Excellent Computer!!! I like the touch screen and it’s light weight.

I’m a college student and always carry my laptop to class. This is a good size and super lightweight! It’s very aesthetically pleasing. I also think my favorite thing about it is that it’s run by google, therefore none of the files are saved directly to the laptop (except for maybe the pictures). I love that because it makes all your files accessible through your phone or other laptops etc that you can log in through with your email! I bought one for myself and later got one for my boyfriend. If you’re a student or business person, I 100% recommend!

Bought this for elementary / middle school remote learning, and has worked well the last month. Battery life lasts at least the school day, but does vary based on usage. The screen resolution is decent, and the touchscreen is nice. The display isn't as clear as an iPad, but is perfectly acceptable for doing school work. The pre-installed ChromeOS is easy to use.

This HP model is outstanding in every respect. Google has built a reputation for Chromebooks by requiring manufacturers to meet high quality standards for build and reliability. HP pairs that with good convertible design, solid construction, and proven user interface (keyboard and touchpad, and touch screen). This exceeds the duty requirements for my eleven year old grandson who is happily doing schoolwork at home. Battery life is superior. Can't say enough. Good product.

We bought this laptop because my son had to do elementary school work from home, participate in zoom meetings and use certain apps. First things first, the Google Play store is pretty good, but not all apps have the functionality of a PC application or iOS, but that is not the laptop's fault. It handles video playback, educational apps and video conferencing well. Now we went with the 14 inch screen because we didn't want my son to strain to see anything and for the most part it does the job, but there is no comparison to a Microsoft Surface (being not as crisp and bright), and that probably is not fair taking the price point into consideration. All in all, it's a decent system and you get your money's worth, however, I probably would've saved some money and gone with the smaller screen.

My son said this is the best laptop he's ever owned. First he said with it being "google friendly" as opposed to Mac/Apple, it allows him to use Google Docs, calendar and all of his apps with ease. He loves how light weight and super slim design, and how its a touchscreen too! It has all the features he ever wanted in a laptop. The white color was a hit too, very on-trend! Zero complaints and I scored "cool mom points" for picking out a perfect laptop :)

I've always been a macbook user but have had so many issues with them and finally decided to go with a chromebook! They have always interested me and they are on the cheap side. For this price I honestly am so in love. I have only had it for a couple of hours but this is really nice! I can tell it's gonna be great for homework which is what I bought it for. 100% recommend for anyone who is looking for something simple and affordable.

Perfect for students. Touch screen allows the two finger zoom like a hand held device, it can be folded in half to operate like a tablet, but it’s best used as a laptop. Very easy to use and basic. Much more user friendly for online classes than my MacBook (and I’m an Apple person). The price point is perfect and it’s white, so it’s pretty too. The battery life is very good.

I got it for school, it's very fast and never lags, it meet my expectations. However, LOCKDOWN BROWSER is not compatible with Chrome, so you can't use this computer when instructors require it. Other than that, this computer does its job and fast. I really like the pearly white color, size, and the weight of it. Definitely recommend HP Chrome if you want something fast and reliable.

I've never really been a Chromebook fan but, I love this!! It's so simple, super lightweight, beautiful and I love that I can fold it and flip it any way I desire to fit any situation. Nice and thin, not bulky like the affordable laptops from 5 years ago. I actually want another one so we have one for each my husband and I. Definitely recommend.

I ABSOUTLEY LOOOOOOOOOVE IT!!!!! This is my 1st chromebook ever and I'm in loove with it it has a 360 view that i love turns from a laptop to a tablet in a matter of seconds great size it even fits in my purse i carry it with me every where who knows when I'm gonna need it :) it also has the feature u can link it to your phone ( not i phone compatible) and control it threw your phone the things it does just amazes me im in love it i would highly recomend it to anyone looking for a Chromebook

Absolutely love this Chromebook! It's fast and easy to set up. The touch screen is as quick and sensitive. I had an HP laptop before that I spent the same price for...$350.00 and it was horrible. Slow and froze along with always updating!!! Not this device. Highly recommend this product!

Got this computer for school, I personally loved it and thought it worked great and ran fast. The only downside is for my major I need to used excel and word a lot and all the functions I needed to use on excel were not available to use. For the price, I wasn't that concerned and my professors were able to overlook the problem, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND for business majors that will be needing to use excel unless you have another source. I'm not sure about the durability of this laptop though. I got in an accident and it was about the only thing that broke. I probably dropped my other HP a million times and nothing ever happened to it. OVERALL, I probably will just purchase this laptop again due to the price and how well it worked the first time for me. When I used the computer for school, everything else worked great (zoom, downloading files, word docs, etc.).

Bought this HP Chromebook touchscreen for my daughter and she loves it ! She can do all homework fast and she can take it anywhere since it's super light to carry! We love the fact that's touchscreen and 2-1 , the volume is loud enough for her video calls . It's a fast HP! Love it ! The color is also very nice !!

Needed something quick and the price was right. Realized it did so much more than I originally expected. It’s touch screen also! I’m not using it for anything hi tech or fancy but it does a great job. Super easy to set up and start using. The only thing is the free web defender I was supposed to get... I can’t get it to run on here.

Great inexpensive laptop bought for high school student with lots of online classes. Touchscreen feature is so convenient. Quick processing, good sound quality output. Long battery life & when it needs recharging it is fairly quick.

Economically feasible and high functioning, light weight, it’s also extremely stylish. My son loves the touchscreen and it also has a high performance operating system. He also loves to use the calculator/touch screen function. It’s also great with zoom meetings, his home work, and it holds a very long charge.

Having never owned a Chromebook and wanting something lighter to travel with than my Dell G7 17" heavy machine, oh an also I thought I really only want this for streaming I went for the HP Chromebook. In the store the display was brighter and crisper than the rest in the price range, it has touch screen, which was a cool, but not necessary feature and a faster processor that others in the category. It works decent, but with small annoyances. The installed memory is terrible at 32gb, and adding a microSD didn't work as I had hoped, it randomly disconnects, and when watching a show or movie is rather annoying. I find that overall the chrome OS freezes, even resets to factory settings randomly and the overall experience is frustrating compared to Windows, wow I never thought I would say that. For it's price point it is good, but don't expect anything other than browsing, and streaming shows. If you want to save shows for travel, etc save and get something with more storage.
