Customers are saying

Customers admire the CrossWave Max's cleaning performance and ease of use, frequently praising its cordless design and lightweight build. However, some users point to shorter-than-expected battery life and a price point that may be considered high by some. Concerns were also raised regarding occasional suction issues and streaking on certain floor types.

Must have for wood floors and area rugs

This is a wonderful tool for hardwood and area rug use. Perfect for cleaning bar areas after the little ones spill their cereal or help cook in the kitchen. You can use your own concentrated multipurpose cleaner if preferred, ensuring you measure your product correctly and it does not make bubbles. I really enjoy the cordless option, I have another small dry Bissell vac that had a cord, but the ability to use cleaner on rugs and go room to room without unplugging and plugging in is worth the money! I recommend the warranty, my first one stopped charging after a year of use and Best Buy replaced my item! Make sure you empty the dirty bucket after use or your dirty water will get moldy! Much easier than sweeping and emptying dustpan followed by dragging a huge mop bucket through your home. It’s also putting clean water down continuously, but if your floors are extra dirty you can have the machine perform a clean cycle to refresh the brush between rooms.

Let’s start off with I love this product but their are some cons that I wish it didn’t have. I just bought this June 2, 2021 and I used it today June 3rd 2021, my first con is that to Mop the floor you have to hold down the little button in the back which if you are doing your whole house it gets tiring. 2nd con is that I didn’t like how thick it is from the back for example if you try to sweep under the the table it lifts up and you won’t get your spot, so with that said you have to figure it out wish it was thinner from the back. The 3rd con is the battery life sucks I had it on for about 40 mins it was fully charged left it charging all night and the battery went to low and I didn’t do my whole house that was just the kitchen dining room hallway and my oldest kid room I was still missing the restrooms my room and my youngest boys room. Which I mean it did last quite awhile it still had some battery left on low I just didn’t Do it till it powered off. Now the Pros I loved how it’s 2 in 1 sweeps and mops it is kinda pricey but in the long run I think it’s well worth it. I loved how clean it left my floors especially when you have a baby that crawls all over the place this makes mopping and sweeping 10X better. I also loved that it’s cordless. I also loved that it don’t use so much water cuts dry time in half over all good product only reasons why I didn’t give it 5 star is because of the 3 cons I didn’t like other then that this is a MUST!!!!

Makes cleaning so fast and easy. with a household full of dogs and a teenager this is a complete game changer. My floors are always clean. I have porcelain tile so there are some streaks but its way less then compared to a traditional mop, plus it cuts the cleaning time in half. It's powerful enough to clean up the fur from three huskies and a chihuahua while leaving my house smelling clean and fresh. I highly recommend to dog owners. one thing to make sure of is to clean after every use just as you would with a standard mop. I find throwing the brush into a mop bucket with some laundry soap to soak for a few hours the best method. Rinse thoroughly and dry before the next use. This came with two heads so I always have a backup ready to go.

Bought a home recently and it wasn't in any kind of condition to move me and my children into. The floors were so nasty that I had it in my budget to replace all flooring. I mean it was like someone with loads of pets and kids just let them do whatever they wanted in the home for years. There was what I assume was food spills all over the place. And everything was so sticky it would nearly take your shoes off your feet just trying to walk through. This little machine saved me sooo much work and a huge amount of money. It got those nasty floors not only clean but good enough to keep the floors. Don't have to take that money out of the budget anymore. I absolutely love this cleaner. Then only down side is; If you have to use it for deep cleaning the whole house like I did. Then you won't be able to get it all done on a single charge. And it's pretty slow to charge. But I had plenty of other repairs to make to the house while I waited for it to charge. So it didn't effect me that much. The self cleaning cycle is nice. Especially when doing a deep clean. Will save you having to remove and wash the front roller so often. I recommend.

So the Crosswave does a great job cleaning our floors. The product is easy to use, clean and assemble. The first time we used it we were impressed with how much it picked up (we mopped the floors first). My main complaint is I wish it had a longer battery life. If we are trying to clean all of the rooms we have to do half, wait a few hours for it to charge and then finish.

I have to say that I'm not really impressed with this particular machine...of course, when I purchased it I thought would also work on carpets (had the word CARPET) in the advertisement-I should've read a little closer. Still, it is pretty good on the floors and area rug, but it does leave a little bit of streaking. I love that it is light weight enough to use for day-to-day cleaning and the machine itself is pretty easy to clean. I love Bissell products-went ahead and purchased the Bissel Carpet Cleaner.

Super lightweight! And the freedom of cutting the cord. Very practical and sufficient power to clean 1200 sqft. Recommend to replace to pet brush for thorough clean. Bit pricey if you don't have rewards points. Suggest to pay no more than $250 if you can catch it as i did.

Love this vacuum. It’s great for quick spot cleaning and dealing with the occasional dog accident. Also very convenient for giving hard floors a quick once over without full on scrubbing.

Move over printing press, this is the best invention ever. I have tile floors that weren't sealed correctly, three dogs, and three kids. The floors ALWAYS look dirty. I have to hand scrub them with a bristle brush TWICE per month just so they appear clean for a few hours. I mop twice a week, sweep at least twice a day and vacuum twice a week. They still look dirty. Mopping takes an average of an hour. Hand scrubbing is 4 hours. Sweeping takes a solid 30 minutes. This arrived today. I pulled it out and used it. The time I will save with this product is immeasurable. I was able to clean 2/3 of my floors in 15 minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES! It reaches under my cabinets, it picked up dog gunk (complete with a chunk from his food), there was some crayon on the floor... ALL GONE! I used the "sanitize" cleaner, and it doesn't have a strong scent, but my house smells less like dog. I can't wait to use the other cleaners. The self clean function has to be the best concept ever. Find a way to make the money for this. It will revolutionize your cleaning. If I had any complaints: The head is smaller than I'd like, but works really well. The dry tank is on the smaller side, but seems to be really efficient. It's super lightweight, fun to use, fairly quiet and best of all, combines two cumbersome chores and makes them efficient, and easy.

I have the Bissell CrossWave Pet corded and just purchased the cordless version. The ease of use without a cord in the way is well worth the money! Self cleaning by the push of a button is also a nice feature. It does appear to be quieter than the corded version as well. Battery life is short but it does allow me to complete my entire downstairs in one charge. I'm glad I made this purchase.

Have a wood, tile, vinyl or other non-carpet floor? You NEED this. When we moved in to our home our feet would get black from walking around on the floor, no matter how much we mopped... until we got this wet vacuum. It mops, but it also vacuums at the same time. This actually cleans your floor. It'll also lightly wash area rugs too (but not nearly as nice as carpet cleaning). Kids spill their soup, drink, cereal on the floor? Vacuum and mop it up with this in one go. I've used mops, steam mops, push mops, bucket mops, the swirly head mops and none of them, NONE OF THEM, do what this does. If you don't have one and are on the fence, get one! You will love it, and you'll toss out all the other mops. Additional Info: The wifi on it doesn't really do anything and it's needed. We haven't had it long enough to comment on the battery life. We replaced our corded version with this and they're both nice, we just wanted a cordless version. The battery lasts long enough for us to do our living room, dining area, and kitchen.

This thing cleans like a dream. I love that I’m not just smearing dirty water around the floor. I don’t have to sweep, then mop. I have a 1 year old, 2 dogs, and a dirty husband. I fill the tank in the morning, use it throughout the day, and clean up at the end of the day. We have plenty of messes that it gets used lots of times throughout the day. I’m always impressed by the dirty water. Everything comes apart and rinses easily. The self clean cycle is okay, could be better, but it’s easy enough to clean all the parts. Definitely glad I purchased it.

This is much better than using a mop and bucket. I love that it mops, vacuums, and dries at the same time. However, there are a lot of hidden costs like ordering certain brush rolls and cleaners to maximize your cleaning needs. For example, if you want to clean your area rugs the best you can, you have to buy the area rug cleaner and the area rug brush roll. Furthermore, if you have pets that shed a lot and make messes, you need the pet brush roll and the cleaner for pets. You can always use the regular multi surface roll and cleaner that comes with the vacuum for normal routine cleaning. This cleans up the dirt, hair, and pet hair very well. The self cleaning is a blessing if the brush roll becomes too dirty during cleaning. However, you still need to thoroughly clean the brush roll once you are done. The dirty water tank is nice so that you never clean with dirty water like a mop and bucket would. This vacuum has wi-fi connectivity. The app really helps to learn tutorials, tips on how to clean your floors, and give your vacuum firmware updates. Overall, this vacuum does well as advertised, but this vacuum is already 400 dollars without tax and if you want to maximize your cleaning for your specific needs like pets, area rugs, and hardwood floors, it will cost more money to buy the right brush rolls and cleaners. Whoever is buying this vacuum, just take into account how much money you will be sinking into for the long run before buying it.

If you are having second thoughts about this product and came to the comments to look for positive review well you found it!!! First off let me tell you about how easy it is to put together, My 1 and a half your old son assembled this thing that's how dang eazy it is! This thing is truly easier then your M0M!!! And she would love it as a gift by the way! The overall slick design is futuristic it really is laid out right! Having the ability to squirt clearer on a soiled area really helps the whole situation and allows it to slip right in, the tank Only downfall I have found with it is it doesn't suck as good as some but it could be because it's just so new to working with suck a big thick carpet so l'll give it a little time and post a update on how it is performing here in the future! Overall I am really truly happy with the purchase and look to get many years out of it and I am recommending it to others as it does an amazing job!

This Bissell cordless vacuum/rug cleaner was easy to put together. I wish it still had 2 buttons: 1 for regular cleaning & the other one for extra solution for carpets. This one toggles back & forth and it is hard to tell what level you are on. I think that the price was too high, and I didn't realize that there are no wands for vacuuming drapes, etc. Overall, it does a good job, and does pick up bits of debris as well as effectively wash our luxury vinyl tile in kitchen, living room, & office areas.

I have 900 square feet of wood and tile floors, plus two dogs. This is so easy to use and keep clean. Love the fact it is cordless. All the cleaning solutions have a mild smell to them. It takes me 3 minutes to do the kitchen floor after a party. I tell all my friends how I love my $400 mop! I highly recommend this cleaner.

I have Pomeranians and like a clean house. At this point, I own a collection of steamers, shampooers & vacuums. Saw the infomercial for the CrossWave and bought it the next day. It is the best cleaning tool I own. It wet-mops hardwood floors, cleans area rugs and picks up an incredible amount of dog hair. I thought my vacuum (a Dyson cordless) was doing a good job but the CrossWave puts it to shame. The clean water container is small but the solution goes a long way and does an amazing job. And the self-cleaning cycle has to be experienced. No musty odors in this little gem. It's so worth the money and so easy to use. If you want a great, multi-use cleaning machine, this is the one for you!
