No complaints about this all-in-one printer once it's setup. Before beginning setup I would recommend that you have sufficient food and water for the lengthy setup process. Instructions are detailed and reasonably easy to follow. Quality is not comparable to laser, but as good as inkjet printers we've had previously.

It prints beautifully when it's working correctly. It's fast and doesn't ever fail to wake up remotely even after I haven't used it in a month. My only problem though is a giant one.. It has paper jams all the time, probably every 6th or 7th time I use it. To make things worse, when you clear the paper jam it knocks the print head out of alignment and you spend the next 20 minutes recalibrating it. I use quality printer paper from staples and fan it before I put it on the tray. I've tried putting just a few sheets as well as filling it up. Nothing seems to matter, it just jams. If I had to do it over I would skip this printer.

The Ink Refill is so much easier to use and to actually know how much ink you have in the printer before planning to buy more replacement ink is also a great feature. It works as advertised.

This printer is the perfect fit for our small business needs.

Epson printer works well. Have not had long enough to see if getting longer life out of the ink bottles

So I go in to Best Buy to buy a combination scanner & color laser jet printer. They have none so I am forced to buy this model. Within 20-25 pages of scanning the document feeder fails. It only pulls the document about halfway through before getting jammed. I search online and can find no solutions. The online guide for the model offers no additional help. I reach out to Epson customer support with the problem. They provide boilerplate type solutions - none of which work. I uninstall the drivers and reinstall. No help. I had a replacement warranty plan so I returned the printer/scanner. The new one makes it about 10-12 pages before it begins doing the same thing. If you need a scanner/printer combination and want the document feeder scanner to work, do not buy this unit. I should have just gone on eBay and bought a used color printer scanner combination from HP, Canon, or Lexmark. Horrible.

This printer is working very well and is easy to set up. I love the ink cartridges.

Over all, great printer. I initially did not purchase this for printing photos but I had photo paper so I thought I’d try it out. The pictures come out so clear. I don’t see any pixelation whatsoever. Great buy and I got more out of it than expected
