It is a good quality computer and very easy to use and I love it in general. It is good for doing school work and it is touch screen and I haven’t had any problems with using it

This Chromebook is used for work and the battery life on it is amazing. Used Chromebook for 3 days before having to charge it. The boots up almost instantly and I love that its touch-screen. I didn't know what to expect, when my husband purchased it to replace my previous laptop stopped working. Great buy, I would recommend to friends or family.

Perfect for kids. My daughter has used it daily for 1yr and its still going strong. She's uses it for school, small games and artwork with a stylus.

My wife and I each had a Samsung chromebook. The hinges on one of them crapped out (the computer still works but without the hinges it's useless) - off we went to BB to find a new one. Given covid, there wasn't much choice. Fortunately we weren't wedded to Samsung but we definitely wanted another chromebook, which we both love (vs a Windows-based or Apple-based laptop). Overall I'm pleased with this. We also have two HP desktop computers and have had other HP computers in the past, so we were biased towards them. Here are some characteristics and my thoughts: WEIGHT: it's somewhat heavy, but ours never leaves the house. If you're lugging this around test it out in person before committing. BATTERY: Very good. I haven't timed it but I can say with certainty it lasts quite a bit longer than either of the Samsung chromebooks SCREEN QUALITY: Good, maybe just a touch below Samsung's TOUCH SCREEN: This is the reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. Compared to the Samsung and compared to any smartphone we've ever had this is not as good. It works well enough in the middle but not at all around the edges. So, for example, if I want to close a tab on the browser, the 'X' is along the top. Touching it repeatedly rarely works so I have to resort to using the cursor. Not awful but it is annoying. MICROPHONE and SPEAKERS: Good. We don't listen to internet music so I can't comment on music quality. We use it for Zoom calls (when we're not wearing headphones) and that seems to be very good.

This computer was purchased for my dad, after his old one stopped working. He only uses his computer for basic things, like email and going to a handful of websites. This is the first time I've bought a chromebook. It was super easy to set up and I never needed the set up instructions. It works really well. If my dad can use it with no problems, anyone can. It's very quick to turn on and connects to the internet super fast. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Gift for college student, easy to use, great battery life, user friendly, great programs and touch screen is amazing!

I got my kids all Chromebooks for the Covid19 school from home directives. One of them was this one. I got it specifically for the touchscreen feature for one of my kids that has disabilities. This one performs as well as the others I have with AMD cores. I was concerned that the Intel core having a lower base clock speed would be noticeable but so far it seems just as fast as the others.

We bought this chromebook for our middle school grade girls, since they use google classroom and chromebooks in school, and we are very happy with the purchase. AMAZING battery life and we love the option to use it as a tablet with the touchscreen. Easy set up and sync to their google school accounts.

Computer for collegue student. Liked the flip of the screen to watch in dorm room. Touch screen nice feature for dorm room movie/ tv watching. 14 in nice size for on desk along with a book and wont take up all desk space lightweight for carring in bag with no added weight with books. Perfect to sent off to school

Good device for kids with a good sized touch screen. One caveat - this is basically a throw away device if the screen breaks, as it costs about the same to repair it, absent a protection plan. I know because my young daughter foolishly tossed hers across the room in a fit of anger, and now the screen is cracked and no longer functions quite right. Live and learn - guess who gets to work with a broken touchscreen now? (She does)

I ordered this laptop during the pandemic when Best Buy stores were closed and the delivery was super fast. And I absolutely love this laptop - it is super fast, user-friendly, perfect for my needs! Very happy with both Best Buy service and my purchase!

This is exactly what my Dad needed. Something easy to use where he could get to everything he wants. Games, email, his favorite websites. My only complaint is that there wasn't and HDMI port and only one USB port. We bought adapters to solve those issues.

Love it! I use my iPad a lot, but wanted a laptop for casual use(not sure how it is for work, school, gaming, etc.), and this chromebook has been great! It holds charge for a long time, and the touch screen is nice. It's a nice size and not too difficult to navigate.

I needed a little more that what my Galaxy Tab tablet would do. I have not been disappointed with anything from this Chromebook. Has a great look and very lightweight. Having a keyboard with touchscreen option makes anything that I am working on a breeze.

I needed a chromebook for work. This one was perfect. It fit well into my bag, easy to use and set up. I wish I would have bought a different color. The white top attracts everything. I'm constantly cleaning it. Other than that its a great product.

very nimble laptop does everything I need it to do. love the touch screen! i use it daily for household management and the ability to sign documents on screen is huge! many apps available to create a work- horse of a home computer tool.

My wife is enjoying her new HP Chromebook. She uses it to work digital jigsaw puzzles. The large screen allows her to more easily work the larger puzzles. She also plans to use it to display keyboard music using a footpedal control. The laptop has proved to be very responsive with good battery life.
