Didn’t love this. The humidity part stopped working and wouldn’t complete a clean cycle which then put this moldy water left in the tank. Just seems better to have two separate machines.

It works great! Very quiet, the phone app is very intuitive and easy to use. We are happy with it.

I use this Dyson humidifier/purifier every day! It's an excellent fan, and it's really nice how it monitors the air quality and responds automatically to purify the air. While I have had some issues with it humidifying properly, Dyson's customer service resolved the issue right away, and it works perfectly now. I have it on all the time, and I definitely think it has helped improve the air quality in my room.

The Dyson air purifier/ humidifier is great! I love that it purifies the water it uses to humidify the room, I love that it monitors air quality and when it’s not good, it will fix it. It does not like when you cook bacon! I expected it to humidity my Living Room better than any humidifier ever. It does that, except when temperatures are in single digits outside. It doesn’t keep up in the way I hoped it would so I gave it 4 starts instead of 5.

I recently moved to a dryer climate and always wanted an air purifier so this seemed like the perfect machine. Yes, I am a big Dyson vacuum lover so I figured I couldn't go wrong with this one. I did read the reviews about faulty things happening but was hoping I wouldn't be one of those people. I will say that while it worked it definitely helped me sleep better at night, and indeed did help bump the humidity in the bedroom to stop those pesky nasal issue from the dry air. It just stopped working one night and now when I turn it on it makes this sound that reminds me of an old rotary phone; you hear like a rolling spin with a click at the end. Probably some fan issue, but at 3 weeks into this I'm just going to be returning it and save myself the future headaches.

Could use a little more humidification, but I haven't looked at the manual and how to use all of it's features. Easy set up. Would recommend to anyone.

The first unit I got had a malfunction right away but Dyson support was great and shipped me a new unit right away. No issues with the new one. I don't need to worry about the unit running without water because I use the app and it sends me notifications when it needs refilling. Just put it on auto and let it do its thing. I have very hard water and the self cleaning process is great, no more scrubbing! I like that I can use this as a fan/purifier when the humidifier portion is not needed.

After previously buying the Dyson - HP04 Pure Hot + Cool Smart Tower Air Purifier, Heater and Fan, I decided I wanted one in the bedroom, and chose the humidifier version for combating the dry air at night from the heater being on. This replaced a regular room cool mist humidfier that would run continuously. This Dyson has a remote to set the humidity level so it will cycle on and off as needed.

Other than the price i paid for this particular model...I would highly recommend this in your house. It does exactly what it says it does. Right out of the box it works on your behalf right away. Easy to follow instructions and it comes with a durable and reliable filter. I have waited so long for a device like this and i'm glad i finally got a good working one. The quality of Dyson in my opinion is second to none.

Do not buy this item. I've had multiple Dyson products, mostly vacuums. No company is prefect especially on the cutting edge, but this product is a whiff. Beyond the pure cost, it does not efficiently humidify to above 40%, even in rooms as small as 250-300 sq ft, running for hours on end. As temperatures drop, it doesn't keep up with the dry air. Second, it's a well known issue that Dyson refuses to acknowledge - this emits a VERY noticeable yeast/fish/sour smell. It was great for about 2 weeks, then suddenly, the smell came. Using distilled water from the beginning, I replaced the filter even though it was 88% life, and I even did a deep clean cycle. Nothing. When I fully removed both filters, the smell started to go away. Thus, the issue is with the filters. Apparently charcoal filters will always do this. I know this product is innovative but net-net, it is not effective at humidifying (great job with app and cooling), and the smell is not tenable.

I have used this unit for about a year now and have grown to love it. It is quite while operating and helps me control the humidity in my house. I really like the ability to interact with it using the app on my iPhone. The app also provides convenient source of help in trouble shooting and ordering of parts.

The fan works great and isn't loud. Humidifier works great in my living room.

It's a great product and quality. But my only concerned that the humidifiers is not enough for the sinus problem because you can't feel the humidity in the room. This product had good quality and super smart technology because If it detects any particles or bacteria in the air, the monitor turns red and until it purifies the air, the light does not change to green. However, in my case I returned it by the feature of the humidifier it's not enough for my wife sinus problem.

Very expensive but does a good job at maintaining the temperature and humidity in the room.

Practically saved my marriage, we can sleep in the same room again. I'd never lived with a cat before and it stuffed me up every night and I'd snore quite obnoxiously. Now, with the air purifier and humidifier for her dry skin it's just perfect. I returned my dyson tp04 for this ph01 and definitely love the upgrade.

This is not worth the extremely high cost. Yes it has all the bells and whistles and humdifies well but the fan is weak and loud at maximum setting. You can buy a very effective humidifier at 1/5 the cost.
