Love my roomba. It does a better job of vacuuming than expected. Moreover, it frees me and my wife of vacuuming so we can spend more time with the little one. It does multiple* passes FYI.

1. Got a defective device, maps loading is inconsistent even after successful cleaning. 2. Support acknowledged the issue and sent a new device but older model (3100 instead of 3550, sw version 1.2x instead of 2.4x ) , and forced me to use older model as they claim both devices are same 3. Older model (3100, didn't have new features like mapping run, find device etc and it took longer than older model. 4. Both 3550 and 3100 are very loud compared to other brands. 5. Returned and went with a diff company, device is much quieter, mapping and cleaning was under 150 mins compared to 300+ mins with iRobot (3550 or 3100), 6. Remapped it multiple times, factory reset and re-register didn't help. 7. I have zero issues with Brava jet (other than it being slow, which I don't mind as it's scheduled to complete before we wake up.)

When it works its great. But lots of weird issues like wont return home on its own keeps trying but wont find its way on its own and the vacumm base get clogged often

I just told my friend how great this works. It cleans well! It gets to all parts of my house without any problems. I love the self empty feature. It’s so nice.

Works amazingly and I’d say the bag emptier is worth the extra cost on every level.

Love this thing! Great suction, very smart, covers every square inch possible, returns home on its own, empties itself and sends you a notification report showing how it did, complete with a map.

I recommend this item to anyone, just setup the time you want it to start and that’s all you need to do it’s really good and it empty it’s self I give a 5 stars because it’s great. Thank you

My floors have never felt cleaner! The little brushes sweep out areas that my regular vacuum never got. It is louder than I expected but is so thorough and efficient that I’m thrilled with it. Further I love that it finds its way home to the docking base for recharge or when the job is complete. So clever!!

Love this vaccuum. Bought this on sale in December 2020 and wish I would've gotten it sooner. We set it to vaccuum M, W, F and it takes a couple hours to complete as it has to go back several times to empty and recharge. We have a husky mix dog that sheds alot and it does a fantastic job picking up dog hair. The vacuum is going under China cabinets, buffets and arm chairs we never move.... basically cleaning areas I never clean :-).

This Roomba works great on tile and carpet. I’ve never had an issue with this product .

I bought this item on the speciasale for $350 and I am very satisfied with it. I also bought extera bags and filter for it from aliexpress app with very good price.I have 2 dogs and it works perfectly and cleans dogs hair without any problem. The vacuum cleaner bag looks very small, but in fact it has an acceptable capacity.also I can control that by iRobot app Which is also very useful.

It works great. The only issue i found is that can only hold one house map.

It cleans my floors amazing , my animals love to chase after it! LOL

The roomba i3+ works great. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and honestly she loves it. For the price point of 300-400$ this thing works excellent and I can’t imagine how the more expensive ones work. We were truly amazed at the amount of stuff (dirt and debris) that this roomba picked up. It has a lot of suction power! We like to turn it on when we leave to go somewhere and come home to a clean house! Excellent product

Wow, thos robot is great cleans up all the dirt and dog hair around the house with out me lifting a finger. The batt life is good and last over a hour. It navigates around my home with ease and does not destroy my furniture. Its well built and has a very powerful suction for pickup.

This is the 3rd Roomba that I have owned and by far the best one so far. The i3+ does the basics...cleaning the floor, but it also adds a bunch of features that make life easier for you. First, setting up and getting to actually cleaning is very quick. From taking it out of the box to getting the Roomba online, it took less than 10 minutes. The directions were straight-forward and easy to follow. One of my favorite parts is seeing the area of the floor that was cleaned. My past Roombas just went around the floor in random and always missed areas. This one actually maps the floor and cleans in small sections to ensure it covers the whole area. Inside the app you can see where the Roomba cleaned and if there were any areas missed (see image). I found the only missed areas was due to something blocking the floor like chairs or boxes. The app also lets you schedule when to clean and will start and empty the robot when done. That is a big plus to me since I travel a lot and may not be able to empty the bin for weeks or months at a time. Overall, this Roomba is quieter than the previous versions that I've owned...that is with one exception. When emptying the robot's bin, it sounds like you have a jet taking off in your house. My wife was on a call the first time this happened and she had to tell them to hold on since she couldn't hear anything. On the positive side, this only takes about 5-10 seconds to empty and worth it if I don't need to empty the bin myself (always feel like half the dust just gets all over the place every time I empty it manually). Eventually I will need to empty the base that collects all the dirt, but at least it is getting stored in a bag and I can just throw that out. Another thing that comes up is the Roomba doesn't always make it back to the base. I have seen multiple reasons for this: gets stuck on something, closes the door to a room while cleaning, just doesn't make it back to the base before running out of charge, etc. I play the Find Roomba game every time I get home from a long trip. Most days, this isn't a problem, but with the old one it was about 25% of the time. So far, the new one has gotten back every time. Lastly, and possibly most importantly, the i3+ does a good job of sweeping the floor. The sensor is supposed to identify areas needing additional cleaning and spend extra time to clean it. I haven't had that happen yet, but good to know. I would definitely recommend the i3+ for anyone that likes someone (something) else to do the cleaning for them. This one is even better than my previous versions since it empties the robot bin itself and shows where it has cleaned (see image).

Best little robot ever. This really saves so much time with daily sweeping. We have 2 cats and it scoops up the litter debris they leave behind.

Love it I would buy it all over again. I really enjoy it. Keep me from a lot of work.

Love it! I upgraded for the roomba that doesnt empty itself nor maps. This new one is amazing as it maps your house and empties itself!
