CPU is Intel's new 10nm mobile processor, much lower heat and power usage with better performance. It also has new generation of integrated GPU, which performs well on video encoding / decoding, and can play even some light games. Average SSD and RAM spec. Overall good for every day loads like work, study. Good value when on sale.

There is nothing spectacular about this laptop, but there isn't anything significantly terrible either. I'm sad to report that it has crashed two times since I owned it for about a month, however I'm willing to bet it was my fault for pushing the limits of the hardware. It also did not result in any corruption or loss of data, and reboots itself surprisingly fast. With that said, this laptop generally performs its intended purpose near flawlessly. If you're a college student or a businessperson who wants a lightweight and portable computer to help you with your tasks, this is a good choice. If you're a gamer, visual artist, or any profession that requires more advanced hardware, you probably shouldn't consider this one.

I exchanged the Lenovo Ideagaming pad for this laptop. This laptop is far better than the piece of junk Lenovo was. The battery life is fantastic. I like that this also has a fingerprint scanner and Windows Hello Built-in. The performance of this laptop is decent for the price point. So far I am very satisfied with this laptop. I would highly recommend buying this laptop or HP computer to anyone who is in the market for a PC.

Nice laptop to use for work. Compact, fast, and lightweight enough to be an everyday user for work.

It's a fast, easy to use computer at a fair price and it's easy to use.

So far so good with this laptop. It does everything a college student would want it to do. Good speed, easy to use. I'm not crazy about the offset mouse relative to the rest of the keyboard and I don't like the single tap of the mouse but a wireless mouse is an easy fix for both. I'd give it more of a 4.4 star review than a 4.

When I purchased this lap top I had picked out 3 I liked and compared prices with other companies. It was not in stock at best buy but they were able to get in in within a week. Got exactly what I wanted and they installed all software to my satisfaction. I usually look at all companies for my electronic needs and always come back to best buy. Would purchase again. They had the best price.

I purchased this model to develop and maintain websites for work. This device has served it’s purpose in all areas as the battery life holds well. Graphics and display can be configured. The processing speed does not lag and there is plenty of memory for me to use without worry of slowing or bogging down the system. Only knock I can give is that it doesn’t have a back lit keyboard.
