My wife's computer and she loves it! No problems. HP are the best home computers out there.

So far, the HP laptop is about the same speed, etc., as my previous one, which was also SSD (purchased in 2018) except lighter in weight. I am somewhat concerned about the position of the recharge port. It is very close to the right back corner. Guess we'll see if it stays 'put'. As far as Best Buy... the laptop was not available in the store, but arrived on schedule. I've had some problems getting it set up .... could still use a little free time from the Geek squad.

For the money this is a good laptop. The performance won’t blow anyone away as this ain’t a gaming or editing machine. But if you like to watch media, email, use Microsoft suite for an affordable price. And scroll the internet. Then you’ll be very happy with it.

This laptop is what I use for all my works and it is still serving well.

Very easy to set up. Quick start up and navigation for tasks. Lightweight. Geek Squad could not remove S mode remotely. Had to take to the store. Somewhat difficult to see print on keys. This computer was paired with Webroot that cannot be downloaded with S mode.

I bought this computer for personal use. I did not want to use my teacher laptop all the time and I love this laptop. The screen is big, the touchscreen is awesome, and it is super fast with great picture. I would recommend this laptop to friends and family.

So far it meets all of my expectations. No problems working with the kids for school and general usage. It's light weight so it doesn't make it a struggle to move around. It has a nice clear display and great sound.

This laptop is worth it. I use it for email, a little for work, and a little for social media and it fulfills all those needs. It is fast on start up and fast in general. It is very light, screen size is more than adequate, and battery life is good.

Absolutely love this laptop. It is lightweight and works like a dream. The functions are great the only complaints I have is that I had to purchase the newest Microsoft 365 just to be able to use the documents that I previously have used. Other than that set up was easy and this does not over heat. To use Google Chrome you will have to take it out of S mode for work purposes I have to use chrome so another downside but once out of S mode it still worked effectively and efficiently.

My Sales Rep/Geek Squad representative, Jordan, in Monroeville PA was wonderful!!! I like my new computer ( HP) and Jordan was able to have all my information from my old computer transferred to the new one. He also helped me set up my favorites and other things I use all the time.... My experience was excellent.

The laptop is very good. It is fast and easy to use. The only thing I have a problem with is that it is hard to see what is printed on the keys. I have to look straight down on them to read the letters, symbols and numbers. Any other problems are due to slow internet and programs, not the Laptop.

I needed a good laptop for college that'll support web development softwares and this laptop can handle it! I don't like the 10s feature unfortunately because most of the softwares I use, Windows 10s didn't support. I ended up turning it off and my laptop still runs like it did prior.

I love my new computer. It is easy to navigate, ans is so much faster than the one it replaces. No more frustration with being able to work on the computer. I'm not a professional, just a home user, but I'm very happy with this laptop!

I really like this laptop -- touchscreen, size of the keyboard, number keypad, everything -- EXCEPT the printing on the keys. In low light, they are indiscernible, which is frustrating.
