Great vacuum, I love it a lot, but I’ve had it for 2 years and the wand no longer works and the dust bin has also broken. So it’s not very sturdy or long lasting

This vacuum was relatively simple to put together. It’s simple to use and more importantly it’s lightweight with amazing suction power for a cordless option. The dirt canister is big enough where I don’t feel like I need to empty it every time I use it (I’ve been able to vacuum over several days before needing to empty it). The battery life is pretty good (for a cordless). I get just under an hour total use before needing to charge which isn’t bad. Having a spare battery on hand may be just what you need if you want to use this as your full time workhorse although for most it wouldn’t be necessary. I love that this is a very versatile option versus having to use a corded vacuum. I’ve found myself using it for light daily cleanups as well as for cleaning out our cars and it did it’s job perfectly. I do love that the charging base isn’t too bulky or space consuming. I thought I was happy with my old cordless vacuum until I used this one and now I can’t imagine going back to the old one.

I have a large room and some smaller rooms. The battery does not last long and it feels like it has some trouble with higher carpet. Also doesn’t have the suction power. Other than those drawbacks it’s a solid machine

I have a $1500 Kirby vacuum that I bought a few years ago but you know something? I like this vacuum much more. It cost less, it’s easier to manage and it picks up Al least as much dirt!

Samsung's Jet 90 vacuum is competing a crowded field of "stick vacuums," but they've packaged a solid-performing vacuum with a set of accessories to handle all common cleaning duties. It is convenient and easy-to-handle, and does a great job of cleaning. On top of that, I applaud Samsung for using removable battery packs to help ensure the vacuum's lifespan can be extended. (In the interest of full disclosure, Samsung provided me with this Jet 90 vacuum in return for posting an honest review. This review reflects my own experience and opinions.) By now, cordless "stick" vacuums are pretty commonplace, so there's probably little that needs to be said. Like the competition, the Jet 90 is conveniently portable. It includes a reasonably-size cannister-style dustbin that is easy enough to empty. There is a floor stand included to house and charge the vacuum between uses. Although the stand includes a wall-mountable hook, this seems to be for only for additional stability while the base is still on the floor. The vacuum is powered by a single, removable lithium-ion battery pack. The stand includes a slot dedicated to charging an additional battery if you'd like to purchase one. While the unused spare charging slot makes me wish Samsung included two batteries out-of-the-box, a single battery has lasted more than long enough for my routine cleaning tasks, so it would probably increase cost for little practical benefit for most people. The stand also includes some a couple of attachment holders, though not enough for all of the spare attachments (it would be nice if the stand could hold them all) Handling is pretty good, especially for floors. I found that for reaching higher corners with some of the other attachments often required the use of a second hand for extra stability, but this is hardly a problem. I definitely liked that it uses a switch you can press to toggle it on and off, without needing to hold a button down continuously as on some competing vacuums. There are three speeds, with the vacuum turning on to the the medium speed by default. The highest speed naturally will drain the battery faster, and I found the medium speed more than sufficient most of the time. Samsung includes a pretty wide range of attachments and extensions to cover multiple floor types (such as wood and carpet) and surfaces. One important note about the attachments is that this package does *not* include the Spinning Sweeper attachment that Samsung offers in a different package. In its place, this package includes the Turbo Action Brush head, for use on both carpet and wood floors. (Samsung does not recommend the Soft Action Brush common to both kits for carpeting.) Hopefully, Samsung offers the Spinning Sweeper attachment for sale as a separate purchase in the future, as it would further improve the versatility of this vacuum. I did have one significant issue with my Jet 90 - after just the second use, it became "stuck" on and would not turn off unless I physically removed the battery pack. Upon putting the pack back in, it immediately began running again without the power button having been pressed. Samsung's customer service was quite accommodating and the faulty unit was replaced. I've had no issues with the replacement after having it used it significantly more time than the original. I'm chalking this up to just a fluke rather than a common problem, and therefore not docking my rating due to this, but felt it only fair to share my experience. I must certainly give Samsung's support praise for being straightforward and hassle-free in resolving this. All-in-all, both my wife and I are very pleased with the Jet 90. We like how it handles and the range of accessories included. I appreciated that the battery pack should be easy to replace (and that we could invest in an additional pack if we wanted longer run times). If you're in the market for a higher-end cordless vacuum, I'd fully suggest Samsung's Jet 90.

The suction on the vacuum is really exceptional for a cordless stick vacuum. On a full battery you can get about an hour of use, depending on the speed level you use. The higher the speed (suction), the more battery is used up. The display area has the on/off button, along with plus and minus buttons to adjust the amount of suction. It has error lights also, to show you if there is a clog or the brushes stop working for some reason. I like that this has a washable micro filter, so you don’t have to spend a lot of money on filters. I have even used this to vacuum my car. I just remove the long stick and use the extension attachment and it works great and is lightweight. Stand/Charger: What a great design/idea. You can attach the stand to a wall so you don’t have to worry about it falling over while the vacuum charges and will make it more permanent. You do not have to attach it to the wall, as I have not and it stands on its own just fine. There is also a second spot to charge an additional battery, if you purchase one. They are expensive, so I chose to wait on that item. Attachments: The Turbo Action Brush is a great all around brush. You can use it on all surfaces. The Soft Action Brush is mostly for hardwood floors and has a soft head. It works really well on hardwood floors as it doesn’t damage the wood and can pick up dust that settles on the floor. The Mini Motorized Tool is more of an upholstery brush and is good for stairs and furniture. There is a Combination Tool which is good for walls and hard to reach places. Used with the Flexible Tool, you can even get the tops of your doors and window sills easily. I really like this, as I never used to be able to just reach up and vacuum up above flat surfaces such as high shelves, etc. You just need to adjust the Flexible tool so that you can get to those hard to reach places. The Telescopic Pipe adjusts. Whether you are tall or short it is easy to use. As this review is titled, I compared this to about 3 other cordless vacuums I have had and it is definitely superior to all of them. For the price you are paying for this vacuum, it is not a bad deal. There are plenty of attachments, and it works really well. I do feel that it is priced a bit high for my taste when not on sale, but on sale it is a definite bargain. It is not like any other cordless stick vacuum out there. If you buy this, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

My Dyson stop working and I tried out the Samsung and love it

I’ve been using the Jet 90 for a few weeks and have been thoroughly impressed. It is amazingly light compared to the cordless vacuum it replaced. The charging stand makes storage easy and keeps the battery charged so it’s ready to go anytime. You can also charge a second battery at the same time if you choose to buy one. So far I haven’t even thought about needing an additional battery because the run time is more than enough to finish the job. I typically run it between 15-20 minutes on the medium setting and have plenty of charge left. Obviously running it on max will take the total time down but I rarely use that setting as medium has plenty of suction. It can sometimes bog down on thick carpets but not so much that it’s a huge deal. The multiple included tools give you a lot of versatility but there is no onboard storage so you’ll have to find a place to put them all. Just be aware. Cleaning the dust cup is super easy and I really like that the center comes out so you can wipe down the metal mesh inner filter which is a big improvement over some others I’ve had. Finally, it is remarkably quiet for as much power as it has. I can vacuum without disturbing my light sleeping daughter.

clunky and takes up much more room that my previous one made by a competitor but their customer service and product reliance has become horrible in past few years. Bought this one but not would buy again.

TLDR. If you want a cordless vacuum with the power and features of most corded ones. Here you go. In the box you get the vacuum itself, battery, power cord, mini tool, charge station, flex tool, a combo tool, and a crevice tool to reach the harder areas, and more. Assembly isnt bad with how everything basically just clicks and snaps into place. If you have done something similar before you know the basic idea. But the manual is done very well so following that you should have no problem getting it together. The vacuum itself is made extremely well with quality materials. I love the silver and black combo look of any device and this is no exception. Very high end build quality. I love how some of the commonly used accessories can be mounted to the vacuum for storage. This will no doubt cut back on losing parts which can happen and is very frustrating especially when its a piece you need and/ or use often. However there are some parts you have to keep track of. My solution is a cloth bag I have on the wall next to the vacuum. I store any parts that dont have spots on the vacuum to store in there. Overall Samsung really thought out the build and design of this vacuum well. This vacuum itself is great. We have 3 dogs that arent exactly perfect with messes and things of the sort so its a chore keeping up with the house cleaning. We also have a smart pet carpet washer as well, but that requires vacuuming the floor before using it. I was using a cordless handheld with an extension before this but it only lasted about 8 minutes before running out. Well thats where the Samsung Jet 90 comes in. Extremely powerful with close to an hours worth of use. Until you have used a cordless and and not have to worry about tripping over cords, etc. than you dont know how much more convenient it really is. With the large capacity battery and longer run time I am easily able to vacuum our entire house on one charge, and get all the pet hair up as well for when I need to run our pet carpet washer vacuum. And it comes with all the accessories needed to get into the couch cushions, chairs, corners, under tables, etc. and even suck up webs in the ceiling corners as well as getting the blinds clean. It has everything you need to get your vacuum related cleaning done. Not to mention using it to clean out your car as well! It works perfect to clean all the nooks and crannies of your cars interior, the carpets, floor mats, dash, center console, etc. I would highly recommend this vacuum. If you are tired of cords, or just want a solid vacuum with everything you need to get your house and car clean this is a great choice. Looks great, works even better, solid well thought out build, long battery life, and extreme power. You cant go wrong. Plus its a Samsung!

The world of cordless vacuums has always intrigued me. I really dislike finding the appropriate outlet for where I am working. I am not a fan of unraveling and then putting the cord away when done, and I REALLY hate controlling the cord and moving it out of my way when vacuuming. So with the advancements of battery technology and the ingenuity of Samsung, I was delighted to get my hands on this cordless sucker upper. Out of the box, this vacuum feels like quality. Its heft and positive connected pieces let you know that this product cost you some money. And thats ok! I am a believer in "You get what you pay for". This feel extends from the vacuum to the accessories to the stand. Everything just feels well made. Speaking of accessories, there are quite a few. So many that there isnt enough room on the stand for them all...so you are kind of left with the issue of where to put them. But thats a small thing. The stand itself can free stand, which is nice. But it is also Wall Mountable! Which is what I prefer. On the back of stand has an additional space for a spare battery that is not included...but you will want one. When it comes to using this vacuum, it is a different feel than a regular wheel around vacuum. You hold the vacuum. Its not sitting on wheels and requires a little more effort on the users part then a traditional vacuum, but this Samsung VS90 is a lot lighter than a traditional vacuum, so its not as much of a burden as it may seem in theory. The suction on the normal setting is adequate...which is nice. A lot of battery powered products I have tried have a sort of economy setting that I swear is just present for them to claim longer battery life figures. But Samsung did a good job here making sure that the base level will still do the job. I regularly find myself using the base setting, then ramping up the suction temporarily to get any stubborn debris. With all these cool features and top tier price tag, this is not a vacuum replacement. Yes its a vacuum. Yes it functions like a regular roll around vacuum. But it will not complete your Saturday morning chores. Not all of them anyway. Despite a large battery, I was getting roughly 30 minutes of use out of this vacuum. Not enough to do an entire house for sure. I would vacuum a bedroom and a little of the next room aaaaannnndddd battery dead. So I would thrown the vacuum on the charging stand, wait an hour, back to vacuuming. Same Story. After completing a little more than one room....dead. Now that is to be expected from a battery powered device. But I found myself just grabbing my regular workhorse vacuum to accomplish the every week chores. So where does that leave this vacuum? I find myself using it on the stairs, doing spot cleanups, kitchen and bathroom floors that I would normally sweep, and on furniture and in cars. This is a very versatile vacuum and has its place in the home cleaning equipment. But I dont see it being a full time vacuum replacement.

Samsung - Jet™ 90 Cordless Vacuum. This is a great little cordless Vacuum with 20Watts of power for all those quick jobs and the stuff you don’t want to drag a big vacuum out to do. At 6lbs, it is small and convenient enough for most jobs, but for some, the heft might really need two hands for off the floor stuff like ceiling fans or drapes, etc.(at least you get a little workout) A .8gallon bin capacity is more than enough for the battery life of 10-15 minutes on high, 40minutes on medium and almost 1hr on low. Recharge time is around 3.5 hrs. Super nice that the dustbin and filter are washable (just make sure they are thoroughly dry before reassembly) and easy to use. The unit has a variety of attachments and some that are purchased as options such as the spinning sweeper brush, clean station and a spare battery. The quality of the build is very good with an exceptional fit and finish and is made of quality metals and plastics. The stand does an auto charge and has a separate charge port for a second battery. It is an attractive device with the stand. The stand will also hold some of the accessories but not the motorized brush attachments. I used this in my car and it worked well and the striped downsize was super with plenty of power. In my house using it on the drapes, ceiling fans, crevice cleaning and quick jobs on the carpets or floors it worked well. Most jobs the medium setting was perfect with only occasional need for the high setting, and the low was great on my keyboards. To me, it is a great addition and is my go-to for my car or quick pickup jobs or maybe when I just needed a room cleaned or for when I would normally use an attachment on a big vac. I like this unit and use it a lot, but I would have liked a second battery in the package, but that would have boosted the price another $150.

I am actually surprised by this vacuum. It has great features and accessories and good performance for a stick vacuum. If you have a small place with just a couple of rooms this would be perfect. Don't expect to do a whole house in one secession as the battery wont last and the trash bin is rather small, but for a quick sprucing up this is perfect. It came with a powered hard floor brush, carpet brush and small upholstery brushed (which is perfect for stairs), that's 3 power heads! they are super easy to take apart to clean without any tools. The floor wand is extendable to reach far, with the crevice tool or dust brush and it even comes with a flexible elbow so you can get to the top of things like a high cabinet or ceiling fan. The battery is removeable just like a cordless drill so you can get a second one for extended run times. The vacuum itself is very compact and light weight but the trash bin is tiny and can't hold much so expect to empty it often if your carpets are dirty. Its easy to empty and the container is washable so its easy to keep clean (I really like this feature, with my Dyson I can never get it really clean since you can't wash it). I usually use medium suction which is a good balance, the low is so weak and just for delicate things. The high kills the battery in minutes and is just too strong as it makes the floor head stick to the floor making it hard to push around. Overall this is a really good stick vacuum and all you would really need for a small place. The accessories that come with it is what makes this so versatile. A bit pricey but then this is a premium product and the quality is excellent.

This is my wife's favorite vacuum to date! Its very powerful for a battery powered vacuum but its also light weight. Its versatile in changing the length of the vacuum with the click of a button and then it also detaches and shrinks down to a mini hand held vacuum. The battery life is o.k. We have a 2,000 square foot house and most of the house can be done on one charge using the MAX power setting. The cannister has a max line for you to know when to empty and is easy to remove along with the filter to clean. The only thing holding me back from giving this vacuum 5 stars is that it only comes with 1 battery and I cannot find anywhere online to buy a second besides direct from Samsung. Samsung does show a "where to buy" link but no retailers are available. They have a buy now button and appear to be the only place to get one. If the battery becomes more readily available, like through Best Buy at a reasonable price, I would change the rating to 5 stars in a heartbeat.

There are a lot of great features packed into (or along with) this cordless vacuum. There's plenty of battery capacity, depending on how you need to use it. If you have a large area to cover and it's not excessively dirty, you can leave it on the regular setting and cover thousands of square feet. If you need more intense cleaning, you can bump the power to max and still cover several rooms. There is a sturdy stand included that stores the vacuum (and some of the attachments) in a handy position, and it also has the capacity to charge a spare battery at the same time it charges the one installed in the vacuum (spare not included). There are several powered brush options included. One is for wood floors that you might worry about scuffing with the regular brush. The smaller one is handy for furniture or stairs. Emptying the vacuum is easy and intuitive. If you're looking for an all-in-one cordless solution. this is an excellent choice.

Having had this vacuum for a little while now, I can say that I am confident enough to say this is the best of both worlds. Meaning, it has the power and capability of a standard, with the convenience of a cordless. My house is a mixture of wood/tile/carpet. The Jet90 worked wonders on each of them. We all know what brand, and what features the samsung is competing with. Is it equal? No. It's better! The samsung holds a charge longer and doesn't have a long period of lackluster performance before the battery dies. This one trucks right along with its 200 watts of air power until the very end. The filter and dust bin are both conveniently placed and perform perfectly. Owning a dog, I know first hand the need to trap fur and dander. With this, the Jet90, 99.99999% of dust, dirt, dander, and fur is captured. The above is extremely important as my wife has allergies. If this vacuum didn't perform as above, it would have gone back to best buy. What is super convenient is the fact that this whole system is cordless. I am now able to vacuum the stairs without the worry of the cord causing the vac to take a tumble. I can now, with the cordless ability and attachments, suck up dust and dirt from every corner of my home. From the obvious floors, to vertical blinds, picture frames, bookcases, and on and on. As you can tell I really put this vacuum through its paces. And with the wonderful cordless power, filtration, and included attachments - I can truly say that the Samsung Jet90 is a best buy! You get what you pay for with this vac. If you are in the market for a cordless, powerful, versatile vacuum - you cannot go wrong with this wonderfull model.
