........ VERY EASY TO USE FOR SPOT CLEANINGS .......

Nice compact unit that delivers good results. It's especially handy if you have pets that frequently have digestive issues (like I do), and don't vomit on the hard floor per your request. The weekly/bi-weekly clean-up sessions are now way more efficient. It also does a thorough job. My only gripe is that it doesnt use steam. To combat this, I tried some hot water in the cleaning solution tank and instead pre-treated the stain.

I've only used it once so I really don't know how it work on a larger mess. So far so good.

Thank goodness for this! Evil pets cause problems on the floor and this is the solution!

It is a great device! The only two things I don't really like is that: 1) It is heavy to use for long periods of time. AND 2) Even on a full charge it doesn't last a whole lot of time. If you use it to spot clean or for a car then definitely buy this. If you're wanting one that lasts longer (battery or cord) then buy a different version.

You must vacuum first and clean this after. I wouldn’t recommend using and not cleaning after as dirt will build up and thing will stink. But it works great for small little jobs. I have hardwood through but this works great on runners and area carpets.

Was expecting a little better performance. Price was ok but the unit does not vacuum up the cleaner as well as I would have expected. Unit is also a little heavy and can only be used it certain positions which can make it difficult to clean a couch.

Works great on carpet/ rugs but not great on couches in my opinion.

This is good to clean up after my toddler spills and my cats. It saves me from having to pull out thr big carpet cleaner just to clean a small area. It does a decent job. Its convienent but a little heavy and you have to put a lot of pressure to get the suction to work. Also it needs to come with a mount for easier storage.

Great for clean up after pets. Easy to use and clean up. Great for getting into small spaces and corners. It’s light enough that it won’t tire yourself out.

Cleans very good, removes stains very efficiently but battery backup is very poor

The handheld bissel is exactly what I needed. I usually need something portable and lightweight to address a mess or stain without the need to lug out a full carpet cleaner. Care and cleaning of the device is much more intuitive than other brands which is great for getting hair and fibers out of the front plastic. It’s cord free and rechargeable. Only downside is that you need to ensure you buy the portable cleaner solution as the regular varieties don’t work here which is a pain because not all stores carry them and the sizes are small. A minute issue for otherwise great product.

Great alternative to the bigger unit for cleaning up a cat-tastropy! This is for spot cleaning and maybe cushions. Don’t expect it to clean your entryway.

This is perfect for all those times my cats seek out the carpet to throw up on! It's lightweight and easy to use.

This thing is a game changer when you need a portable lightweight machine to clean up messes quick! This is definitely one of my favorite new products!

Great device for spots. We had to use our regular wet vac before and that was hassle this is better.
