couldnt wait for us to make memories together. To this day he does an excellent job. I am more vigilant at dislodging hairs so he can continue his work. And I am happy with the help he provides. TLDR: Great for the price. But beware if you have long haired pets. The hair will get caught in the teeth of the dust compartment overtime. Great if you have no pets though.

Happy with this purchase. Works well. Does well in picking up everything, including dog hairs and dirt. My first roaming vacuum. Learned to keep the area clear of cords, curtains, sheets, and things i dont want it to get hung up on. Only complaints is that the bin fills quickly, a bit too small.

Great robot for an affordable price! It’s easy to setup and use and cleans our laminate floors with ease. It has no issue going from rug to bare floor and it usually gets itself out of small spaces/corners with ease. The only issue I have with it is that it has a hard time returning to the base. I’ve found that if I pick it up and start it in a separate room and click “dock” it can take over 40 minutes before it returns. If I start it directly from the dock it takes anywhere from 5-15 minutes to return home. I’ve had times where it hasn’t found the dock so I give up and go and put it back. Annoying….yes.. but the price and quality that it cleans makes it worth it!

BEST ROBOT VACUUM ON THE MARKET THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I've had this almost 4 years, and it basically has 4 wheel drive. I hate they are discontinuing this one, it is a BOSS!! I have 5 dogs that come inside most of the time, 4 of them are 60+ lbs and they shed. I keep this vacuum running often and it does a great job. My dad just gave me a brand new iRoomba that he bought from a yard sale for $50. It was still in the package and all, stickers all there. It won't charge properly, and it does not do the job near as well as this one. We have 3 floors in our house so I put it on another floor.

Does what it needs to do. Big help with a new puppy that loves to chew everything into tiny pieces and leaves treat crumbs all over the place. I have a new home so I tend to get lots of dust/debris around baseboards as the house settles…this little things sucks up everything! I just used it twice and cleared the storage, the amount of dust it collected was wild. I need to do better with clearing a path, but it could do better with cleaning in a straight back to back row…I feel like it’s a little all over the place and cleaning times takes a bit longer. Good thing it runs for about 3 hours and it does hard flooring AND carpet! I’m not mad at it. Pretty affordable and self docks. Came with extra filter and replacement heads for the sweeping action.

Works really great however does not connect to wifi via my app. I do have strong wifi ATT fiber optic. Followed all the steps and the tech support suggestions, nothing. I happened to get on sale for the $199 price. If I would have paid $299 i would have given 3 stars as I would expect more for that price. If you don't mind pushing the clean button it is a good machine performs very well!

Worth the buy for average cleaner. Small dust trap. It gets tangled on small things but it won’t fall down steps. Connection problems with the app often.

I use this vacuum almost every day, it really sucks a lot of dust/dirt. It is surprisingly quiet. It gets stuck sometimes but for me it’s not a big deal. It has its own logic though sometimes starts and goes to the left and sometimes goes to the right and I noticed that each time I turn it on it concentrates in one area ( that was after a while, because at first it would travel the whole house but not the entire floor).

Absolutely love this Item!! Super quiet and picks up on our hard wood floors very well.

I have a German shepherd dog at home. He sheds prepetually all year and more in the shedding seasons, he also brings with him a lot of dust into the house. Out of despair I bought a shark ion vacuum and a shark Air purifier. Wow, what a difference it has made. I think most the hair and dust gets cleaned up. The battery lasts long enough for my needs. Wish I had bought them earlier.

Easy use, cleans well. Battery has long life. Charges and understands prompts well. Able to download and setup app. easy on Iphone. Did not get a chance to setup up with google home or alexa yet. Dust pan tray is a good size, I would recommend to clean it out after every use and the brush as well. This device gets to know your home layout well and memorize floor plan and how to maneuver around. I depend on the robot a lot to tidy up when I dont have time.

Pretty decent robot vacuum, does seem to do a good job, but not sure how it gets the entire floor going in all random directions…

Love our new Shark robot. He has become a member of our family! He is efficient, quiet and very persistent when it comes to cleaning the floors! He gets himself out of jams quite easily and runs for about an hour and a half before returning to his dock for recharging! Even his random pattern of cleaning doesn’t bother us anymore since we saw how efficient his “random” pattern is! Easy to set up, easy to use...I would definitely recommend this over the more complicated models!

It does its job to pick up debris generally but it is definitely not powerful compared to other vacuums. Frequently gets stuck and you need to manually move it away.

We love our new robot. It’s super easy to program and use. Cleans up great after our pets.
