We purchased this computer for our daughter to start her college career. We were advised by most our friends to get a Mac but we decided on Dell. We have always owned HP but I did the research and made the purchase. Our friend who works IT liked the specs so much that he bought one for himself. The best part is that Our daughter LOVES it. The backlit keyboard is wonderful, she can do her work in the dark. It’s easy to use.

I just purchased this computer due the the quality of my previous one. They are the same make and my previous computer served me very well. I hope the quality is still the same with the old one. I will always recommend this computer unless otherwise. You can get the value of your money.

I had the computer delivered. It was obvious the box had been previously opened. When I started using the pc I noticed in excel there were "recently used workbooks." The pc would connect to our network, but not the internet or our wireless printer. I took it in and a very helpful associate worked with me and it appeared addressed the problem. When I got home I had the same issues. I took it back for an exchange. The associate rang it up as a return. A manager became involved and informed me that there were no other laptops of this make/model available. She completed the return & I left.

I purchased this device because it is solid state, and it was recommended by my technological experts - my kids! I'll use it while traveling to do internet browsing and communication, as well as storing (temporarily) my trip photos.

I wouldn’t not recommend this laptop. We had trouble with it keeping it’s charge since we bought it. It shuts down in the middle of my daughter’s work for school. She had a lot of trouble with the sound for zoom meetings with her teachers also. Very frustrating! It was very expensive but we needed a laptop quickly for virtual school with the pandemic so we chose this one, because it seemed to have good reviews.

Computer is very unreliable. Crashes some websites over and over again. It's simply not a very reliable computer.

Excellent quality parts and speed for affordable price. Great for people who don't need extra functions like touch screen, flippable to tablet-like, or otaku gaming-quality video card.

This was such a bad deal. This was a refurbished. The battery was always poor and now 7 months later it holds no charge and now the figure pad doesn't work. I'm pretty sure since it is a refurbish I will have no luck getting help. Ugh. Buy Lenovo or Apple.

Got this for my son to do online schooling. A little overkill for what he needs. Works great no complaints, does what it needs to do and then some.
