Easy to set up. Compact enough to fit in tighter spaces but still able to handle all office needs. Good print quality.

Took me awhile to decide on a printer/scanner combo due to bad reviews and the troublesome setup procedures usually involved. Definitely took a little work to get this one setup and all hooked up to the Wi-fi but once I did it’s been smooth sailing, prints, copies, scans easily and wirelessly right to my laptop. Don’t forget to install the drivers and the interface software. It requires different programs based on what you intend to do, but they’re all accessible from the website or included CD.

Bought this after our smaller Epson printer quit, deiced to go bigger b/c of work related douments to print. It's really fast, having some issues with network printing, only have had it a couple months, will contact supoort if it continues. Overall, pleased, hope it lasts as long as the other Epson

This is an excellent printer. It connected quite easily with all computers and tablets. Sending a print job to the printer is almost instantly done. Printout are quite good and clear. Set up was easy and I like the larger screen on the front. There is an option to scan and send to a computer. Scanning and coping is quite fast. I believe I made a good purchase and would highly recommend it.

Great for non-high volume home office work. Menus are structured to simply guide you through most processes. The Epson website is a little non-intuitive.

It was difficult to install, I finally called the WorkForce people. It is not as fast as my prior, (very similar) printer was. It prints well after I figured out how to use it BUT, I Spent about 3-4 hours on the phone with technical support. It's a tool that I will use until it wears out but wish they could be more easy to learn how to use and get BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT to help with the many issues that I struggled with. I am not an amateur but this one is much more difficult that my immediate prior printer was in the 3000 series. It is physically identical to my old printer (3000 series).

Loving it!!!!. Easy to set up. Prints perfectly and like a charm. Samer for the scan and fax. Can't wait to try the other features. Monitor ink online without a fuss, and it really does come you my address. SOOOOOOO much better than the other manufacturers that I have tried. I can say that I am done with HP and the various Asian companies. This company understands that there is a user on the other end of it and built a product to meet that need.

This machine prints and copies extremely quickly and is much quieter than my last Epson. The only negative thing I have found is when faxing multiple pages, it doesn’t feed them through individually and I have to hold the pages in place as the top one goes thru. Frustrating and a waste of time for me.

I bought this to replace another WorkForce Pro that finally stopped working. I am happy with the speed, quality and ease of setup. I would buy this printer again. The only thing I don't like is the screen is not as easy to use as my old Workforce pro. It is a touch screen and I liked the manual buttons that the old model had. You have to be in front of the screen and the writing is small and not that easy to read. Other than that I can't complain.

Good deal for price. I dont usually do a lot of printing and in that case this printer is perfect. It's very easy to use! I know this because I figured it out and had it set up and printing within a half hour and I've never owned a computer or printer before and I don't use one for work or anything else so I am on my own learning as I go! The only down side is the ink. I ran out of 2 of the colors within the first week of having it. I dont know if the cartridges that came with it have less ink than the cartridges you buy in the store but I will find out soon! I hope im not disappointed cuz I'm pretty happy so far.

Very good printer. Easy setup. Needed a firmware update but not hard to add to my network. Wish it had the Tanks for the ink but didn't. For the price it is worth it. Excellent quality printing of documents & photo's too. Fast printing also.

I had a WorkForce printer that after 6 years, that gave up the ghost, so I went to Best Buy to replace it. I liked my previous one and the sales person directed me to this model, the 4820. It works great! It was easy to set up and I've used all three features I needed; printing, scanning and copying. The wireless has worked well for my mobile and laptop as well my desktop.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted another Epson however Best Buy made an offer which was hard to refuse. 4yr replacement. My last Epson was any good. HOWEVER, this one is excellent so far. Delivers all that is advertised. No paper loss and the print is very good. Small too fits my home office perfectly. Thanks Best Buy for the offer happy I made the purchase.

The printer is very good. The colors are a little off but very reasonable. It was a real hassle installing it and the initial support person was not able to get the scan to work from the printer and said that I needed to have my computer re-setup for a separate cost. I used my own IT person and there was no problem with the computer. However, the printer still did not scan other than through the computer program. I called Epson support again and all it required to make it fully work was to check one box.

Very high quality printing. The touch screen is the most responsive i have tried of all printers. Fast printer and good value for the money. You also don’t need the APP to print directly form your phone.
