    Pan does cook evenly but you will need a spatula to get eggs out of it, they will not slide out like the commercial!

      We are terribly sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience when cooking eggs. To best assist you we would like to provide you with some tried and true steps for cooking the perfect egg.

      1. Place pan on burner and preheat on medium to medium-high heat
      for 2 to 3 minutes on a gas burner, or 4 to 5 minutes on an electric burner.
      2. Crack egg in pan and let cook for at least 1 minute 30 seconds
      (up to 2 minutes), or until most of the white has set.
      3. Use a rubber or metal spatula to carefully flip egg over and cook for an
      additional minute to set the white. This will yield a runny yolk. Cook an
      extra 1 to 2 minutes for a firmer yolk.

    Horrible pan! First time trying it with scrambled eggs, everything stuck to the pan. Took me 10 minutes to remove the mess after soaking it for 3hours. Non-stick? This shouldn’t even be on the market.

    Doesn't work well with induction. When the pan gets at a certain heat level, the induction doesn't work anymore that causes the stove to have an error and shutdown. Not only that problem but also this pan stick even used oil when I do the sunny side up. Plan to return this one soon...

    It is far from non-stick. The copper pans work better. Disappointed in this pan.

      We are terribly sorry to hear of this experience and would like to share some tips with you. If you are seeing that food is sticking during stovetop cooking it is likely that the pan is not hot enough. Our cookware requires the optimum temperature in order to have superior nonstick performance. If our cookware does not reach the proper cooking temperature then you could see some sticking but if the cookware is hot enough you will have great nonstick performance. Because our cookware has a thicker aluminum base than others this requires more time to preheat which will be a learning curve. While the cookware requires longer preheat times, the more you use the cookware you will see the pans have excellent heat retention and evenness when it comes to your food.

      We recommend you preheat the pan 1 to 2 minutes longer than you previously did to ensure the pan is at the temperature needed to give you the best nonstick performance.
