Wifi setup was not the easiest! I needed an emergency printer to print out htv shirts. I could only get through 8 full printed pages until it needed more ink. Luckily ink replacement for both black and color were only $30. Prints great but I would not recommend this for big projects! This definitely a personal use printer!

It is a good product with affordable cost, little bit slow while printing. Sometimes it is cropping letters while printing, happening recently. Not sure if its due to cartridge issue or something else. Registered for auto fulfillment of paper and cartridge, but paper tracking lost and not able to order again from HPSmart app since its registered for auto load and some papers used by kids for personal use.

Head over heels seriously, haven’t had any complaints and it’s been almost a year of owning my little digital GEM. FAX, PRINT, COPY & SCAN. Highly recommended and must have in at home offices/spaces with limited area.

Decent printer, bought for grad school, print just occassionally, prints slow but not bad for printing here and there and not in a rush. Convenient print from phone or computer

Very practical and easy to use at home! For homework. Home projects, Accounting, Printing pictured and some craft works!

This is a nice printer that gets the job done. I don’t do a lot of printing so I can’t speak on how it handles high workloads but I do like the features for the price. The ability to print a document from my phone is really handy. I recommend this printer.

I love this. It's the first printer I ever bought by myself. I'm in my 60s and disabled and you have been so great helping me with my home office. My ex's would never let me do anything. I've had to learn myself.

I love it, it doesn't print extremely fast but the hp app is extremely handy and easy go comprehend. It allows faxing, copies, scanning, printing, the app can take photos on your phone and save to pdf files. I can literally accomplish anything for my office needs with my phone and this printer. Mine came with an insta ink 6 month free trial and is totally worth it. I wouldn't have tried it without using it first.

Worst printer to set up for sure. I regret the purchase forever more. I figured since I have an HP PC, an HP printer would be the cure--to my broken Epson. Now buckle up for, some words I have I implore.. HP Smart app had potential and lore. I thought the price was a score. After my first time running out of ink, I purchased using the Instank Ink program. Nevermore. I figured 'how convenient, straight to my door!' They did arrive in a few days. That'd be the end of the good for sure. Now that I refilled by printer with inks, the printer no longer is connected to wifi. I turned to the manufacturer, No support From HP other than the automatic AI-what's our society headed for? Real support staff is needed. The AI led me down a loop of FAQs and my problem, getting past the error-- Nothing HP-provided worked for. Left with nothing more, I searched youtube videos and they were insufficient and out of 100, I'd rate a four. Now it can't connect to the wifi becaue the instructions it prints out to help are in Polish--Really? Makes no sense since it was sold in America for dollars and cents. The polish people I adore, but.. Without clear English instructions or support staff, this printer had potential and now an $80 lump of trash to it's core. It was white and matched the office decor, But on the desk it perched and sat no more. Alas it be something I can't waste my time for Nevermore.

We love our new printer. It gives fast, clear, precise prints. This HP is a great addition to my home office.

Good for the price! Connected to my 2020 M1 Mac and Xfi network in a matter of minutes. I work from home and take classes online so I won’t be printing anything crazy with this. I found it printed chapters and information pages without an issue. One issue is the noise. It is a loud printer, but hey for the price it’s great. I didn’t see a need for anything fancy given I probably print 10 pages a month lol I will also add it is bigger than I expected it to be but still a reasonable size.

Like the printer it's fast and prints in great bright colors, what I don't like the fact that I jave to manually do the printing on both sides.

Does it job and prints well. I was told that I'd receive 6 months of instant ink included; however, when setting it up the app kept crashing or it was always down... You're given about a couple days to redeem the 6 months of instant ink but no luck. Never got to redeem my offer of 6 months free of ink.

Best Buy technician connected my printer to my laptop. Showed me how to print and how to connect to my wifi. She was very friendly and helpful. Made having tool tec worth every penny
