The Vista 2 are my Dark Horse for TW Earbud of the year. I am on a life quest to find the best true-wireless buds. I try everything that releases. TL;DR- Best buds at any price. Sound great,
Fit great, fell great.
Some things about me:
- I have small ears.
- I listen to all kinds of music. Literally. My liked from radio includes Beethoven, Lil’ Jon, The Beach Boys, Drake, Guns N’ Roses, queen, nirvana, etc. etc.
- I’m picky
Buds I have tried:
- Sony WF-100XM4
- All Bose
- Senn. Momentum 1 and 2 TW
- M&D MW07 plus and sport
- B&O E8 (all varieties)
- AirPods Pro, PowerBeats Pro
- JBL (All, including Under Armour Branded)
- a bunch more that didn’t live up to my standards. Anker, Skull Candy, Amazon brands
The Vista 2 are superior to all of them. Yes… I’m as surprised as you. It takes a minute to dial in the EQ to your liking, but sweet son of Bieber, they sound silly good.
Good:
1. Detailed sound. I hear things with these I haven’t with any other bud.
2. Comfortable - as stated, I have small ears. Most buds have to be violently inserted into my ear canals. That doesn’t feel good. The Vista 2 feel good. Soft rubber, not oversized, lots of ear tip options.
3. Battery - best in class. No more needs to be said.
4. Small case that charges the buds fast.
5. The sound!!!
Not Good:
1.Brand reputation - yes, it matters. Jaybird is viewed as a fitness company, not an audio company. After hearing these, it should be switched around.
2. That’s it. I dare you to knock anything about sound, build quality, packaging, EQ, controls…
Overall - Best on the market at any price point. So crisp, so smooth, well designed, great case, great fit options. Try them and let me know what you think.
DISCLAIMER: I have not been able to get my hands on Bowers and Wilkins PI series. When I find them, I’ll update this review to compare to B&W

These bluetooth ear headphones have great sound and secure pretty well to my ears. They are also able to cancel noise or you can choose a setting with ambient sounds in the background. They are pretty awesome and I highly recommend them!

Meh product! I had high hopes for Jaybirds since the last product was such a hit but 6 months in, the right earbud gave in and I had to contact customer support to have it replaced which they did and again 6 months later just after a month of 1 year warranty the right bud gave in again and now its just sitting in my closet not being used. Hopefully they can come up with better products moving forward. Plus points for noise cancellation and battery life. Those two are awesome even after a year of use.

Randomly drops connection with my phone and the case doesnt charge properly sometimes...the earbuds will charge but the case wont. Not sure what causes it so now I make sure to place the earbuds and check all the blinking lights before I charge the case, it seems to be working for now.
If the connection issue gets fixed with an update and the case doesnt have further problems then Id give these 5/5 stars. The sound and fit is excellent, the anc is also a big plus and they just work really well for the gym which is mainly when I use them.
The only reason I haven't returned them is because I had similar issues with the first version vistas but I guess through updates they ironed out a lot of the kinks and hoping they do the dame with these.

Best earbuds I have purchased so far, great sound, nice fitment, and excellent battery life. I have tried many different types from JBL , Bose, JLab, and Samsung. There was always something that was lacking. Had connection issue at first time pairing them but that was it.

I got this ones a few years ago and they are working pretty decent for the price and quality. The only issue that I have is when I’m trying to connect to them or when someone calls to my phone for some reason I have to end the call to be able to hear property

Good sound quality and slip resistance to start. As a heavy sweater, I'm hard on products like these. The inner ear wings are no longer effective and slip out regularly after 15 months. The right ear quality has deteriorated to non-existent.

Summary:
Great for exercising or outdoor use. The active noise cancelling (ANC) is worthless.
Pros:
- Stay in ear due to rubber fins
- Good battery life
- Great audio quality, sound great!
- Very loud volume
- Clicky buttons easy to use even when running or sweaty
- Touch controls not as easy to use when running
- Good audio EQ in app
- The case is waterproof
- Find my earbuds per bud, and includes case
- Great passive noise cancelling due to snug fit
- Wind noise cancelling from app
Cons:
- The ANC stops won't stop any noise, it does almost nothing when vacuuming or driving etc
- The case is a bit fragile, particularly the hinge
- Bad connection during runs starts playing loud static noise like losing reception on radio station not cool
- A little slower to get in/out of ear due to wing tips
Comparison to Jabra Elite 7 Active:
These are worse in almost everyway to the the Jabra. The Elite 7 Active have better Bluetooth connection, multipoint pairing, better customization. Both have worthless ANC. The Vista 2 does block wind noise allowing use of pass through sound when running, and stay in ear slightly better.
Review:
I changed the settings to toggle between passthrough audio (for use when home so I can hear if my wife is trying to talk to me) and off (for running, gym, or when when I just want quite. I don't use ANC, it literally does nothing. Pass through has option to cancel wind noise in the app, this works well. These stay in your ear great due to wings. They snap into place in the case every time with no effort. These have physical buttons and touch controls. The controls are pretty easy to use and are customizable. I would prefer physical buttons and no touch controls. More customizability would be great, like the option to not use touch controls at all etc. The audio is very good and volume is very loud even in a noisy gym. The Google assistant functionality is pretty good, but not perfect. Overall would be much better if they could stay connected, actually had ANC, and we're more customizable. Would have given 4 stars if they weren't marketed as having ANC, because they don't! These are a great outdoors buds for a very active lifestyle, but they had to many issues for me so I had to return them.

These are amazing buds. I needed something to replace my aged Powerbeats Pros and these looked like the best as far as overall quality and features for the price. But unfortunately they didn't fit my ears.
These buds come wth 3 different rubber-dipped wings that wrap around the body. But upon further inspection I noticed that all 3 pairs of tips were the same size. And it wasn't a great size for my ear. They created a great seal that made the clarity of these earbuds out of this world, but after a short amount of time they started to create a lot of pressure and fatigue on my ear canals.
The 3 pairs of wings are Large, Medium, and Nub. It comes installed with the medium wing out of the box and my first impression was that it felt great and it kept the buds SECURE. But after about an hour in my ears, I noticed that the wings started chafing on what I believe is called the "concha" of my ear. I decided to try the nubs, which is exactly what it sounds like, no wing but just a small lottle nub that sticks off the body of the bud that should still grab your concha (that's what she said). But in my case the nub *just* misses it and wiggles back and forth. It wouldn't fall out, but the body had a lot of movement. That's important, because...
The controls are, different. Theres a physical button and haptic feedback. This is unique and would be great, except the button presses are pretty stiff (that's what she said) and require you jam the buds all the way into your ear when you have to press the physical button. It wasn't as noticable when I was using the wing tips, because the buds were more secure, but, like I said, when I switched to the nub tips, there was much more movement in the buds when interacted with, and pressing those physical buttons would shove the nub in and out of my ear, causing just as much fatigue on the concha. My only remedy would have been to find 3rd party wing tips, or disable all physical button press controls, but that's where another issue lies.
The app allows you to customize what the buttons do, but you're limited to Single Press, Double Tap, Double Press, and Press & Hold. There are no options for all taps or all presses. So if I wanted to avoid jamming these in my ears, I would be limited to a double tap and that's it.
The Powerbeats Pros got it right 3 years ago. Physical button that but not stiff as a board, and DEDICATED VOLUME ROCKERS. These are a step in the right direction but it seems a kot of manufacturers want to shove excess controls in their buds with no way of customizing what they do, and limit the user. That's no bueno.
Speaking of the app though, 10/10 aside from limited controls. They have endless EQ settings and very intuitive menu settings, as well as a Find My Jaybirds and on Android, there's a notification you can have that shows real-time what your battery life is at.
The EQ makes SUCH a difference for the quality of the sound. Once you find exactly what you like, you won't be disappointed because these buds will do everything you want them to in regards to sound. The bass is perfect and the highs are crisp and very in-depth. If you like it to boom, it'll boom. If you want audiophile clarity, it'll do that too.
The case is one of the higher quality cases I've used too waterpr4oof, dust proof, sweatproof. The magnets that hold the buds in are strong, and you'd have to seriously eff up in order to shoot them out of the case.
I so badly wanted these to work out for me because everything about them was phenomenal. They just didn't fit my ears without pain. If the bodies of the buds were a tad bit smaller they would get a 10/10, absolutely worth the price, and I'd protect them with my life. But unfortunately I have to return them because they make my ears sad.

I have had numerous Jaybird headphones. These are definitely the best.
However, I still think Jaybird needs to work on the firmware a little more. I previously had the original Vistas, which were fantastic and functioned perfectly. These tend to have issues when trying to reconnect while going in and out of range. I have also experienced the play/pause functionality will work only on the earbud that you pressed play/pause
Small firmware details that could make these even better.
Sound quality is great. Fitment is great.
I used them everyday. No joke

Mine died in less than a year but I run my earbuds hard so mine typically fail in less than 2. These fit great in my ear, but the Jaybirds I got for my wife were too big and one of my coworkers said his fit was also uncomfortable. If you can get them to fit you won't want another pair. Mine feel very secure in my ears. In any weather and doing any activity I've never had to worry about these things coming loose. They last practically all day without the case needing charged. The company does good work and I like the Vista 2 more that the original Vista and I'm looking forward to the Vista 3 whenever they come out.

I have been on the hunt for some true wireless earbuds for the pets 6 months now. I almost was going to stay with some Jabra Elite Active 75ts that I have tried but they would not stay in my ear and I did not love the way that they sounded even with equalization. Upon returning those earbuds, I have tried several other brands some more expensive some fairly cheap but none checked all of the boxes for me. I needed Great sound, secure fit, and button controls (not touch), and a hearthrough function when out on the street. I was really interested in the first jaybirds but the fact that they did not have hearthrough was a deal-breaker for me. Compared to the Jabras I had, these are not as good but they are good enough. What sold me on these is the sound quality and the secure fit. I found a preset EQ that was submitted that I love and it really lets me enjoy the music that I love while working. Also the fit is really good though I feel like they may start hurting my ears with extended wear.
That leads me to the cons. I did not like that they only came with three rubber fittings and because they are all one piece (ear tip and fin) you don't have any other options. I find myself having to change to the fitting without the fin when not running and putting it back on when I am active and constantly moving when I fear they could fall out. I wish there was at least an option to buy more tips on the website, even a foam option.
Maybe Comply will make some for purchase and I can buy them separately. Also, the ANC on here is pretty bad. Not only does it not block out sound that well, it also changes the sound quality of the music for the worst IMO. I actually use the SurroundSense or just turn it off most of the time. Again, comparing the 75ts, Jabra wind in this category hands down. Hopefully there will be a firmware update in the future. Last thing, these are button AND touch controls. Buttons work great. Touch controls not so much. I find myself having to double tap them multiple times to get them to work. Luckily I just have it set for SurroundSense on and off so it's not used that often.
My final thought is that I feel these are an excellent set of earbuds that check off many boxes and I am really happy with my purchase. I do not see myself getting another pair of earbuds for a very long time

These were great headphones, loved how sturdy and water resistant they are, but the fitment wasn't great for me. Small ear canal is going to be a bit tighter, but the sound was good and they were easy to use. The app was good too. This is a step up from the original version of the Vista. If they had fit me better, I would have kept. My husband loved, but he has a pair, so we didn't need two sets. If you don't have tiny ears, and want a good outdoor/workout/etc. pair that is rugged and has good sound, this is a solid choice.

A+ sound! Great battery life, has a quick charge option and I can customize my sound profiles using the Jaybird App! One awesome feature is the ability to ping the case if it’s missing, even if the battery is dead. Comes with 3 different size tips and wings, which are also easily replaceable if lost. Very comfortable fit! I’ve been using Jaybird for over 6 years and would hard pressed to consider any other bud brand.

WORKOUT KINGS but at a cost!

WORKOUT KINGS but that comes with a cost! I tend to gravitate towards sound over functionality and these headphones I will admit lack in the sound department. They do sound good but not as great as you'd expect. You can tune with the companion app EQ but it still didn't elevate the sound to my personal likes (they sound a bit flat). The overall package though is great for the fitness enthusiast. IP rating to stand up against the sweatiest of workouts, fit is excellent, case is durable and also weather-resistant.
I will knock it down a star for its connectivity. I consistently have issues at start up, auto detect pause and start feature, audio sync. It's enough to throw them at a wall and for the price you pay you'd expect these bugs to be non-existent. I'd truly recommend other headphones since these are priced so high but if you're not worried about value and want a headphone you can BEAT UP then these are a good option.
