This computer comes with the Home S mode operation System. Not the end of the world, it can be removed by downloading an update by Microsoft for free. AMD Ryzen 3 - compares to Intel I3 but on a lower end. 128GB SSD - (SSD) is what you want in any todays PC, Boot time is faster. 128. GB is enough space for storage for documents and files. 8GB Ram - okay for normally usage like web browsing, but no heavy applications that takes up a lot of RAM. In all fairness this laptop is pretty good for someone who don't want to spend a ton of money for just surfing the net, emailing, and youtube watching. Keep in mind this is just hardware specs. The casing is plastic and the body is little heavy.

Nice computer for the money. I love the touch screen. I could have gone a little smaller but it’s fine. I wished it came with more software installed but I guess that’s the norm. It was a good purchase for my home needs.

Very light weight compared to my prior lap top computer. It was easy to program and start using. Was able to install norton virus program but doesn’t function the same way that I’m used to on my desk top computer.

I like the touch screen makes it easier for me since I am always on the run because of my Business! It is easy to use, and great product for the value!!!

I started to work from home due to the crisis and needed to purchase a new computer. I purchased this computer at a very reasonable price. It has been great and has everything I need to work from home.

Bought this for my Teen, she seems excited and is enjoying it. She uses Steam to Play games and it handles some of the simpler Games good, like Sims 4, Roblox, Life Is Strange.

Very fast computer with the SSD and 8gb RAM. Highly recommended for the casual user not needing a huge hard drive.

I bought this to work from home and it was just what I needed. Touch screen and super easy set up. I have had zero issues so far!

Use this for working at home and it's great. No problems. If anything I do have to charger at least twice a day but again I'm on it for 8-9 hours a day. Great price.

This computer is extremely fast and I love the touch screen. However it crashes every time I use the Chrome browser several times per hour. Right in the middle of whatever I am doing on the internet the screen goes blank, the sound goes out and it takes a few seconds to start working again. Very disappointing by today’s standards.

I bought this laptop as an "open box" item. I've no problems at all. Set up was easy since the computer walks you thru it. The touchscreen is super responsive. I really like it. I even game on it a bit and it handles it pretty well. The one complaint I do have are the crappy speakers. They really suck. If that something important to you...well, you should pause a bit. My cell phone get louder and has way better quality than this laptop. I plug in a speaker so that took care of that issue for me. Either way, for the price, its a really nice little machine.

I was kind of wary at first not knowing much about ryzen 3 versus the i3 and to me for what I use it for is a pretty fast machine. Very pleased so far and the price was good.

Excellent computer for basic home use. Some internet browsing, using word, excel, and powerpoint. I like the size and speed of the machine and the touch screen.

Clearance purchase was well worth it. Faster then a more expensive Intel, screen could be a little brighter but we are using this inside so it will be fine.

I've been using it to work from home for the last month-and-a-half and it's been wonderful. The speed is very good and I absolutely love the touch screen.

Did not know what to expect when I bought this laptop but the setup was easy and the computer is very fast and this makes the computer a great buy.

it does everything I need it to. Light enough to take along wherever I go. It's fast, i can skype, I can use speech to text. It works for me.
