One thing noticed is it's not an energy efficient product at all. It consume more power than your microwave when its runs in full fan speed with max heat.

I love this new toy! I just wish the presentation box was wide enough to accommodate both the dryer and the attachments. For now, I am keeping the attachments inside of the presentation box and am on the hunt for a stand. Also, I was disappointed that this Special Edition Prussian Blue set does not include the paddle brush and detangling comb as shown on the Dyson website. For $429, it’s disappointing to not receive all of the items shown as a set. It comes with a diffuser, gentle diffuser, comb attachment, concentrator attachment, and flyaway attachment. The blue is a deep navy almost charcoaled navy.

It does leave hair shinny but it makes all the baby hair stand up and causes a lot of static on the hair. It is very expensive the outcome. Maybe Dyson can make some adjustments.

There are a few different things you can do to change the method in which you dry your hair. To begin with the unit is designed with a type of thermal control which means it will monitor and control the temperature at all times. When the dryer is held away from your head the dryer reads the temperature of the room and not your hair; this also causes your hair to blow all around which can lead to damage and tangles. In light of this, it may be necessary to use the dryer directly against your hair with a low speed/heat setting (to start with) using either your hand, a paddle brush or roll brush to control the movement of your hair. When applying these tips to your everyday styling you should start to see a difference in the texture of your hair. We would like to ensure that your hair dryer is performing as intended. I was hesitant about the price, but this dryer is amazing!! My hair is super thick and this dries it a lot faster, my hair dresser told me I should invest in one because it would be great for my hair and cut my dry time in half and she wasn’t wrong. I like the attachments it comes with and how easy it is to switch them or even style my hair. It gives me volume which I never have because my hair is so heavy and thick. I have noticed my hair is shiny and seems to be not as damage with the intense heat from my previous dryer. I also use it on my daughters hair which is extremely long and tangles easy, her hair is a little thinner then mine and finer but it works amazing on hers as well she was so happy with how shiny and soft her hair felt. I really can’t say enough good things about this dryer.

I love it but just so you know… it’s not all that pink. It’s a very very subtle light pink that can almost look cream colored.

I contacted Dyson and they replaced it for me. Now another year later the filter piece has broken. I’m hoping that can be replaced. Expensive but so far customer service has been great and I love it.
