Its thin but provides reasonable padding for my needs. Surface is very smooth without any excess rubbing or friction. I might quibble about the edge seam looking a little less than premium but its a very minor thing and not noticeable in use. For the price this has better be a very durable pad.

It's very thin and not much padded support. I personally prefer a thicker more comfortable keyboard pad, but if you have a flat keyboard and like very minimal support it's just ok.

Going in, I didn't expect to need/want one, but after trying it out, it's tough to see myself typing without it. Really nice feeling to it and hasn't gotten any grease marks or fingerprints so far.

I rarely use it since I travel with my keyboard and it's too much of a hassle to carry around. Mostly stays at home for desk use.

However, it's extremely thin, almost to the point of being useless. The keyboard is low so you wouldn't want something very thick, but this is too far the other way. For the cost, it should have been included with the MX keyboard, which is already overpriced.

If it was an inch wider it would be much better. I have to place it about an inch away from the keyboard for optimum comfort. I would prefer to have it against the keyboard, but the good news is it doesn’t move so it does what I need it to.
