I needed a new computer and this was recommended. I have enjoyed it non stop, is fast and super easy to set. Love the screen, no glare and touch. The camera is ok but it does the job, the sound is good. I have really enjoyed this computer. Highly recommended!

All-in-one desktop. Large screen, wireless mouse and keyboard, no tower. Good camera and sound. Nice looking too. Plenty of power for what we need. Note - we are not gamers or into complicated work with graphics. So much faster and so much more capability than our old unit.

Received this as a gift for my Birthday and I absolutely love it! The big screen is a real plus as it is easy to read and yet very convenient for the size of my desk. As it is an all-in-one, it fits just right. Much better than my old bulky tower type PC. Love it!!

It's the first time that I buy a touchscreen computer and I love it. It's very fast, compact because doesn't have the tower, everything is inside. Another thing that I love it's the mouse and the keyboard are wireless so there's no cords everywhere. I really like my new computer.

After deleting the bloatware this All in One is really nice! It’s no gaming computer but office work feels so smooth multi tasking. Only downside is I wish I went 32”

This computer is phenomenal! I love the sleek modern design, the keyboard is very nice and functional. I've uploaded thousands of photos and still no lagging at all. The screen size is very functional. I am so glad I made this investment.

I absolutely LOVE it!!! It's what I wanted, I can online shopping, bill paying. Even the kiddos are getting their school work complete. It was very easy to set up. The only things I'm not a fan of, is the keyboard isn't adjustable. I love how I can move the keyboard from pace to place. the mouse is also user friendly. The touch screen is also a help for me when I'm helping the kiddos with work and I don't have to move to the other side to use the mouse. I can just touch the screen.

This PC gives all that and more. Easy set up! If you’re looking for touch screen, you won’t be disappointed! Monitor picture clear and colors are vibrant.

Bought this one week ago. Brought it home and within 1/2 hour had it up and running. I am working from home these days and this is the perfect computer for me. In the past I always had laptops but this is so much better. It is so fast and the screen is HUGE and so clear. The screen is so large that when remoting into my office computer and working on spread sheets I am able to split the screen and can compare spread sheets at one time. This is fabulous!!

My old Dell laptop died! Dead as a doorknob. I am a college professor and needed to replace it as soon as possible, so I rushed to BB to purchase a new one. I found this HP all-in-one, the price was right, I bought it on the spot (the easiest sale my sales person likely had in a long time). I got it home, set it up s And bam-NOTHING! I then spent 1.5 hours on hold for Best Buy help (half an hour after I bought it). Finally I packed it up and took it back. They cheerfully replaced the product, but it was a few hours from my life that I'll never get back. The new one set up very easily, but the mouse that came with it has never worked. The product does what I need. It's much faster than my laptop and I've been using it many hours a day ever since.

The All-in-One HP Computer is easy to use & includes many soft-ware short-cuts if needed, The screen is sharp & the speaker system control is located conveniently on the bottom tool bar. A major plus is only the modem & wifi hookups are the only wiring besides power that are connected directly. All other components connect wirelessly. Hooray, no more spaghetti mess of cords underneath my desk, which now looks clean with a beautiful screen to enjoy.

Is everything promised. Easy to set up. Easy to connect to printer. Quiet. Attractive. Nice speaker. Great screen.

Been a year now and the only issue has been with the microphone. It is really muffled and is an issue with meetings etc. It may be a driver issue, I haven’t sat down and tried to fix it yet. Seems like a one-off issue, but can’t say for sure. Would be 5 stars without that issue. Other than that, great computer. Plenty of speed with everything we have run. Big screen is really nice. I did make sure the one I purchased had an AMD processor though. No idea how well the Intel chip would be, I not a fan of theirs.

Overall great product. A little slow to boot up after falls asleep. Has been quick to process once awake. Sometimes has small hum sound when running but tolerable. Touch screen comes in handy. Kids mostly use for virtual school and watching movies. I wish headphone jack could be on side since kids share computer and always switching out headphones. It is more powerful than needed at this time, but plan to have it for a couple years. Kids are happy with it.

Easy and fast setup. It is very fast. All programs load quickly. It's also very easy on the eyes.

to help with school as well as personal web-browsing during the quarantine/pandemic. While my kids have iPhones, they didn't have their own PCs. We had a family PC every one used (as well as my work laptops). One of the things that attracted us to our house when we purchased it eight years ago was the open concept layout...but this isn't conducive to learning when all three kids are attending school virtually and I'm working from home. This all in one PC eliminates the tower completely and fits perfectly in my 15 year-old's room on her desk. The color matches the color scheme in her room as well, and the wireless mouse and keyboard are a nice bonus. The PC has a decent amount of memory, but I will be purchasing an external hard drive as a back-up. Also, while not unrelated to the PC, this went on sale for $75 less two weeks after I purchased it, and Best Buy credited me the difference with their price match guarantee. Another reason I'm a Best Buy customer.

Had for a little over a year and I absolutely love it. The screen is amazing. The only thing is the software is a little slow compared to my old laptop. Not much, but I work on it daily so I noticed this difference from time to time.

Fast and easy to set up. I like the large screen and the all in one feature.
