I purchased the Logitech MX Master 3 Advanced Wireless Mouse on March 12, 2022, and I'm really impressed with it. It's incredibly comfortable to use, and the tracking is smooth and precise. The scroll wheel is my favorite feature. It's so versatile, and it makes scrolling through long documents or web pages a breeze.
I've been using the mouse for a few weeks now, and it's done a great job of helping me with my productivity tasks. I can easily switch between my work laptop (a MacBook Pro), my personal laptop (a Lenovo Thinkpad), and my custom built PC, and the mouse is comfortable to use for long periods of time.
If you're looking for a high-quality mouse that will help you be more productive, the Logitech MX Master 3 is a great option. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth the investment.

Like many other people have said, the design in terms of comfort and ergonomics is spot on. So I won’t go on about that. Two things worth mentioning are, the battery life is insane. I have had to recharge it once in like 6 months. For a rechargeable device, that’s really impressive, even if it’s just a mouse.
Second, if you want to switch to a different device, you just select the corresponding slot with the button at the bottom. It ensures even if other devices that have connected to it are in range, it never gets confused and connects to the wrong device. And changing between devices is a piece of cake. Only downside is you can only set up to 3 different devices for this feature. But for most, that’s plenty.
I know it’s on the pricier side of mice, but it’s absolutely worth every penny.

Dream Keys for a Designer

From a designer standpoint and Logitech fangirl – this keyboard is a dream. Though I primary work on a laptop, I’ve always hated the feel of the keyboard – way too low and after a while, my wrists start to hurt. Plus… all those mistypes. I was looking to invest in a external keyboard as I wanted to place my laptop on a stand so that I could also see the screen better without hurting my neck so when the Logitech MX Keys came out, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it.
After testing the MX Keys for a few weeks and going on one single charge here are some things that I noted:
MX KEYS HARDWARE
Positives:
+ matte finish with a premium feel
+in love with the illuminating keys, especially it's touch sensitivity/smart illumination - I often use it at night and have been thoroughly amused each time I hover over them.
+ the touch and feel of each key is really remarkable and reminds me of the older keyboard feels with the satisfying feedback that current laptop keyboards do not give.
+I really like the weight of the keyboard, makes it feel more secure and I wouldn't have to worry about it sliding around.
+ USB C charge – one charger for everything!
+ Connect via Bluetooth or unifying receiver (can pair with other Logitech devices seamlessly)
+Rechargeable battery, no need for those pesky batteries
+love having a FULL size keyboard with number pad
+seamless ability to switch paired platform (i.e. mac to windows computer etc up to 3 devices) via easy-switch keys
+ability to customize keys
Negatives:
- the only issue I had was the placement of the "FN" key as it is placed on the right as oppose to the left which is where I believe most keyboards iOS and Windows are placed. It's not a big deal but is a little uncomfortable when I want to Duolink FN + Gestures features. Naturally I want to place my left hand on the most left of the keyboard but in order to use the duolink feature I am forced to place my left hand where it normally does not rest on.
-Thought the unifying receiver is nice and definitely provides a stronger uninterrupted connection compared to Bluetooth I was a little disappointed that it was still a USB Type A (traditional USB) port.
-would have liked to be able to adjust the back height of the keyboard to be a little higher like in the previous keyboard or just have the angle be a little more but not that big of a problem nor is it a deal breaker
SOFTWARE
Looking at the software from a consumer and a UX/UI designer perspective, it is really well thought out. Simple, easy to use and navigate UI. It’s pretty self explanatory and has mini tutorials embedded into the software.
Though I would love to see the Logitech software be available for the iPad Pros especially with the new iPad OS and future ability to use the iPad Pro as a second screen. Possibly something that would come in the near future?
Perhaps ability to see the battery percentage
Honestly, no real cons, though I also wished that it came with the palm rest instead of having to purchase it separately but overall a really solid product that I can see myself using for a while. Which I have no doubt will serve me for many years to come. Highly recommended!

I have a home computer and work computer and was using two sets of keyboards and mouse devices. I searched and researched online for the best mouse and keyboard and discovered that there are devices that allow you to switch between multiple computers. I read the online and reviews and decided on the Logitech-MX Master 3. There is a button on the bottom of the mouse that allows you to easily rotate between 3 different computers. I use the mouse everyday and the battery life has been very good - around 2 weeks of use before needing to recharge. The mouse feels good in my hand and the ability to adjust the functions is a big plus. This is the best mouse that I have ever owned and I think it proves the old adage that you get what you pay for.

How do you describe the greatest advance in mice?

Where do I even begin? I've owned the MX Master and then the MX Master 2, and now the MX Master 3. Each update has been significant. MX Master 3 is in fact ground breaking. The ergonomic shame is, as it always has been, subjective, however unless you've got Andre The Giant hands, it'll feel significantly better. The side thumb wheel is finally an up/down wheel, rather than a front/back wheel which to me was a flaw in previous iterations. The cramped forward/backward buttons are replaced with easy to use forward/backward buttons. The two most significant improvements are (1) the scroll wheel, which now uses magnets to give you the subtle/silent yet tactile "click" as you roll it, UNLESS you flick it, that's when the magnets park and you can scroll from Row 1 to Row 1,048,576 (ok might take a few flicks since the metal scroll wheel will eventually lose inertia...point being when you flick, the "clicks" go away. For those of us who work in Excel or even long bash or powershell scripts, this is a HUGE improvement. (2) USB-C port for charging, and yes you can use the mouse while it charges. There are more improvements to be aware of, out of scope for a BestBuy review. I will go on record in saying this is a ground breaking design...even if the $99 price is a bit rediculous, but after getting past the sticker shock, its become essential.

I never thought I'd spend this kind of money on a mouse. After spending a large chunk of time behind the screen (as we all have been lately), I have began to wonder, "What was I waiting for?"
This mouse offers great comfort in the palm and wrist. I have very average sized hands. The main wheel offers two different ways to scroll; with a click of the small button at the top of the wheel, you can choose between either a controlled, click-feel, or a unabashed, literal free-wheeling scroll. I choose to use either option for different situations. I am an educator and sometimes I am scanning long texts (free-wheelin'), or other times scrolling a couple lines at a time as I grade and give feedback (controlled nuance). I find that I really like to ability to switch between them depending on the project I am working on. The rest of the options you can gain from the Logitech downloads were pretty extensive. I don't use those options much (yet), but will update if I do end up using them. The other useful options with this mouse are the thumb button that allows you to pull up all your windows for easier desktop navigation.
The only two downsides I find is that the right click button is a little overly sensitive, and the really detailed app from Logitech. I generally have a light touch, and even while rest my hand, I sometimes trigger the right click with very little pressure. The app is really deep in that you can program the mouse (both wheels and most buttons) to do different things for most of your popular apps used today. I use a lot of the Office Suite, so the pre-sets were already mostly to my liking. I did click around a bit, and felt slightly out of my pay-grade for a moment or two (a few days). Not a huge problem on either account, and I got use to both issues over time. Definitely not something to reduce a star as it was mostly just a new set up and system, and truly the more important issue, I've not had the ability to edit the function of my mouse in the past - so this is mostly all new to me! You may find it to be really simple and intuitive. For the most part it was for me, too.
Overall, this mouse is excellent and I recommend it to anyone whole is looking to increase your hand and wrist comfort while working long hours behind the screen - but keep in mind, you must be willing to give up a few dollars for this top end product.

The perfect non-gaming mouse

This is a well established mouse from an established brand. Obviously the best part is the heavy scroll wheel, which is literally powered by magic (or magnetism, not sure.) I'm going to list some pros and cons now.
Pros:
- Solid build
-Excellent click switches that are very tactile
-Convenient buttons and functions
-Horizontal scroll wheel
-Very nice shape
-Very smooth connectivity changes
-Battery does last a very long time. I still haven't had to charge mine.
Cons:
-Gesture button is kind of difficult to use.
-I wish the scroll wheel was angled so my thumb actually lines up with it when scrolling
-the horizontal scroll wheel isn't recognized correctly by most programs and custom actions don't always work
-Laser instead of optical
The pros far outweigh the cons for me, and I will use this for games. The most you could say that's actually "wrong" with it, is some of the bells and whistles for gaming, but it's not even for that crowd. It's really just the best all around mouse because it's so comfortable to use and has Bluetooth. The few changes I would make are really just nitpicks, and I'm pretty confident that no other competitor really has a serious response to this product. $100 is pretty steep, but this one should last you a minimum of 5 years which breaks down to $20 a year. That's really not bad for all the comforts it affords. If you're on the fence because you're considering one of the "gaming" mice, just know that the only reason to consider one of those in the first place is some specific feature like a full numberpad on the side for MOBAs, or weights for shooters. This was versatile enough for me because I could just map the gesture function to basic keys and have 4 extra functions from one mouse button anyway. As for office users, there's really no other choice. Just go and add it to your cart and be done with it.

This mouse is well-made with multiple customizable buttons, and the ability to remember connection to 3 devices (both PC and MAC compatible). The charging port is USB-C, and a single charge has lasted up to 2-3 months for me, with several hours of use each day. The mouse can still be used wirelessly even while charging. The software that goes along with the mouse, Logitech Options, is intuitive, and allow more than sufficient amount of customization that an average home user will need. The main drawback with the product is the relatively high price.

Best Mouse in the Market

I think it's safe to say that Logitech has the market when it comes to keyboards/mice. This MX Master 3 mouse is the best mouse I have ever owned. Yes, it's pricey but "you get what you pay for." The mouse is a little on the heavy side which I actually like and I have big hands so the mice are usually too small for me to use but not this one. It's still small but considering what's out there, it's the best. The scroll wheel is pretty fun to use. You can scroll through thousand lines of a spreadsheet in a second and it's got a horizontal thumb wheel which comes in real handy when you're creating or completing an excel spreadsheet. You no longer have to go to the bottom and click the horizontal scroll bar. The mouse can be paired to 3 device at one time and it comes with a Unifying Dongle and Bluetooth.
I WFH w/ one of the largest Homeowner's/Auto Insurance company's and I switch from my work computer to my personal computer and I can use the same mouse. With a push of a button I can switch to my personal computer. It fits nicely in your hands and allows you to accurately select anything with precision accuracy. The left and right buttons are very responsive and there's so many customizable features and buttons. It even has multi-gestures capability which is nice although I don't use it often. I haven't decided whether or not I will bring this mouse with me when we go back to the office bc I don't want to have to carry it with my everyday but it is so expensive to loose or for someone to take off my desk and there's no cameras in our call center style building. Since it has BT capabilities anyone could steal it off my desk and pair it to their laptop or any device w/ Bluetooth. I can bring the mouse with me every day and take it home every day but that's just a hassle. I might just want to continue to use my small mouse that came with the Logitech 270 keyboard combo. If I do that then I will be wasting $100 bc I won't be using it much. I'll have to decide but I think I'll bring it with me.

Versatile Work Mouse

My job required me to be more versatile from home, and my old M325c had seen better days. So I did some reading up on different mice and settled on the MX Master 3.
It's a good build, sturdy casing, and very easy to install. Plug & play friendly and holds an excellent charge - a couple of weeks before it needed a full charge.
I also like the easy-to-use software to assign custom functions and the available preset profiles for software - Office and Adobe apps. I love that I can sync this up by Bluetooth to 3 devices and then switch between them with ease.
The feel - the scroll wheel just glides through webpages, spreadsheets, and timelines. The real fun is the thumbwheel, which is equal in use. I no longer have to pull the parallel scroll on wide documents.
If I have to leave a negative, it takes a few days to get used to the size. Eventually, your hand will settle Into the rest. Finding a use for every button and gesture has bettered my workflow. I can hardly call it a negative; I went from cradling a tiny mouse to my hand just resting on thrown.
My wife began ”borrowing” my MXM3 for work so much that I had to buy a second.
I came from using a laser mouse with one scroll to a mouse that became my leatherman of desktop tools. It was worth the purchase.

I bought this mouse. Have used the last model (2S I believe) for years.
Pros:
Great "long free wheeling" scroll wheel.
Good feel in hand.
Good battery life.
Cons:
There is a ridge above left side function buttons, just below the horizontal scroll wheel. This prevents easy access to this wheel.
There is a tiny button which gives acess to task manager etc just below your left thumb. This is so small it is absolutely useless.
Expensive....
The scroll wheel would be great for users with large spreadsheets etc. It is a little too sensitive however for smaller docs that I use in software development.

Comfortable - size, materials, thumb rest. Easily switch between 3 devices. The scroll wheel is so cool. Blow through hundreds of lines of text in a blink. Ridiculously long battery life. They say it’s not a gaming mouse but I’m a controller player so I don’t care. Expensive, but there’s a reason.

Beautifully ergonomic. Wonderfully weighted for regular use. Extremely customisable. App level customisation is something I definitely needed.
The buttons feel solid. The metal mag speed wheel with the automatic hyper scrolling is excellent. I use my work PC and my MacBook side by side and Logitech flow works great in this setup. Switching between devices even outside the Logitech flow is instantaneous. The location of the Gesture button initiallymade it difficult to click with the side your thumb away from the body of the mouse and do gestures simultaneously. I have gotten used to clicking the button, and getting better in using the button. I haven’t yet recharged the battery since the time I got it. So it should be reasonably long.
Bottom line: it is a comfortable, customisable, versatile and highly productive mouse. Definitely worth the 100$

This mouse feels great in the hand. The battery life is excellent. I can go several days without charging it. When it needs a charge, it notifies me well before it dies to allow enough time to plug it in. I can still use the mouse when it's plugged in, making it that much more valuable to me.
It effortlessly connects to both my desktop and my work laptop computer. When I need to switch between the two computers, the mouse switches over seamlessly. This mouse has become a staple in my work-from-home setup.
I highly recommend this mouse for anyone looking for a premium mouse for work-from-home or gaming purposes.

I've been using the Logitech MX Master 3 mouse for about 5 months now. I really like it. It's a nice ergonomic shape and I think it really helped me with my wrist pain I was experiencing from WFH. I was spending 12+ hours a day at the computer for work.
I use it purely for working; it does have adjustable DPI settings (software side; no toggle on the mouse itself) but nothing sensitive enough to do any flick wrist type movements for some games, but you can use it for casual games no problem. It's one of the heaviest mice I've used so def not suited to game competitively with.
It comes with a USB for wireless connectivity, but the mouse also has a button on the underside to toggle for up to 3 device connections; the other 2 paths are bluetooth and they're relatively easy to set up. I keep the USB dongle attached to my work laptop so I always use that option but if I'm at home and want to use it on my personal computer or personal laptop I can just connect once then switch connections whenever I need and it takes like 2 seconds.
I WFH 2x a week and actually bring the whole mouse with me back and forth between my house and the office. It's a large mouse though and does not fit well in a laptop bag, I have better luck with a backpack, but even though it's a huge mouse and doesn't store well.
The mouse charges USB-C and can use any cable. The battery life is stupid long (like hundreds of hours on 1 charge)
My biggest issues with it honestly are the price - it's over $100. I got mine on sale I think, but it's still a lot to justify on a mouse. Wouldn't call it worth the price because I don't think any mouse is worth that price, but if you need a mouse for everything productivity related and maybe bounce between devices at office and home office like I do, then it may be worth it.
Another issue I have with it is that it doesn't come with a USB storage on the mouse itself so it can be pretty easy to just lose the USB dongle. That being said, the mouse can connect to 2 other devices via bluetooth so that's always a connection option if you forget the USB dongle

it is allmost the same as the 710 triathlon i have sitting here
and i dont notice the difference veryoften so if you got a buget thet triathalon is a great mouse.
these things have a metal mouse wheel that you can unlock give it a spin and back to the top of ebay list or a google search 10 pages deep and more . it also remember the bluetooth pairing with 3 different devices so it dosnt need to be added each time . it has logitech flow software that allows you to copy an item on say a mac drag the cursor off the screen to continue on a PC screen (like a second monitor setup but slower) where you can paste the item from your mac. well 2ethis is handy if you are transferring a lot and tripps people out but i dont use it much.
The best thing about these mice is that i dont have to think about my mouse.
Sounds dumb until you do have to think about it . i have a razer naga 1 foot away and the triathalon and the lil logitech wireless no frills and the razor has the worst feel of the 4 (and the best lights, only lights, do lights make my mouse work well?). its too light the cord draggs it off the thing im clicking in when i take my hand off to type, the mouse wheel on the razor naga it just plastic dont freewheel at all hardly and the spot that freewheels this logitec has a make it not work button on the razor, bumps the dpi so high tha 1 cm movement makes cursor travel 110 inches screenspace.
ok so the logitech MX Master 3
is a no cussing at verified product
it just works other products from logitec work as well but this has more stuff on it. it is not any better than the triathlon mouse which is not rechargeable but 1 AA in 6 months or longer whatever ya know. the triathalon which i wore one out and repaired and wore out again has all the same buttons and as this mx master 3 and allmost the same feel and all of the functions minus the addition of the extra thumbwheel, which is not used by me, i havent found A use for it yet it dosnt side scrole all apps so gets forgotton might be usefull on video editing IDK

The BEST mouse EVER!

Ergonomically & Functionality the best ever! My wife has carpal tunnel and this is the best she has ever had. Well worth the $99. I originally bought the black one for her video editing, and she liked it so much she wanted one for her regular job so I got her the gray one. She loves the scroll wheel on the side as well as the cool fast scroll feature on the top scroll wheel. She also likes the extra 2 buttons that she can set to perform custom commands. Forget that it is more expensive than most others...there are good reasons for this. Once you try, you will never go back to another. You can get gaming mice with more extra buttons to control other functions, but this is the best one for work productivity, comfoert & video editing.
