Overall it’s a good product but can definitely be improved. I wish it had a nozzle to spray cleaning products which is useful while steaming the floor to get that extra shine on your tiles, since you can only put pure water in the machine. For tough floor stains you need to pause and hold to get the stains out. I had to buy extra pads from Amazon so that I can steam my entire home without stopping for washing the pads halfway as they get dirty quite quickly. Final note - the cord is long enough but it would be pretty great to have a cordless version in the future.

We have dark hardwood floors and dogs. You can see where this is going. This made the clean up and sanitation so much easier through the house to keep the floors looking fresh.

Overall, this is a good steam mop worth the money! I love that it gives your floors that beautiful, clean shine/look. The Shark gives it the power to move all over your floors but you will use quite a bit of water. Be prepared to refill the water a few times if you have a lot of flooring to clean. My only wish is that it maybe scrubbed a little harder but I'm very happy with it.

Love how my floors feel after use. Easy on the wrist just wish it got the corners a little better.

I cannot say enough positive things about this product. We just love how it cleans our tile and semi wood floor - pergo. We have multiple pets and this product works the best hands down on all past cleaners.

Works as advertised. East to assemble and operate. Cleaned hardwoods and tile well. I was hoping it would clean grout lines but, sadly, it wont. Good little unit, especially if yo can get it on sale.

I really like this. I’m a person who obviously wants a good deal and a product that works and this works for me. Would I ever upgrade absolutely. It works great for an apartment that you don’t plan to live in forever. I guess you can’t use bleach on the little scrub circle things cause it diminishes it’s ability to clean or something? It works great to sanitize and clean up floors if you don’t want to bend over all the time and also don’t want to spend a ton of money. If you’re super messy and need a deep immaculate life changing clean don’t get this.

This was a purchase for my ex when we were engaged. I hope her new boyfriend likes this and likes that she will cheat on him too.

I like it, does a great job on my floor. I would like the ability to spray cleaner directly from the equipment to the floor. I use to spray bottle to resolve this.
