Worth every penny of 130!$. This is my first recording microphone besides the snowball and let me just say WOW!!!

Quality material and nice color and the souds is amazing

I would recommend this mic to anyone who wants to get into streaming or commentating. The mic is extremely clear and easy to use.

Blue Microphones has their reputation for a reason. Easy plug and play mic great for voice recording and video conferencing. Great low-latency recording for a USB mic, without lugging out a big, expensive interface. The construction is rock solid, and the mic is aesthetically pleasing, as well. Dialing in your sound can take some time and patience, but even raw audio with this mic is great.

Sound & quality is head & shoulders above the rest! Highly recommend for streaming or recording.

There might be some audiophiles out there who disagree with my assessment, but this microphone gives me excellent audio quality that sounds as if I made the audio in a professional studio. My office is not set-up for audio. I don't have sound dampening materials. Just this mike sitting on my desk, and me talking into it. Between this and Audacity, I've been able to make the audio for several training videos, and they sound superb! Forget the "WOULD you recommend to a friend"; I already did.

Just what you expect. Comes in handy... Must have.... Great choice.... Not to expensive but really is worth getting... Highly recommend getting this!!! Its helpful. Apple support is helpful and honest and patient but most of all Cherish and value thru customers satisfaction and are all professional for sure!!! This Mic was the best thing going I had to buy two for my prince and princess!!! sound is perfect nice and sturdy still in brand new condition to this very day!!!!!!!

Amazing microphone would recommend probably the best one ever.

There is a reason that this mic has been one of the most popular among content creators for years. It's easy to use and has delivers quality sound. I did return this mic in exchange for the Blue Yeti caster bundle which includes the same mic, plus a pretty good quality boom arm, and shock mount. It's a way better value than purchasing those items separately.

It's amazing the difference a quality mic makes. This mic does offer you to hear your voice. Most people don't like that and I was in the same camp until I used this. Since there is no delay when you speak, it sounds natural. There are two major advantages I find to this, one you can set the volume level to be the same as if you were talking without headphones on. Second, it lets you know what your voice is doing, very useful if you're attempting to sing, voice act, or any other aspect where you need to know what you sound like. Well worth the cost.

The Yeti is a great microphone. It's crystal clear and easy to setup. My only complaints are that it's a bit bulky and the knobs that tighten it in place seem a bit wobbly. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with the purchase.

A big improvement from my old $20 USB mic. I watched a few Youtube videos to learn the best settings for my needs and was using it pretty much right away without any problems. I'd also recommend watching video reviews if you're on the fence about buying so you can see it in action. As everyone says, it's massive, but it's a good height for use at my desk and I'm happy I got it because the audio in my videos is so much better now.

Years of reliable use. Great sound and never a problem with drivers

This microphone is big. Attractive, but big. I have conducted webinars and video conferences using a variety of microphone options and those on the other end of the call or event tell me that the audio quality of the Yeti microphone is the best. Connecting it to my computer was easy - I just plugged it in and the computer recognized it immediately. Works well with video conference platforms like Zoom, Highly recommend.

Perfect for the videographer in your family. Didn't know what to get my daughter who has everything and its hard to shop for creatives but this she did not have. She is going to school for Film and video production and this item works well for voice over projects she uses it for her entire crew. The quality and sound is amazing for her projects compared to what she was using before.

Best USB Microphone ever! OK, sounds repetitive. But it is true. While podcasting would be fun, one overlooked use is for dictation. I use Dragon on my Mac. I have spent over $1,000 fruitlessly on microphones from Samson, Phillips SpeechMike, Plantronics, and many others. NONE of them are consistent. I have decided the microphone quality is generally quite poor, as is noise rejection. They are generally poorly directional, having immense shifts in frequency response depending how off axis you are. This radically affects recognition with even a few degrees off axis speech. The Yeti, on the other hand, is a very high fidelity microphone, it has tunable directionality, and maintains balance when even significantly off axis. I set it on my desk and can dictate with the best fidelity and accuracy I have ever experienced with Dragon. Dragon now is actually useful. And...it looks way cool on my desk!

I was skeptical at first as all the instructional Videos showed folks talking or singing with this microphone, and I’m a professional harpist. However, there are settings for instrumentalists and with experimentation of distance, heights and for different types of pieces, it makes the harp sound well! I’m also pleased that with some additional Adaptors, it’s possible to use when recording with my Smartphone !
