Pro: Excellent machine for the money. Only con: camera is way to cheap for any machine at any price range!! Horrible quality and durability on the camera itself.

Product arrived in time. Unfortunately the screen is cracked. I try to use it with the cracked screen but it is difficult as I am a nursing student.

Very bad quality never buy. Battery life is worst It doesn’t hold charge. After a while my screen starting showing colors. Even no scratches or damage. I never dropped it. Only SSD speed is good.

Keyboard hard to read. Disappointed that didn’t have a cd/dvd slot. Had to buy one.

I bought this laptop 2 months ago and I’m already starting to have issues. Only a black screen with the sentence saying “Boot Device Not Found” will pop up. And it’s telling me there’s no hard disk. There shouldn’t be any issues after only 2 months.

We bought 2 of these. Serves the purpose. Fast charges, stays charged. Pretty good for everyday use

THIS COMPUTER KEEPS FAILING OVER AND OVER. THE ADAPTER IS STILL HAVING PROBLEMS AND THE PALMDALE STORE DOES NOT WANT TO HONOR THE MANUFACTURER (HP) WARRANTY. THE EMPLOYEES SAY THAT THE CLIENT HAS TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER, BUT I DID NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP FROM HP BUT FROM BESTBUY. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO AS THE LAPTOP STARTED FAILING ALMOST FROM THE BEGINNING. IT HAS BEEN A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!

This laptop always interrupts my internet connection and both my siblings use the same network .. therefore I feel like it’s just the laptop giving me problems.. it’s fairly new I got it this year during the month of July.

The worst laptop EVER!!! I've had nothing but problems with it and I barely even used it only had it 14 months turn it on yesterday squiggly lines turn it on today it boot up fine then after a while got a meesage no operating system is installed on the laptop WHAT THE HECK!!!!

This is a nice looking Laptop, Silver color. It has enough Memory at 12GB and Storage at 256GB SSD. I like the extra feature of the Touch-Screen when at times when you wish you have it. It is fast as that is very important to me, so to match-up with my high speed Sonic at 1000Mbps internet. The only thing that I don't like right now is that the fan seems to comes on a little too often. And also there is a S mode, wish it has a easy on and off button for easy use. Not familiar with the use of the S mode right now, still learning. I am not able to give a full review of this Laptop at this time because I haven't been thoroughly using it to see all the pros and cons.

For under $700 total cost, this was a fantastic purchase. SSD is highly efficient, from powered off to ready for work in 10 - 15 seconds. The Intel i5 is equally snappy; swapping back and forth between running applications is smooth and instant; the 12gb of RAM is highly respectable and helps to keep things from getting bogged down. Additionally, there's little-to-no operating noise. The fans are almost dead silent. The look and feel is about average. The silver is sleek; the profile is slim and compact; the plastic body doesn't feel exactly elegant, but it also doesn't feel cheap. The hardware is responsive. The track pad is smooth and very receptive to touch; the keys have good travel and typing is very comfortable—I easily maintain my average of 70 WPM. The display is touchscreen, but I never use it, so it wouldn't be fair to comment. The biggest drawbacks are the onboard storage space, the lack of a CD drive, and the display is a bit lackluster; however, these are trivial complaints. This computer wasn't built to be a workhorse or gaming console. It's an office-oriented machine; it does its job magnificently, and it comes with my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a balance between performance and budget.

I bought this laptop for more than a month, so far so good. My old one had some technical issues specially with the speed, with this I can feel the big difference, the battery life is good, the keyboard is good, I like the touchscreen, once I played a game and was a lot of fun for this feature. I didn’t download much applications yet so I can’t tell how things are going to be when I do but I guess it has enough space, For basic home use it’s very good . I highly recommend it for a friend or anyone who wants to perform basic homework.To me the price was affordable for my budget is kinda restricted specially now with COVID-19 pandemic and its financial impact on everyone. I would definitely recommend, easy to set up and use. Touch scream makes it’s so much better. Only thing I would suggest better screen quality it just seems dull. But overall great fast and compact.I have had mine for about 2 years and it works perfect!

Its a great computer for the price. Its really Fast and easy to use. Really lightweight which is a plus. Screen size is perfect for me. Great for school work. The only thing this computer is missing, the keyboard doesn't light up in the Dark.
