My boyfriend had his wisdom teeth removed and I was trying to find him some healthy options for food, while he was on a soft foods diet. This thing is powerful and blends pretty well. There is a method/order, in which you need to put items into the Ninja so that it mixes properly. It takes a bit of trial and error (fruits, yogurt, powders, milk, ice) but once you get it down, it's great. I've used this for making nut butter, smoothies, Boozie shakes and more. Occasionally, powders fall to the bottom before mixing and don't always get blended well. It takes a bit of shaking and hitting the pulse button to get everything mixed well. The blender is VERY LOUD. It's hard to make smoothies before work, because of how loud it is.

I’ve had this for just over a week and I’ve used it nearly every day for smoothies. I’m using juice and/or milk, yogurt, protein powder and frozen fruit and sometimes frozen kale. If the fruit isn’t frozen, I add some ice. It works great on the smoothie setting although I usually stop it before the time is up. The consistency is just like I like it. Yes, it’s loud, but my smoothie is blended in less than a minute. Clean up is easy, too! Bottom line, I love it!

Awesome smoothies! We add nuts and seeds to our smoothies, still smooth and creamy. Very powerful and easy to use.

I love thos blender! The first thing i want to mention is that it has gribs on the bottem that keeps it suctioned to the counter which really comes in handy. I love that it has feature that allows you to make smoothie bowls which is one of the main reasons i bought it. The blades are super sharp so it blends really easily. I like that is comes with two cups because its always nice to have a back up. Overall its a really awesome blender perfect for college students like my self. This is my second Ninja. I liked the first one and I LOVE this one. I have not done everything with it like making acai bowls, but that is okay, I am more than satisfied with my smoothies. I have put various textures such as carrots, apples, ice, celery, seeds, berries, spinach, etc. and it all seems to blend smoothly. I really like how healthy I feel after drinking a veggie/fruit/protein smoothie. The sound does not bother me and I am super sensitive to sounds and vibrations. Blades have held up well after repeated usage. Another thing that really stands out that I had issues in the past with Ninja and other smoothie makers is that there have been no leaks during the blending process and even more so, when you make it a to go smoothie, the lid works perfectly and does not leak either.

This blender is awesome. Its fast and a space saver. Fits great on the countertop and blends things nicely. Smoothies, shakes, frozen coffee etc. The only thing I don't like about it is that is is loud. Get one and see for yourself!

Easy to use….. smoothie lovers are rejoicing. I made a very good milkshake with it as well. Easy to clean……

I bought this because I had an aw crap moment when I was on a trip and forgot my blender for smoothies. I was initially worried because it was a bit more than I wanted to spend but it has been the BEST investment!! It makes the best and most creamy smoothies ever!

I picked up this product from Best Buy store. The product was ans expected. It is very robust, acceptable noice while running. It came with three glass mugs. I tried IQ programming for smoothies, it created great smoothies without any intervention. Just keep the fluid up to max line otherwise there are chances the fuild will spill out while blending. I recommend this product.

So happy with how it works. Needed something like this to help make pureed soups and smoothies as we got rid of our old complicated food processor which took up a lot of room. I have only used it a few times, but it worked great. Loved the automatic settings. Main problem so far was that the manual had such small font that was difficult to read.

This thing is awesome. Both for smoothies and bowls. And powerful. The only downside is its noisy.

I had my doubts about whether this small, inexpensive Ninja Duo blender could compare to the powerful Vitamix I had my eyes on, but I'm so glad I decided to try it. I like my smoothies with berries, chia seeds, kale ... No matter what I put in this little blender, my smoothies come out smooth and creamy. I haven't tried a smoothie bowl yet, but I'm building my grocery list and I'll update my review when I do.

This blender is amazing, it is powerful enough to blend ice and fruit like it’s nothing. It’s compact which makes for easier storing. I have a Blendtec blender, but this is my go-to blender for smaller jobs like fro-yo and nut butters among other things. It is loud during the blending session which is about normal for powerful blenders...the noise last maybe one plus minute.

Everything I thought it would be. I enjoy this blender a lot. I have been on my diet and fast and i have opened my mind on different smoothie bowls and have to make healthy smoothies. This machine is a bit loud loud but it’s quick and gets the job done. I absolutely love this product. It’s definitely worth the money. I got a great deal on it as well

I love this blender, I mainly use it to make smoothies. It has so many uses. It can make ice cream. This a powerful and great blender.

I love this machine. Ive wanfed a smoothie maker for a long time and really love it! I love that the cups are bigger than 18-20oz like most out there. I like the convenience of being able to make the smoothie in the cup and not having to use other dishes. Its quick. Makes rhe smoothie in one minute. It auto stops so i dont have to guess at when its done. The machine itself is a bit loud but im getting used to it.
