Love this air fryer. It takes a lot of food in each compartment so I can cook A meal for my family and have leftovers. I love the double compartments and how you can the cooking settings or have it in a complete different setting. It is nice looking and very easy to clean

Disappointed, this is not what i ask for, i paid for a new product and i got a open box one, all scratched, upside down product, i never seen nothing like this… and yes i have a video from my security camera been delivered like this…

So I was super excited to try this ninja 10QT dual zone air fryer. I’ll call it an air fryer because that’s my main use and I’m assuming most of y’all’s main use. My wife loves to cook for me and our 2 kids. Sometimes she doesn’t want to cook on a stove so she throws pork chops, wings, sausage and so on in the air fryer, plus it’s healthier. We have another brand and wanted the dual zone set up so we can cut down on time. And for that this appliance is great. Cooking fries In one and wings in the other is great. Or pork chops in one and scallops in the other is ideal. But unfortunately while cooking meats you can not stack meats on top of one another as it will not cook the unexposed meat. You will have to turn meat, I’m guessing because air doesn’t circulatate as much in a smaller area. Not a huge deal. But it’s different than our older one. Also the cooking time is longer than I’d like. Takes almost 50% longer than our old air fryer. So I have to be honest an deduct one star. Still recommending though. But something to keep in mind. Buttons are tactile but harder to press if you have big hands/fingers as I do. Dial works well. Just the buttons are hard to press. Ninja is a great brand. But maybe I got used to having a one larger basket design versus a dual basket design. I’m sure many others with be happy of course. If we are cooking fries,wings or chicken nuggets for the kids. We will be using this one but for large meats and sausage and such. We will use our older one. So either way we are happy. See pics below. Wings came out perfectly and so did the fries. Sausage came out ok. Well built and nice looking too. Very “ninja like design” also does not take up too much space like our older one which is super tall and can’t be placed under a cabinet. So that’s a plus for ninja as well. Good luck and happy shopping!

First let me say this read the directions in how to use both baskets at the same time. Once you do you can make meals from frozen with some adjustments made. I cooked wings and fries together and had meal ready at the same time. 1. When you smart match cooking it waits to start the food that will take less time. You cannot max out past 400 on both side when they are both running. You will need to increase your cook time . 2. Make sure you press the basket you want to cook for make your adjustments and select the next basket if using both sides. 3. No need to pre heat. Cooks super fast and gets food hot. 4. Going with number 3 make sure to flip and check food once you are getting close to done. 5. Clean up is a bit more involved but easy to do once you get the hang of it. 6. Make prep time lower and cooking dinner more enjoyable . See attached wings made completely in the airfryer

This is our second air fryer because our first one was just a basic one basket model. We decided this would be better for us so we could cook two things at once. That has made a huge difference. It’s like having a double oven, I know ninja products can get expensive, but the one we replaced was not a high-quality item and I can completely tell a difference it’s like night and day

Having three kids and wanting the option to make quick, healthy meals for them has made this item a staple in our home! Very easy to use, dishwasher safe parts makes it easy to clean and each compartment is large enough to make quality meals....would highly recommend!

Originally bought one for the in-laws for Christmas and decided needed to have one! So many uses and very versatile. The 10Qt is large enough to make family meals (depending on what you are cooking) and love being able to cook 2 different items at once.

I've tried both the air fry and bake settings. Food comes out moist. I find that I need less time than suggested. I'm still practicing the time and temperature to get the food properly cooked. It is very easy to use, convenient, and quicker than using the oven.

Easy to operate. Great that it cooks double the food so you dont have to cook so many single batches and the smart finish feature is wonderful to cook different foods and have them finish cooking at the same time. It’s like having a kitchen helper!

Love it for me and my family cooking with the ninja dual zone is so much easier NOW!!!

A great kitchen essential product… is very easy to use and wash. I love it and it saves me a lot of time since it has two basket that you can use at the same time, even using different features. Give it a try, it is really worth it!

very good product. I bought 1.5 year ago and have been working perfect with no problem. use to cook French fries and mozzarella sticks. Best investment ever.

I’m still getting used to all the setting on this air fryer. The cook times suggested seem very long and I have found that to be true. Most of what I cook takes a fraction of the time recommended and if left in for that long is burned. I like the flexibility of the 2 zones though each zone is smaller than the one zone of my old one. It cleans up easy with soap/water but the baskets can be put in the dishwasher if needed. Overalll it’s a good machine.

Having two baskets is GREAT! Easy to clean - we even made greasy steaks. do not recommend leaving it set w/o draining quickly. but it does a great job!

Perfect for all users beginner or expert home cook. Easy to use features and dual cook settings to make more than one meal. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this little gem is so awesome! We use this twice a week for a family of 3 its perfect. We have made everything from smores to seafood!
