Quality robo vac overall for a good price. I haven't used the mop feature so I can't comment about that. The suction is powerful and the carpet mode gives the vac an added boost. The app might be the weakest part of this product. If the dock is relocated or moved, a new map must be generated with a full clean cycle so you lose the virtual lines that's supposed to prevent the bot vac from cleaning certain spaces. The vac can get loud even on normal clean mode. The vac does not have obstacle detection so it can bump into furniture legs and get stuck from power/cable lines.

I love this vac. Especially the mapping and mopping. It’s easy to use and does a good job at cleaning.

Not bad. Vacuums great. Mop is as expected. App is cool. The other day though the darn thing just made a b line for the middle of the couch and proceeded to just ram itself up against the couch for a few minutes. Picked it up and it went right back to doing it. Had to pick the item up, move it to another room and restart the cleaning cycle. Worked well after that. But yeah. Cool toy. Helps

This robot is smart! It can distinguish the hard floor and carpet precisely. It also has a very good memory. Just with one time use, it has already mapped and stored the floors of the whole house. All of these can easily be set by App. It also has a good sensor to avoid falling down from stairs. When vacuuming, it strengthens its suction power on carpets; when mopping, it won't wet your carpet. It also clean the areas which you may not or cannot reach to clean, like under bedding or furniture

Never really considered getting a robot vacuum, but this is amazing. Had a maid 2 days before and we were amazed how much stuff this picked up. Programmed the unit with the app and off it goes. We have it set to vacuum first then to mop after that. Fun to watch it go. Does not miss a spot. And when done, it goes back to dock to recharge. It is quite a unit. Got it on sale at Best Buy, so not bad. That along with their curbside pickup, it was a great experience.....

I purchased this vacuum several months ago and I have been so pleased with my purchase! I had previously purchased a Shark robo vac but I had returned it due to connectivity issues with my internet. This thing is amazing! You set it up, and then you send it out on a journey to map your house! When you start the mapping process, leave it alone. It has to do the job uninterrupted. It uses lasers to map out your home, instead of a camera, so you do not need to worry about the lighting in your home as it is mapping or vacuuming. Once the map is made, then you can customize the map by putting in barriers, or select certain areas you want cleaned. I really love the fact that it comes with an extra set of brushes and an extra filter. This vacuum can also mop. It will not scrub but it is great to let it mop up dust and some basic dirt. The wheels can go up into the vacuums letting it now when it is going on to rugs or carpet. When on carpet or rugs it automatically knows to not mop in those areas. This vacuum works best with the phone app. So to get the most out of the vac, I would definitely recommend downloading the ECOVACSHOME app to a phone or tablet. This vacuum has a roller bar on the bottom but you can also remove it and put in another insert for just a basic suction for use on laminate or wood floors. So most of the time I use that since we only have one room with carpet. Overall this product is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. I don’t know how I ever made it without a robot vacuum!

Amazing! Charge it up, download the app, connect to wifi, and off it goes! You can watch it map out your house on your phone and it does a great job. I have a dog that sheds a lot so this is a lifesaver! It's also amazing how it finds a way to get every square inch of the house. It can even move doors a little to get behind them, then moves the door back before moving on. I love this robot! It vacuums and mops!

Used it for vacuuming so far, does well but 50% of the time doesn’t get back to its base and gets stranded. But you can locate it easily. Next is to test mopping. Max and max+ reduce the battery time by 60 min each, from 180 to 220 to 60 min.

Purchased this one since the T8+ was was sold out. After a week of use I returned it and was able to pay the extra to get the T8+. If I didnt watch reviews and see what all teh T8+ can do I would have been totally fine with the T5.

Embarrassingly Vackery (as we’ve named our robot vacuum) has become a member of the family. I was close to returning to get the T8 but the reduced price on this T5 helped seal the deal. It does an overall great job on ceramic and carpet. Mapping the areas was easier than expected. Vackery gets stuck at times though usually when the kids have pulled out a chair from the kitchen table or something else odd not typically an obstacle. It seems to learn its environment better than I expected. Other than picking up the random 6 year old sock, pushing in chairs, and initial setup of “no-go zones” Vackery has matured nicely. I’m so proud of him!

This is my second deebot and while it does a good job mopping and vacuuming it can be noisy from time to time while moving around, sounds like a rubber rubbing noise maybe from the tires. The other deebot does not make this sound. My only other concern is it already had a failure with the LDS sensor on top. It randomly in the middle of the night while on the charging dock started to say it had a failure. It would not function anymore and upon further inspection found the sensor no longer spinning around. I was able to nudge it to get it spinning and now it works but was a little upsetting with it having a issue only 3 days old. Time will tell if it happens again.

After our Shark vac bit the dust (pun intended) we searched for a replacement. This vacuum had good reviews so we tried it out. Overall it’s been an excellent upgrade. The room mapping is fantastic and now I can send my vacuum to a specific space, which we couldn’t do with our previous vacuum. The additional mop feature works well too. Sometimes we have issues with the OS system and have to power cycle the unit. But that’s been our only issue. For the price, I think it’s a great value.

Still trying to figure it out and so far it’s been quite frustrating. Got it to connect to the wifi which wasn’t so bad once I figured out it needed to be setup on the 2.4ghz. Seems to run great but it takes forever and sometimes can’t figure out how to get to the docking station. I just started to play around with it so I’m sure I’ll figure some things out but so far, for the money it costs, it’s been frustrating getting used to it. Would still recommend though, just have patience in learning how to make it work properly.

Its mopping mode is not very effective It sometimes get lost in my house and cannot find its route It sometimes says vacuuming done and go for charging mid vacuuming ! Not the best and the brightest ! <—> not the most expensive one !

I cannot say enough great things about this Deebot! It Vacuums, Mops and keeps my hardwoods looking great and spotless. I’d choose this over the overpriced Roomba any day.

I've tried them all. This one is the best overall. It can mop or vacuum. The mapping system is laser guided. The app is good. The only thing lacking is the customer service.

Better than the N79SE because it maps, of course you pay for that feature. The mopping function is a joke, though. As others have stated, all it really does is gloss over the floor with water. If you have oily footprints or paw prints like I had, you’re better off using a wet Swiffer. I would opt for the Deebot 711 if you want the mapping feature without the mop. Or the N79SE if you’re on a budget. It cleans just as good, just randomly.

Third and best robot vacuum we've owned. It's quieter than either the Roomba or Neato that we had before. The Roomba was stupid and would spend all day under the dining room table and would leave large areas uncleaned. The Neato would map the rooms, but it was loud and beat the heck out of our furniture. The Ecovacs is so much nicer. It's quiet enough that you can sit and watch tv while it runs. It efficiently maps the whole house and has enough battery life to clean our entire 2500 sq ft house on a single charge! Also, you can control it with a phone app.

This product i perfect well make so far worth the money is a great choice recommended

Now this is impressive. It works like it should with very short set up time. App is intuitive and easy to use. Not too loud either.
