I freely love my dog again now that David Wallace is on the scene! DW is the name of my fabulous new Shark robot vacuum. Getting the app and the vac to sync due to my backwater Internet was the hardest thing about setup, and even that didn't take too long. Since then, I open the app at work and send David Wallace on cleaning missions. I make sure the dog toys are put away on my way through the house when i leave for the day, so I run him through the living room first thing. I could never keep up with the dog hair problem until now! I love this. Matrix clean even allows me and my OCD to witness the cleaning, though i prefer not to. I'm so glad I opened that Best Buy email advertising a sale (on another brand's vac). I used the compare feature and am so very happy with this purchase. With such clean floors, I'm probably going to be doing a lot more yoga. Or eat the odd M&M that may fall to the floor. It's about the choices we make every day.

Great mapping and amazing at handling dust bunnies on hard wood floors from pets! Highly recommend for pet homes. May have difficulties on longer carpet but is able to traverse area rugs just fine. However, if you don’t have a wifi connection you miss out on many of it key features.

What can I say is my wife's faithful companion, she is the one who makes cleaning the home more enjoyable, highly recommended, a great purchase, seriously

This robot vacuum has reduced my work at home by easily 50%. It cleans better than my traditional vacuum. The AI mapping works flawlessly and allows you to use features like cleaning specific rooms. The self emptying works wonderfully. I would completely recommend this and the quality is top-notch.

I love how I can choose what room to clean. Its not super loud so my dogs don't mind it. So far it has cleaned really well and picked up all the dog hair effortlessly.

This product is amazing! Unlike any previous ones I owned, this machine is very quiet. It cleans the edges pretty well. Overall this is a 5 star for me!

This machine was easy to connect and setup with the app. Very quiet. If you hear an unusual noise, I suggest stopping it -cleaning the brush and set it back on its way.

This vacuum is the bomb!! It maps the house stores the trash self just remember to empty every now and then and cause I have pets it’s constantly full, this machine does a good job!!

This has met my expectations. The setup was easy for each room. The app is pretty straightforward and user friendly. It’s an excellent time saver. Instead of cleaning the upstairs (3 beds, 2baths) 1x per week if I have time, it’s collecting dust as frequently as I want and now 2x per week. It takes less than a minute to activate. I watched how it’s adjusted to and worked around obstructions . It’s well programmed in adjusting and working through any issues. There is a mix of wood flooring, rugs and tile floor. It has had no problem with thicker rugs around the bed. It gabbled all runners and a plush bathroom rug very well. Great time saver.

I was amazed by how well this robot maps your house. The AI Lidar it uses is incredibly accurate, the cleaning power is fantastic, the app is easy to use and the overall quality of Shark products is phenomenal. We have 2 Shark upright vacs, one for our upstairs and one for downstairs , and now this. WORTH IT!!!

Took a little patience, once app loaded in phone, the Shark does what it does… it’s not perfect, if you have a hard time plugging in and pushing a vacuum yourself, these jaws do the trick. Some complain about the noise to empty the waste. I like the sound of a job well done and I don’t have to get my hands dirty. I didn’t get the floor wash version. With more bells and whistles, more can go wrong. I like to keep my tools simple, to do the job they are deigned to do best.

I love my Shark! Mostly because I dont have to worry about it. I program the scedule and it does it's thing! And I love what a thorough job it does!

This Shark is so much better than my old robot vacuum. It does a great job of exploring and creating a map, then efficiently cleaning the whole 1st floor of my house. My 1st floor is about 1300 square feet, and even at "max" power setting, the Shark does the whole floor with plenty of charge left to do a few spot cleans if I need it to. I'm particularly pleased with how well it does with our dogs hair. Our little doggo isn't a big shedder, but he does leave a lot of little hairs around his favorite sleeping spots. The Shark picks up 100% of the stray hair.

I am blown away with the job it does cleaning. I also love that you can schedule weekly cleaning la of rooms or the entire house. My only negatives are I wish you could modify the room cleaning areas on the app to clean where a movable object was when it mapped and I’d also like to able to take it to a lower floor and let it clean manually without following the upper floor map plan.

Works great! Cleans the whole house while I’m at work.

It’s expensive but I’m super impressed with this robot vacuum. It was easy to set up and use. Scheduling is a breeze and very convenient. The vacuum is smart and strong.

Highly impressed with how well this vacuums! We have pets and it gets ALOT of hair! We’re also impressed with the technology and how well it gets to “know” your house.

Bought this for my wife, she loves it! Cleans up dog hair well, a golden retriever and a white boxer. Definitely recommend if you need to vacuum dog hair up multiple times a day, it keeps it to a minimum.

Robot vacuum is extremely easy to use and enjoyed it most of the time

I have several indoor cats, so I'm always looking for a new vacuum that will help with the fur. This Shark AI Robot Vacuum with LIDAR Navigation does a great job, and since it empties itself, I can let it run unsupervised. Unboxing and setup took about 15 minutes; the only real assembly was the attachment of the corner brushes. The vacuum and base station don't have an over large footprint so you can place the unit practically anywhere. The guide suggests 3ft of space on each side of the base station, but I tried a little less than 2ft and I haven't had any trouble with the vacuum being unable to get back to the station. Downloading and installing the app was quick and simple, and after the vacuum was fully charged, I started the mapping process. This vacuum mapped my downstairs area, which is about 1800 sq ft, in about 15-20 mins. I thought it would take longer, but when I saw the robot making its way back to the base, I checked the map on the app and was surprised to see an extremely accurate depiction of my first floor layout. Once the mapping was completed, I used the app to mark rooms and a few high traffic zones as well as a couple of no-go zones. The app allows you to clean the whole area or you can specify certain rooms/areas. So far I'm impressed with how the robot covers the areas it cleans as well as how well it cleans those areas. I have a mixture of flooring, thick carpet, area rugs, wood, marble, and tile, and the robot does a great job on all of them. I'm especially impressed with how well it cleans the grouts lines on the kitchen tile. As a test, I threw some fine dirt/dust and other debris that I had in a dustpan onto my kitchen floor making sure to spread it into the grout... the vacuum picked everything! The other thing I really like about his product is that it does a great job of avoiding obstacles; the LIDAR allows it to 'see' objects instead of having to bump into them. It still bumps things once in a while, but it doesn't run into them repeatedly. One big advantage of this vacuum is that when the dust-bin is full, it makes it's way back to the base station to empty itself. If I have the vacuum clean the entire first level, it usually makes it way back to the base station 2-3 times, although one of those visits is usually to recharge the battery. So as far as the vacuum goes, I think it's a great product, but I'm hoping they update the app to fix the problems I'm having with it. The problems are more annoyances than major issues. I've noticed that almost every time I start the app, it has trouble connecting to my account... at least that's what I assume the problem is. I have to exit the app a few times for it to finally reset and allow access to the cleaning menu. I've also never been able to have the vacuum return to the base by using the dock command from the app. When I initiate that function, it appears that the vacuum receives the command but it continues to clean. I've had to use the dock button on the robot itself to get it to dock. I haven't had time to contact support about this yet, so it could be that the fix is a simple reset of the unit. Overall, I am very happy with this product. The pathing and coverage of areas to be cleaned is incredibly good, and the vacuum picks up almost everything from any surface. If you're looking for a product to help you keep up with cleaning the floors, you should try it.
