i’ve had this laptop for almost 2 years it was good for the first half of the year, then some of the keyboard letters stopped working so i brought it in everything was good.Until this week, where a piece of it randomly came off, then it completely stopped charging

The laptop is good for basic work like online classes and surfing. The finish is nice and looks premium. Initial setup to come out of window 10 s mode is easy but essential to install third party softwares. Office 365 asks one to make a Microsoft or hotmail account which is a pain. It should have been like a standard sotwaee in the pc. The memory kn the laptop is very least almost like a phone but these days one doesn't need to save more data with more work in the cloud , google Drive etc. Just another sd card of 64 or 128 gb in the cars slot and you are good to go. Overall a good purchase and value for money.

The computer is extremely in excellent condition is good to use outside the house and is a fastest in the world

Better than I expected....my kids want one over their 1,000.00 gaming laptop cause its light and slick with gaming capability.... I get compliments all the time and they think its touch screen but its not... and I'm ok with that!!! If I wanted a tablet I'd get one with a keyboard. This laptop covers it all.....its amazing +!!!

Machine has upgradeable RAM, I replaced the 4GB with an 8GB module and it's made a difference. Webcam has decent quality and the screen mine came with was not a glare-prone 1366x768 resolution like the specs on here listed but a FHD 1920x1080 anti-glare screen. The HP service manual indicates that it has an M.2 slot for an SSD, in order to lower manufacturing costs, there are pins on the board where the SSD slot should go, but no slot to put them in. So a MicroSD for now. Machine works flawless in Linux and any recent distribution should recognize all of the machine's hardware.

This laptop does amazing job and work very excellent. Keeps me up alerted about the updates. Bluetooth is easy to connect and the volume is good. In the box it comes with a charger and the battery in the laptop last for a long time.

Overall you get what you pay for. The laptop itself is a quality hp product, had to download intel driver support to update some drivers. Once I did the laptop runs smooth. No frames skipping

It was really good laptop for me I'm using this without any errors. I would like to recommend for a friend who looking for budget laptop with good quality

Just bought this laptop a few weeks ago. It has been very reliable, it performs all the tasks that I need it for connects to WiFi very easily, I am very happy with this product, and buying it from Best Buy was very easy and hassle free

This is a sturdy, durable laptop that gets the job done. Has an extremely long battery life. Screen holds itself in place so I may chase after my new house pet while still being able to do business at home during the pandemic.

I bought this laptop to use for online school (college). It’s lightweight and works well. I have issues when typing where the cursor moves around the page and I end up typing on a different line. Apparently this is common with laptops in general, so I will be purchasing a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Thus far decent computer I did have an initial issue with the computer getting stuck on the processing screen but after a couple of hours, a hard rebooted and all was well.

It was a very good experience shopping my laptop at Best Buy, there is always very good deals . Customer service was very helpful and there is a lot of gifts for the coming holidays, prices are very competitively. Very happy with my rewards and Best Buy is definitely my best option when buy electronics and gifts.

I think this computer is a great product i bought it 2 years ago for my daughter and i haven't had any problems with it.I'm so Impressed with the durability I'm going to purchase another one for my wife my wife this year for Christmas.

Work runs and does everything I need it to do. Amazing laptop for my money

I thought that maybe I just got a lemon so I returned it for another one but it still keeps giving me the same problem. This computer for what ever reason had a difficult time turning on. And at its worst give you a "windows didn't load properly". This happen to both laptops I bought. I'm returning the 2nd one for a refund. I'm done.

I just needed a laptop to edit files. It has the programs that I need and use. I really like the voice commands and that I'm able to connect my phone and do tasks from the laptop directly to the phone. Pretty nice so far... setup was super easy.
