The HP Touchscreen laptop is easy to use, lightweight and is well priced.

Solid laptop. Was never a fan of AMD processors due to past experiences, however this one has changed my mind. HP did a great job designing this laptop and its packed with all the necessary features. Enough storage and memory for everyday use, music, video, and picture editing, and some light gaming. The touch screen is a great added bonus to compliment this great laptop!

Having a Windows 10 Home operating system I can't believe how fast this boots up from totally off (less than 10 seconds). This is after I switched from Windows 10 Home "S" to just Windows 10 Home. Must be because the OS resides on the 128 GB SSD. Not sure why anyone would keep Windows 10 Home "S" because that OS prohibits any software from being loaded that is not obtained from the App store. Easy to get rid of it, but once you change it you can't go back. Google it on how to change it.

I am pleased with this laptop. It works well, and it is fast and has loads of storage. One gripe is the keyboard isn't back lighted, and worse the keys are labelled using black on silver which makes then very hard to read. The key layout is not standard, so it has taken me a long time to get used to it. Also, the display is not HD. If I had it to do again, I would have paid a few bucks more for a better display.

This laptop is slim and light weight, fast, and extremely user friendly. I love it!

I ended up returning this laptop. I got this laptop to quickly replace a Dell Inspiron 7000 series that crashed. The design is sleek and lightweight, but for me, it was too light, and every time I tried to open the laptop, I would end up lifting up the whole unit because the base did not have enough weight to keep it on the desk, and the hinges did not allow the screen to pull away easily. I had to pick up the whole thing and open it like a book. The buttons below the track pad for the mouse were extremely loud, and felt like they would break any minute, and the keyboard buttons felt equally unstable. The worst part was the picture/resolution quality. I know it’s an inexpensive laptop, and a good amount of memory/HD storage for your buck, but I could not look at that screen for more than a five-minute period due to the low resolution. It’s performance was normal for any new laptop with a Microsoft operating system. This was the cheapest laptop I have ever purchased, and its price definitely matches its quality. I ended up going with a more expensive laptop that will be a better investment in the long run, even if it’s just for the sake of my eyes alone, totally worth it.

Very good and fast but not suitable for gaming but still excelent

I am very happy with the purchase. It was very easy to setup everything to operate it.. The ease to operate it has been a nice surprise. Nice looking appearance and very light. It has done everything that I need it to do. Much better than my old computer. Glad I got this model.

Purchased this for use with Cricut Design Space and its perfect. Super fast, loads in 15 seconds from powered on. Love that it has the Solid State drive and the Hard drive making it easy to store all my pictures and svg files. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

Good lightweight, fast , easy to use, gets the job done.

It is smaller, gives better handling then my old 17in. The price was alright. the touch screen is really a plus. This was a good buy.

when i first saw this Hp laptop i knew it was what i wanted. The price is very affordable. It was easy to start up when i turned it on. It's voice activated to help you with the instructions and it is just the right size for office or home. Thanks Best Buy !

The lightning fast speed of the computer is a part of the reason why I love it so much. I'm able to search and look up things for my job within record time. I definitely see myself sticking with this brand for my computer needs.

Had about 2 years now, lost one key/popped off, and just had a memory DIMM fail. Kid using it was pretty happen till now with performance. Monitor quality could use better contrast

This is an excellent Laptop. Its lightweight has an excellent processor good memory and good storage capacity. I gave it 4 stars because it does not have a lighted keyboard. And for me it lacks enuff USB inputs. At least 4 would be nice. Overall though its well worth the price..

I love this laptop it is exactly WhatsApp I was looking for, and it was very easy to order it and very fast delivery and the more inportant think was the price, I am planning to get an other one for my son.

Fantastic. Great for the new Zoom environment. Old laptop wasn't keeping up, needed to do classes online. This machine does that and does it fantastically.
