Love the touchscreen feature and way faster then our old desktop dinosaur! Geek Squad had our data transferred and up and running in no time.

This computer is very easy to use and is fast not slow and laggy. This is my first touch screen computer and is nice to be able to do that.

I like the size and most of the functions. Issues was One of my work systems would not respond to the mouse clicks, I had to use the touchscreen to close them. I was told by my IT department the only way to fix this was to change my resolution to 100% from 125% which makes the fonts very small on the computer screen.

I bought this because my son purchased this device and loved it. I've been on a desktop, not touch computer. This is nice and sleek in design, the pads are comfortable to use. I like the features of turning it into a tablet and conveniently packing for travel. The touch screen is a must for me now! I just got a new phone (Link to Window) and love that I can do everything in one spot. I work from home and the quality of the graphics in video are very clear and the sound is perfect. I am able to multitask easily.

I absolutely love my laptop; it’s so easy for this no techie to use. I’m most impressed with the touch screen and easy sign in.

This device is so great! Purchased for use in completing my doctoral work. It is fast and lightweight and works wonderfully as a tablet.

this laptop is killer! Great battery life and 2 in 1 features so I can use it as a tablet! Can use my phone through my laptop which is super cool!, I had no idea I could do that but the Dell rep walked me through how to use the computer to its full capabilities which was EXTREMELY helpful. This experience gave me complete reassurance in my purchase. Will definitely buy Dell in the future

My Dell Inspiron 15 is a great computer- processor is fast, its light weight, lighted keyboard is also a nice feature. The screen size is terrific and I'm very glad that I chose a touchscreen -it's a great feature. The only thing that I'm disappointed with is that the battery life is quickly depleted and the lack of product information that comes with the laptop.

I bought this as an upgrade to my ASUS 15". I wanted something thinner, more suitable for travel. Being a 2 in 1 was an added bonus. It is very fast and responsive for standard browsing and home use. It does not work well for gaming. I tried using it for PS4 remote play and it was very choppy and the graphics were terrible. It just wasn't what this laptop is made for. It works well with daily browsing and tasks. It has beautiful crisp picture for movie watching and streaming.

Didn’t have the best impression when I first purchased as I noticed the screen would go black while using and wouldn’t turn on even when it had 100 % battery, this all happened on the first day. The packaging didn’t really include much so was scared it was an open box. I returned it the following day and ordered a mew computer.ordered the same one, due to Covid didn’t have many choices available and really needed a computer ASAP! After receiving the new computer there have been no glitches and all seems to work very well. Don’t really find the tablet mode that useful as it easier to type and send emails using the regular keyboard. Love that you can connect your phone and receive/ send text and calls through the computer. Saves time while working at home. I don’t use the light keyboard option as the keys are silver and hard to see even when medium light in the room. Overall happy with purchase. 4/5 due to the scare when purchased the first laptop.

Good product Very disappointed in service. When we got to store was put on list to get sales help. Waited for almost two hours and never texted about sales help. Left store and came back next day and had a very knowledgeable salesman. Spent one thousand dollars on computer and accessories. I would not have come back if I had not needed the product

It always takes some time to learn a new computer. I have by no means unlocked it’s full potential, but it has performed and met what I expected. It is not the Cadillac of computers, but a good mix of price for product. So much better than what I had. Very pleased with this two in one laptop/tablet. Two great features: number pad on the keyboard and screen size. Cons: the fingerprint recognition feature for bypassing password is not that great.

I cannot stop using this thing. I needed a laptop because I had been sharing one for years, but now I find any reason to turn this baby on! The touchscreen is super sensitive and the pen works perfectly on every application. I took a few minutes to customize my experience and now I feel that this is easily one of the best purchases I've made it a while. I can't wait to see how a movie looks on this gorgeous and generously sized screen. Get you one!

A great laptop for the price! No complaints. This computer has all the bells and whistles needed for work and school. I am not a gamer so I would know about the specs needed for that. However, this lil machine meets my heavy demands, looks sleek, and has not failed me yet. Great investment if you cannot afford the high end computer line and offers many of the same features needed to meet work/school demands.

My new Dell Inspiron 7500 computer is working well and much faster than my old computer. It has been fairly easy to learn how to use. My only complaint about the Dell Inspiron 7500 is the visibility of the keyboard as I am not a good typist, I find the lighting around the keys is actually more of a hindrance than help when the room light is dim.
